Near Kichijoji train station yet not noisy. Near to nature park which i could take a morning walk. Cosy hotel which provides coffee and tea at the reception areas for stay in guests. Will come back to stay if there is a chance again.

I loved my stay here. I'd consider this a "prime" location because it's very close to the train station, and there are convenience stores nearby as well as restaurants and grocery stores. You get complimentary tea, toothbrush with toothpaste, hair brush, and skin care products like face oil and makeup remover, shampoo, and conditioner. The rooms are small compared to "American style" rooms, but I didn't mind because we had everything we needed. One thing I didn't like was that the washer and drier were very inneficient. I spent 2.5 hrs trying to get my laundry done, and I still had to hang some items to air dry them. There's a big laundromat walking distance from the hotel where it was so much better. I got everything done within 1.5 hrs. So I'd recommend going there. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

My partner and I were exhausted after frantic and sleepless travels, and the Tokyu REI hotel gave us a much needed break. The rooms and amenities are just right - everything you might need is thoughtfully provided, the bathrooms are spacious and include a full bath (with bath oils provided free of charge). Tea and coffee options are plentiful and good. The soundproofing and lightproofing in the rooms is excellent. Finally, the staff really took care of us, from providing us with free premium membership options to extend our check-out window 2 more hours for a bit of sleep, to rescuing me when I got stranded on a locked-off floor in the middle of the night, to the kindness of Nami and Katto at the breakfast buffet, who helped me to prepare a gorgeous and nicely packed breakfast for my partner, to allow her to sleep through the breakfast window and still eat a good, delicious breakfast. On top of that, the manager at the front desk later offered to extend our time in the room a further 30 minutes, so that she could finish her meal peacefully. A restful, caring and restorative place. I would gladly stay again.

The rooms were smaller than expected with little leg space. I recommend upgrading to a bigger room if you have the budget to do so. Absolutely love the location though. Walking distance to eateries, convenient stores, and the Kichijoji Train Station and most importantly, it is a 3-min walk to a shuttle bus stop that'll take you directly to the airport.

Location is great, next to Kichijoji station, room is very small but acceprtable, but shower tub is also small if you are a bigger person.... overall recommended

Good city hotel close to everything. Rooms are of an okay size. Beds are gigantic, over two meters width for a double room. If anything could be improved I would have liked slightly smaller bed and tables/space on both sides of the bed to put stuff on.

Super close to the station, but good windows, so no noise problem (9th floor). Lots of restaurants and shops and the nice Inokashira park close by. Rooms are functional and quite small, but ok for Tokyo. Double rooms don’t come with a view, they just have a milky glass window. Single and twin have nice city view if you’re located in the right place of the building.

We booked here as we needed to stay the night in the Kichijoji area. Good service at reception and breakfast, a nice and reasonably generous room, good shower and bathroom. Bedroom was silent despite being on a main road. Overall pretty good

It's OK. There isn't a pool as this description says. Very noisy as right by the station and stuffy if you close the window as the aircon is weak and nowhere near the bed. Otherwise fine.

Terrible location, you can hear drunk people screaming all night due to how close it is to the station. the wifi is terrible, can’t even stream at 360p There are only 2 elevators so expect to wait up to 2 minutes just to use it. Don’t don’t here. Overpriced.

This is my first experience stayed. We booked 2 rooms since I travel with my family. All rooms are quite big, clean and neat. Of course their bath tools compliments are good as well. Those body soap, shampoo and conditioner are Shiseido brand. This hotel is fit for traveler who like check in out since is near to station at Tokyo. Breakfast is healthy and good. I can find familymart near by this hotel. Sort of I love visit again. Thank you.

It's near Kichijoji train station (go out from south gate or they also call it park gate), about 5-10min walk depends on your pace. The receptionist that handled my checkin is accommodating and also speaks English. The room is cozy though the one I stayed in has air-conditioning that somehow isn't very adjustable (it can get too warm which is annoying given that I stayed during Tokyo sweltering summer month of July). Didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that. Overall a good hotel to stay in at Kichijoji neighborhood.

It is so impressive how the staff at the reception is so accommodating, a very lasting impression that goes also with other personnel. Whenever you ask for infos regarding transpo and other things around, they are more than willing to answer. One highlight in the hotel was when I accidentally locked the door while the access card was inside the room. Japanese attendant at the room service, immediately called the reception to inform about the status and immediately opened the room after being confirmed by the front attendant staff. It was more than an urgent action and it was like an emergency. Other thing also, they are not hesitant at free items, whenever I asked for 2 PCs each to bring back home.
