Only smoking room available and no possibility to change the room. As consequence not really a good rest caused by the smell in the room.

The staff is very polite. Even though the hotel is a bit aged, it is very well cared for and clean. The location is convenient. Had a pleasant stay.

Came for a basketball tournament. Great proximity to food, trains, and coffee. Great staff. Helpful. More spacious room would earn ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but no complaints for sure!

The room is very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner and water temperature can be adjusted precisely. The location is very convenient (near the Mitaka Subway Station).

Perfect hotel for a short visit, especially if your office is nearby. They gave me an umbrella when it rained unexpectedly. Breakfast menu was good too.

A wonderful experience. Staff was very polite and the attendant at the front desk spoke excellent English, which was very helpful due to my poor grasp of the Japanese language. The facilities were wonderful for the price we paid and the staff was always kind and willing to assist me. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay outside the chaos of downtown Tokyo, but still close enough to easily reach the attractions of the city.
