Pros:
great
location,
close
to
metro,
spotless
room
Cons:
1.
The
room
itself
is
clean,
but
lacks
welcome
gift
such
as
a
simple
snack
or
drink
that
most
other
similarly
priced
hotel
offers.
It's
not
much,
but
makes
a
great
first
impression.
2.
Fridge
is
too
small,
doesn't
have
a
freezer,
and
is
packed
with
priced
beverages.
I
had
to
take
out
a
few
bottles
just
to
fit
2
to
3
of
my
own
drinks.
Also,
at
this
price
tag,
I'd
expect
the
fridge
to
have
free
soft
drinks
or
juices,
but
only
the
water,
2
teabags,
and
coffee
capsules
are
free,
which
is
equivalent
to
a
3
star
hotel.
3.
I
had
the
Japanese
style
breakfast
and
it
wasn't
good.
Fish
was
too
dry
and
unseasoned.
Braised
pork
smelled
strange.
Cappuccino
had
no
latte
art
(it
sounds
petty,
but
when
I'm
paying
6300
yen,
I'm
not
expecting
the
coffee
to
look
home-made).
4.
Staff
quality
is
very
bad.
a.
During
check
in,
the
receptionist
tried
to
have
a
small
talk
with
me,
talking
about
the
weather
and
my
trip
at
Tokyo.
I
wasn't
displeased
by
it,
but
I'm
sure
some
guests
might
find
it
uncomfortable.
I
don't
blame
the
receptionist
since
he's
clearly
not
from
Japan
based
on
his
accent.
I
would
have
appreciated
it
if
I
was
staying
at
a
family-run
hotel
or
a
rural
inn.
The
fault
lies
on
the
hotel's
lack
of
staff
training.
b.
We
had
to
wait
in
a
line
for
more
than
20
minutes
during
both
check
in
and
check
out.
I
stayed
at
a
lot
of
hotels
ranging
from
20$/night
hostel
to
expensive
ones,
so
I
don't
mind
standing
in
line.
But
in
a
5
star
hotel
like
this,
it's
perfectly
reasonable
for
the
staff
to
ask
the
customers
to
wait
at
sofas
and
come
to
the
customers
for
check
in
procedure.
Or
at
least
ask
the
customers
to
sit
and
wait
for
their
turn
to
approach
the
reception.
c.
During
the
stay,
I
asked
for
some
salt
to
go
with
my
take
out
food
around
dinner
time,
it
took
more
than
20
minutes
and
another
call
for
them
to
deliver
the
salt.
Around
30
minutes
later,
I
was
taking
a
shower,
and
a
staff
knocked
on
my
door
several
times
and
yelled
"sir!",
I
had
to
get
out
of
the
shower
and
answer
the
door.
The
staff
mistakenly
brought
another
salt
so
I
told
him
I
already
got
my
salt.
I
returned
to
the
shower,
and
the
room
telephone
started
to
ring.
It
rang
for
at
least
a
whole
minute
till
it
stopped.
I
would
have
got
to
the
phone
within
10
seconds
if
I
wasn't
busy
in
the
room,
but
it
kept
on
ringing,
which
I
found
very
unprofessional.
d.
At
around
midnight,
a
letter
was
slipped
under
my
door
saying
the
hotel
couldn't
get
authorization
from
my
card
and
asked
me
to
visit
the
front
desk.
I
was
confused
since
it
was
past
9
hours
from
when
I
made
the
transaction
during
check
in.
Even
if
there
was
a
issue
with
my
card,
why
would
you
ask
me
to
go
downstairs
at
midnight?
Couldn't
it
wait
till
check
out?
During
check
out,
the
receptionist
confirmed
that
the
payment
for
the
room
didn't
go
through
(wasn't
my
fault,
the
check
in
receptionist
made
a
mistake),
I
also
realized
I
was
charged
160,000
for
the
room
alone
at
check
in,
and
the
actual
final
price
including
the
room
and
drinks
was
around
125,000.
35,000
yen
is
not
a
small
amount,
I
never
experienced
this
in
any
other
hotels
and
certainly
didn't
expect
a
5
star
hotel
to
make
this
kind
of
mistake.
Overall
verdict:
Yes,
it's
beautiful
and
luxurious,
but
everything
else
from
amnesties,
food,
and
service
is
subpar
to
say
the
least.
I
do
not
recommend
this
hotel
at
the
current
stage.
The
issues
I
presented
above
are
all
fixable,
I
sincerely
hope
the
hotel
can
improve
in
the
future.
