Pros: great location, close to metro, spotless room Cons: 1. The room itself is clean, but lacks welcome gift such as a simple snack or drink that most other similarly priced hotel offers. It's not much, but makes a great first impression. 2. Fridge is too small, doesn't have a freezer, and is packed with priced beverages. I had to take out a few bottles just to fit 2 to 3 of my own drinks. Also, at this price tag, I'd expect the fridge to have free soft drinks or juices, but only the water, 2 teabags, and coffee capsules are free, which is equivalent to a 3 star hotel. 3. I had the Japanese style breakfast and it wasn't good. Fish was too dry and unseasoned. Braised pork smelled strange. Cappuccino had no latte art (it sounds petty, but when I'm paying 6300 yen, I'm not expecting the coffee to look home-made). 4. Staff quality is very bad. a. During check in, the receptionist tried to have a small talk with me, talking about the weather and my trip at Tokyo. I wasn't displeased by it, but I'm sure some guests might find it uncomfortable. I don't blame the receptionist since he's clearly not from Japan based on his accent. I would have appreciated it if I was staying at a family-run hotel or a rural inn. The fault lies on the hotel's lack of staff training. b. We had to wait in a line for more than 20 minutes during both check in and check out. I stayed at a lot of hotels ranging from 20$/night hostel to expensive ones, so I don't mind standing in line. But in a 5 star hotel like this, it's perfectly reasonable for the staff to ask the customers to wait at sofas and come to the customers for check in procedure. Or at least ask the customers to sit and wait for their turn to approach the reception. c. During the stay, I asked for some salt to go with my take out food around dinner time, it took more than 20 minutes and another call for them to deliver the salt. Around 30 minutes later, I was taking a shower, and a staff knocked on my door several times and yelled "sir!", I had to get out of the shower and answer the door. The staff mistakenly brought another salt so I told him I already got my salt. I returned to the shower, and the room telephone started to ring. It rang for at least a whole minute till it stopped. I would have got to the phone within 10 seconds if I wasn't busy in the room, but it kept on ringing, which I found very unprofessional. d. At around midnight, a letter was slipped under my door saying the hotel couldn't get authorization from my card and asked me to visit the front desk. I was confused since it was past 9 hours from when I made the transaction during check in. Even if there was a issue with my card, why would you ask me to go downstairs at midnight? Couldn't it wait till check out? During check out, the receptionist confirmed that the payment for the room didn't go through (wasn't my fault, the check in receptionist made a mistake), I also realized I was charged 160,000 for the room alone at check in, and the actual final price including the room and drinks was around 125,000. 35,000 yen is not a small amount, I never experienced this in any other hotels and certainly didn't expect a 5 star hotel to make this kind of mistake. Overall verdict: Yes, it's beautiful and luxurious, but everything else from amnesties, food, and service is subpar to say the least. I do not recommend this hotel at the current stage. The issues I presented above are all fixable, I sincerely hope the hotel can improve in the future.

unfortunately the Edition Tokyo lacks the professionalism one expects from a hotel of its class and cost. I typically spend more than two thirds of the year in hotels. Although friends had warned me this new addition was not yet ready to host customers, as recent reviews suggested things were improving, I decided to give them a try. I made a reservation for one day, intending to extend if my caution proved unfounded. Let me explain why I didn’t. How best to describe the room? Should I say it’s minimalist, or just that it feels simple and somewhat cheap? The bathroom features a tub that’s surprisingly small - it’s a new experience having to curl up to fit into a short, narrow bath at a five star hotel. Amenities are limited to large bottles with accompanying warnings of an 8,000 yen ($72) charge if removed from the room like one might find in a cheap hotel (apart from the price). The hallmark of any fine hotel is its standard of service and this unfortunately is where the Edition falls most short. We were looking forward to visiting the bar overlooking the Tokyo Tower. After being ignored for too long at the entrance we assumed that we should seat ourselves and chose a spot on a sofa. Straight away the staff came over to ask us who told us we could sit there as it’s reserved seating. So we moved to the bar counter. And once again are left alone. After finally being able to order, our beers are poured and ignored. When they are brought to us warmer and flatter than we were looking forward to they came with a warning that due to coronavirus restrictions, customers may only stay for 90 minutes. During that time, no-one had offered us a seat and the space on the sofa we were removed from remained unoccupied the whole time. There was one large, boisterous group being well-attended to and staying beyond the prescribed limits who were clearly enjoying themselves though. It seems if you visit during afternoon tea service you must either order it or be prepared to be treated as an inconvenience. Unfortunately the in-room dining experience is also let down by poor service. The ramen that arrived was totally soft. Worse though was that the curry and rice arrived without the rice. Anyone can make a mistake but it should not be much to ask for the staff to rectify expediently. Instead, by the time the rice arrived the curry was completely cold. In any half-decent restaurant, never mind a five-star hotel, in such circumstances a hot replacement dish would normally arrive. Covid restrictions mean that if housekeeping bring something to your room they won’t enter. (Only the poor room service staff have to actually enter your room). Instead they’ll just hang it on the door. They won’t knock either and bearing in mind that everything here takes ten times longer than most hotels, you just have to keep checking until you find it has arrived. Even the policy on answering the phone seems to be ‘leave it as long as possible to answer and hopefully the customer will go away’. At breakfast in the morning, another inordinate wait. After a while we asked if might at least sit down at one of the many empty seats while we wait. Once again, a hard no from the staff. Seating seems to be some sort of privilege here that we clearly haven’t earned. The Editions Tokyo would do well to remember that their clientele visits precisely because they wish to completely relax, enjoy fine food, service and ambience. Especially so in a city with such a well-deserved reputation for exemplary service and amazing food. Unfortunately, after a day of generally being treated like an inconvenience, I left deciding to save my stays for the many, many better alternatives in Tokyo.

We booked for NYE and absolutely regret that we did. The service was beyond appalling with the hostess telling us half way through our drinks and food that we had to leave half an hour earlier than we had been allocated because “she made a mistake” - but it was clear on the booking that it was 2 hours. I’ve never been made to feel more like cattle in a “so called” luxury hotel in my life. They also overcharged us by $100 which was an ordeal to rectify. The food was also terrible - a cheese platter with dried out cheese that had clearly been sitting out since morning, some avocado dip and corn chips that I’ve had better from 7-11 and a “prawn cocktail” with three measly prawns to share between 2. The champagne was under-poured from a disinterested bar attendant. I am SO disappointed as we’ve been customers in the past and the hotel is undeniably beautiful - but this level of disregard is inexcusable, especially in Japan where omotenashi is held in such high regard. We left and had the most incredible experience at the Bulgari Hotel with the most welcoming staff and truly were interested only in ensuring everyone enjoyed themselves. Couldn’t have had a more contrasting experience. Do better and train your staff some in some basic service Tokyo Edition. Edit: I should have read the other reviews as service is clearly an ongoing problem here so something they are not taking seriously. Perhaps a new hotel manager is needed.

Wow, had a last minute change to our trip and booked a last minute night here. So amazing in every aspect, the location is good, the area is not too loud but close to everything. The hotel was located at the higher floors and the views were great. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, helped right off the elevators and took care of everything, very hassle free. Rooms are fairly large to Tokyo standards, bathrooms were modern, sparkling clean and well designed. Toiletries were top notch including shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Air conditioning was very good unlike some other hotels where AC is just non existent. Wonderful experience here and wished we stayed longer.

Our experience at Tokyo Edition for our anniversary in mid-July was truly exceptional, leaving us pleasantly surprised and thoroughly satisfied. The hotel's service was impeccable from start to finish. They not only arranged a delightful little cake for us but also surprised us with a bottle of champagne, adding the perfect touch to our celebration. Moreover, the hotel's prime location ensured convenient transportation, and the breathtaking views were truly unforgettable. What truly stood out was the level of five-star service we received. The check-in process was seamlessly smooth, making us feel incredibly comfortable from the moment we stepped through the doors. To our delight, they even granted us early access to a room overlooking the Tokyo Tower, providing us with an invaluable view that made our stay all the more special. Tokyo Edition has created wonderful memories for us, and we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to all travelers planning a visit to Tokyo.

It is NOT A LUXURY hotel. Period. This hotel has serious issues with guest communication and relationship. Despite large proportion of foreign staff members, communication on the phone is still very challenging. Many of them have an irritating attitude that is the exact opposite of what you expect from a luxury branded hotel in Japan. Zero upgrade for Platinum members, even though premium room is still available. I know because they asked me to pay for the upgrade. I asked for some special arrangements but the attitude of staff on the phone is just so appalling that I had to hang up before I get more upset. I thought it was due to language barrier but seeing other Japanese guests review, I’m sure the staff is simply missing basic manners and proper training. I repeat. It is NOT A LUXURY hotel. Avoid it or adjust your bar to the level to that of a Courtyard.

Amazing new hotel, with pretty nice service and good ambience. The lobby bar it’s a nice place to have lunch or dinner, and also events are pretty well managed with a reasonable price. The rooms are minimalistic but pretty luxurious. The pool is small, but cozy. The very best is the terrace that they have at the lobby bar.

All smoke and no substance. The hotel looks really minimalistic and fancy with its black Carrara marble entrance and in the lobby area. However, the rooms are built with cheap materials. The view of the tower from the room is beautiful but I don’t appreciate subpar made in china amenities and bath salts given the room’s price tag. The staff was nervous and the lady that checked us out(possibly in a higher position) had a horrible attitude and was rude to both me and her coworker. This area is also dead at night so I don’t think a nice view justifies the other negative points.

Worst five star experience ever: stayed in late October 2023. The concierge lost my luggage, just could not find it for whatever reason when I checked out, was 30 minutes late to my lunch meeting because the hotel misplaced my luggage. Absolutely terrible management for a five star hotel, no one was accountable for anything. Ridiculous! Also, if you are okay with paper thin walls and hearing your neighbours talk at 3am in the nxt room then feel free to stay at this hotel. For me, Edition Tokyo is forever blacklisted. Horrible experience, stay away! For the same room rates, there are so many better options in Tokyo than this. Regrets.

Fantastic hotel with incredible views and exemplary service. Was given a terrace studio, where I was able to sit outside to soak in the scenery and the beautiful autumn weather. The hotel staff were all friendly and very helpful with recommendations. Super easy to get around with the basement valet entrance and the connection to the subway line (one stop from Roppongi).

From the time we began to check in there was issues. We had reserved 2 rooms for 3 people. When we were checking in we were told we only had one room and had to pay more for the 3rd person as well as their breakfast. After 20 mins of waiting things were sorted with the rooms but told the same about breakfast, but we could use the credits allotted to us to pay for the breakfast. This seemed very odd since the reservation was for 3 people across 2 rooms. We were also given some soaps and lotions to take home, but the way we were presented with them made it seem like that was all we would get to use during our stay. After that confusion was cleared up we went to our rooms. The following morning I went to check on what the misunderstanding was with the front desk and the lady working was great. She quickly reviewed my account and cleared the air in minutes (perhaps because she was a new employee that had just undergone training?), which made me wonder why the other staff member at check in had so much difficulty. The next morning before checkout I called the customer experience team to check on my accounts and see how much was left in terms of credits. The staff member who checked on the account let me know that with the package to be shipped my total credits remaining balance was zero. Around noon, we went to check out, and once again had another surprise. As I was checking out, I was told that the package that was shipped on my behalf fell outside of the hotels coverage area thus could not be covered by hotel credits, even though I had just called hours before to inquire about my balance, and this was not mentioned to me. We were already starting to run late to get to the airport and I did not want to cause any more delay so I left at that and paid for the balance. I asked if I could use the remaining credits for one of the robes as we had liked them while we were using in the room, but we were also told that this fell under a spa purchase thus cannot be purchased with hotel credits. At the end, we just left the hotel with a very sour bitter taste in our mouth over the experience we had just had with the front desk staff, which was not up to par with our expectations for a five star hotel.

I stayed at the EDITION Tokyo in late-Jun for a business trip and was absolutely blown away by the property and service! This is one of the newest hotels in Tokyo and it did not disappoint - the rooms were extremely well appointed, the room amenities were extremely high-end and most importantly, the service was outstanding: from my first meal at the Blue Room, Ms. Sakamoto and her team made me feel so welcomed - they remembered my orders and preferences - I dined there for most of my stay and didn't even want to go out on a Sat night and just stayed in to enjoy the lovely food and perfect view of Tokyo Tower! Ms. Byun from the Guest Relations team was also fantastic - checking in on me regularly throughout my stay to make sure I had everything I needed, and making sure all logistic arrangements were taken care of. Ms. Watanabe, the Chief Concierge, also helped made restaurant reservations that I would never have been able to get on my own! I relied on her and her team, and Ms. Byun tremendously throughout my stay. Of course, it was wonderful to always see Mr. Kaul the GM and Mr. Fares the Director of Operations around the property to make sure everything was running smoothly - they are one of the most hands-on senior team I've seen. Mr. Fares even personally served me in the Blue Room on a few occasions. When there are so many hotel options in Tokyo to choose from, it is the little things that keeps guests coming back and the EDITION Tokyo team certainly make my stay exceptional! I am looking forward to my next stay at the end of this month.

Had a nice getaway at their suite. Swimming pool is only 14m, but enough space for a little fun time. Gym space is limited as well but again enough for me. The suite had a nice view and nothing to complain about the bar and the Blue Room as well. Just lovely ❤️.

While the establishment is positioned as a five-star hotel, certain aspects did not align with the anticipated level of service. The bellboy and reception services were, indeed, top-notch, consistently delivering excellent service. However, the housekeeping department left something to be desired. On multiple occasions, I found myself contacting them for various needs, such as a pillow replacement or requesting assistance with an insect in the room. Each time, it took between 20 to 30 minutes for a response, often necessitating a second call before a staff member would arrive. Moreover, I took a stroll around the Garden Terrace, hoping to view the Jade Room. Upon inquiry, a server on duty informed me that the room was not yet open for viewing. I acquiesced and decided to simply view it from the outside. To my surprise, the server promptly closed the door, leaving me feeling rather baffled. This situation led to an unwelcome sensation, creating an atmosphere of exclusion rather than the expected hospitality of a reputed five-star hotel.

This hotel shines bright through Tokyo’s well-known hospitality sector. Every member of the team from every department treated me with such care, consideration, and kindness that it truly felt “at home.” With great recognition as an Ambassador Bonvoy member, the Tokyo Toranomon EDITION clearly caters to those who pay it forward. From the truly luscious lobby with amazing food and drink options, to the sleek and stunning rooms (15 of which have balconies), there’s no part of this hotel that doesn’t ooze modern luxury. I cannot wait to return next time I’m in Tokyo.

I had a wonderful stay at the Tokyo Edition. Staff was incredibly professional, friendly, great, and helpful. Very clean, minimalistic, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed rooms (I reserved one of the larger rooms and it's definitely the biggest room I've stayed at in Tokyo). Loved the small touches and amenities they provided. Gold members also get some nice welcome gifts in the room :) Can't complain about anything, will be back again!

We had a wonderful stay in this chic hotel. The lobby, bars, and restaurant are as beautiful as pictured. The staff deliver with incredible hospitality. I mentioned to Daniel and Kevin (bell service) how much I enjoyed the produce in Japan and that evening as part of turn-down service a fruit plate and dessert were delivered with a hand written note. Niko (bar and restaurant) took time to provide a local's recommendations for the best places to eat and visit in Tokyo. We would certainly stay here again.

We stayed for our honey moon. Staff was so kind with us. They find out it was our honey moon and they send notes and gifts at every opportunity. The room was very clean, amenities great! Room was big, and the location is good. It’s really close to a metro station. The room Highlight is the Tokyo tower! Awesome view!! Breakfast is a la carte. I ordered an avocado toast, delicious!!

Overall, probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at (for reference I’m a Bonvoy Ambassador member). Great location: easy access to subway from the ground floor, ease of parking and taxi access via the underground entrance, numerous cheap but good eats within walking distance, post office in front of the hotel, Starbucks in front of the ground floor entrance, Tokyo Tower within 10 minutes walking, etc. Great hotel restaurants and bars: garden on 31st floor over looks Tokyo Tower (amazing view at night), perfect for entertaining, great service. Nice and well appointed gym with plenty of space; did not try the pool. We were upgraded to a Premier Large 2 Queen room; and it was very large with plenty of space to probably fit a ping pong table in the open area and play comfortably. Everything was modern, electric outlets and location well thought out. Bathroom was very nice and spacious, and the shower/bath was great! The ceiling show water flow was amazing, probably the best I’ve experienced. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Even provided “Edition” boxes and tapes for us to mail things. One minor gripe is the max occupancy of the rooms on reservation is three. This prohibits family of four from reserving a 2 Queen room even though the room is plenty large enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. I highly recommend this hotel if it fits within your budget.

Our room was located far away from the main elevator and it was long walks back and forth to our room. We had constant issues with our room keys and got locked out of our room 3 times. Last time was when we had just went down for a new key and it still didn't work. The only thing that was nice was the hotel being right next to a train station.

I love the interior and the design of the hotel- Japanese simplicity mixed with green environment. The black tea scent used by the hotel of its collaboration with Le Labo is another reason I love it. It feels like you are coming back home sweet home every night when you return to the hotel with a tired body. The members of staff are really nice, hospitable, knowledgeable, friendly, polite, cheerful and helpful. I especially love interacting with all members of staff at The Blue Room. They speak excellent English and take every account of your needs. They are simply amazing!

great hotel, fancy yet feels really chill. the receptionist upgraded us to a room on the higher floors hoping for us to see the tokyo tower (and we did) . The check - in process was a little bit difficult as I was invited by a company to stay and had to prove i was invited (?) and was solved fairly quickly but nontheless one of the best hotels I have stayed in tokyo !

Very nicely designed, friendly service and comfortable rooms. The reason for only 4 stars: Hardly any room for your cloths etc (3 draws and 50 cm wide hanging space above It), breakfast is nice if you stay a day or two but very limited if you stay longer, same choice every day, no cereal or any healthy options) but if you ask they will try and find something for you, location of hotel is not the best if you just want to walk to attractions.

I love coming here regularly r trying feel refreshed ! Beautiful new hotel with an amazing view on Tokyo Tower 🗼 where you can enjoy beautiful and yummy cocktails. The bar and afternoon tea area is full filled with fresh plants 🌱surrounding you with green tones at the bar and white couches for the afternoon tea 🫖 Not only you can enjoy a relaxing experience here as every seating is separated but also Beautiful pictures that you can take ! The afternoon tea is a little pricey comparing to other hotels (between ¥7000 and ¥12,300) but You can try limited edition afternoon teas with champagne glass such as Queen’s British afternoon tea or Dyptique afternoon tea. I came here after work around 10 PM to have drinks with a friend on a Tuesday night. The service was good unfortunately they welcomed me telling me that the last order was 10:30PM. and they close the bar at 11PM. When I asked if it was special hours they said no is the weekly hours. I personally find it very early to close the bar at this time and was found myself unfortunately having all lights up by 11:05PM. As I was bringing a very VIP (diplomat )who was experiencing this hotel bar for the first time.. he was a little shocked that the bar was closed so early… it was unfortunate experience so I would like you to consider to change the bar hours ( longer ) to make a customer experience more enjoyable please 🙏 I would though recommend very much this hotel. It is also directly connected to the station Kamiyacho very convenient!

Very nice hotel in the center of Tokyo, the lobby is full of greens and is extremely pretty. The staff is nice and friendly and overall the facility is very comfortable, and great restaurant.

The drinks (cocktails) were good but on the pricey side (¥2,400+ per drink), and the portions on the small side. The tables with a view need to be reserved, we were seated in an area with no views. Service was very slow, took about 20 minutes to get the drinks after we ordered, and I detected a bit of an attitude from the staff, as if they were doing us a favor. A 10% service charge is added to the bill. I would not return.

The Edition Toranomon is a very special place in Tokyo, I highly recommend! I had the pleasure of staying for a week while on business. The hospitality and accommodation were amazing. The pristine hotel has phenomenal high-rise views of the city, including Tokyo tower. The rooms were ultra modern and filled with amenities that made my stay feel special. Food/drinks on the 31st floor lobby bar/restaurant were delicious! Definitely worth visiting (drinks or meal) even if you’re not a hotel guest. But the biggest highlight is the hospitality. Everyone was warm and welcoming. The concierge team was fantastic. They provided us with a custom map to explore the city and booked amazing restaurants for us to enjoy throughout our stay. I loved my time at Edition Toranomon and I’m looking forward to visiting again soon!

Unique and luxurious boutique hotel, with a buzzy vibe and eye-catching ambiance. The views of the Tokyo Tower will stun locals and visitors alike, and the modern amenities and room appointments will suit even the most fastidious of travelers. Opened in October 2020, the spaces still feel especially fresh and new - and the mix of customers ranges from hip scene-hunting locals and influencers, to families looking for a high-end experience all around. If you read no further, know this is a must-stay hotel in Tokyo. It was a cheekier version of The RC - approachable but luxe. My family and I stayed just two nights, over the New Years holiday week - looking for a special “staycation” experience in our hometown. Wow. The Edition’s beautiful lobby embodies the exact words of it’s architect: a frame of nature. I’ve never seen such a space! The bountiful foliage is expertly maintained, and each unique seating area is exquisitely designed (from furs/pillows/blankets on couches, to rich wood tables with intricate tealights and flowers - like you’ve just walked into a wealthy friend’s insanely decorated home.) The maintenance alone of this space is proof that the operations team is on their game. Walk closer to the window and you’ll recognize why everyone has their camera out - the Tokyo Bay and Tower just a few blocks away are mesmerizing. While check-in was slower than expected, the team working the front desk and lobby were beyond polite and helpful. The rooms are modern, spacious - and white. All elevating the experience to feel fresh, new, and like you’re the first person to use the space. The elegant wood paneling evokes Japanese design mixed with some sexy function, allowing you to peek between the bathroom and sleeping areas. Le Labo NYC products are generous (and fragrant), and together weave the scent story of the entire hotel. We ordered room service (wine and dessert) and it was prompt, delicious, and it’s tough to deliver ice cream without it melting! Our dinner the first night was set-up by the concierge at our request: yakiniku. Not only did this wonderful woman make calls on our behalf to obtain a reservation last minute, but she walked with us all the way to the street level from the hotel. I say this because this included at least 5 minutes outside, and in nearly 0 degree temperatures. Completely unnecessary, but so thoughtful to ensure we wouldn’t get lost on our way. Breakfast service in the Blue Room was a delight. The service was attentive (our server had fresh coffees at the ready before we even asked), and thoughtful in presentation. A limited menu was executed perfectly, well-timed coursing and more than ample portions. In particular, the kids raved about their waffles and pancakes for days after (I feel like the fresh whipped cream may have been a positive factor). Glassware was intentionally selected, and my mimosa was served icy cold. The pool is small, but beautifully maintained. It requires advance reservations (covid-related restriction), and it’s a popular amenity so do your best to book early! We were a little disappointed to learn of this fact after we were suited up and ready to swim, but when we brought this to the hotel’s attention directly - they were extremely apologetic and we had no further issues. Given the reservation system, you get the pool all to yourself once you arrive which turned out to be a lovely treat afterall. The spa is exquisite. My husband and I booked shared services, and had a large room for his massage and my facial. A customary foot wash was performed prior to each service. Days later my skin still feels like perfection, and my husband couldn’t stop talking about his massage. We felt like the only guests in the spa at the time, even though I’m sure this wasn’t the case. We never once felt rushed or like we needed to do anything but fully relax and soak it all in. I’ve spent years of my life in hotels, and can tell you that this one makes the top 10.

Reading many bad reviews about this hotel, we booked without too much expectations, but the stay was really great. This hotel targets definitely younger people, or with a different lifestyle than the older generation japanese people that might stay at this level of hotels, creating a gap with their expectations. All the staff was really nice and ready to help us at anytime, either at the counter, bar or in room service. The room decoration is rather simple but really comfortable. We saw that there might be a line for breakfast so we got it in room, which was perfect. The bar on the lobby floor and the Gold bar on the first floor both have original drinks and nice vibes. One thing they could improve is their terrace, which is only accessible after 4pm and for a special menu (costing more than 15,000 jpy). I wish we could just casually enjoy a drink on the terrace which looked really fancy.

My favorite place to stay in Tokyo. Wonderful fresh and clean cut rooms. But most importantly, amazing hospitality - starting from the front desk to the restaurant team and last but not least the amazing bar team creating wonderful cocktails to close out a busy day in style. If you can try to step out onto the terrace on lobby Floor. Amazing outdoor views of the city.

Really loved it. It is a perfect place for Hotel-Vacance. The hotel itself also has so many good services, including restaurants, pool, good location (and sight-seeing). Really enjoyed the time staying here

When for afternoon tea here and wasn’t disappointed. Fantastic service, excellent afternoon tea and a view to die for. A lovely experience. We had it for free, but the cost is actually fairly reasonable.
