I
ordered
the
wild
yellowtail
pickled
rice
bowl
from
Matsuura
Port
for
1000
yen.
◆Location…☆☆☆☆
1
minute
walk
northwest
from
Nihonbashi
Station.
The
first
floor
of
an
11-story
office
building
faces
the
wide
Eitai
Dori
Street,
where
the
Tozai
Line
runs
underground.
Convenient
location
as
it
is
close
to
Tokyo
Station.
◆Floor
plan/interior
design…☆☆
As
soon
as
you
enter,
there
is
an
L-shaped
counter
with
7
seats,
and
the
kitchen
is
in
front
of
it.
The
interior
is
an
eat-in
corner
separated
from
the
product
corner
by
a
noren
curtain,
and
the
combination
of
a
stainless
steel
counter
and
high
chairs
made
it
a
bit
unsettling.
◆Management/Atmosphere…☆☆
Two
women
working
in
the
kitchen
and
serving
customers.
The
store
was
lively
with
many
customers
of
various
age
groups.
BGM
is
J-POP
such
as
Mr.
Children.
The
area
was
surrounded
by
local
product
stores,
so
the
advertising
audio
promoting
Nagasaki
was
playing
on
a
loop,
and
I
felt
like
I
had
calluses
in
my
ears,
so
it
wasn't
an
environment
where
I
could
eat
slowly.
◆Cooking/cost
performance…☆☆☆
The
small
bowl
was
Satsuma-age
and
a
slightly
sweet
castella-style
omelette,
and
it
was
also
accompanied
by
pickled
mustard
greens.
As
a
vegetable
lover,
the
only
vegetables
I
had
were
some
green
onions
on
top
of
the
pickled
rice
bowl,
which
was
disappointing.
The
pickled
rice
bowl
had
a
satisfying
amount
of
sashimi,
and
the
rice
underneath
was
well
thought
out
and
delicious,
with
seaweed
on
top.
The
miso
soup
didn't
have
many
ingredients,
but
it
was
a
sweet
miso
typical
of
Kyushu,
and
I
was
able
to
enjoy
the
local
flavor
of
Nagasaki.
In
the
second
half
of
the
meal,
the
pickled
rice
bowl
was
transferred
to
another
bowl
and
topped
with
the
chin
soup
stock
from
the
pot,
making
it
seem
like
it
could
be
eaten
as
ochazuke.
There
was
seaweed
and
wasabi
on
a
small
plate,
so
I
added
them
after
pouring
the
dashi
soup
over
it.
The
change
in
taste
is
more
interesting
than
eating
the
pickled
rice
bowl
as
is,
but
the
heat
made
the
fish
hard,
so
I
think
it
would
have
been
better
to
eat
it
raw.
In
terms
of
value
for
money,
the
location
was
good
and
the
taste
was
pretty
good,
but
I
felt
like
there
weren't
many
vegetables
and
the
volume
was
a
bit
lacking,
so
the
1000
yen
price
point
is
a
bit
questionable.
Since
it
was
an
antenna
shop
in
Nagasaki,
I
was
hoping
for
dishes
that
would
improve
the
image
of
Nagasaki
without
considering
profitability
too
much.
