Friendly and informative staff . Top vegetarian food . Had the homemade Asparagus soup drizzled with extra virgin olive oil . Followed by a falafel wrap with olives , hummus, chilies and crisp salad . All washed down with a apple juice to drink from a jar . Filling bargain at £ 11 😋

The most delicious and fresh Middle Eastern fast food anywhere! This is my go-to lunch stop when I am in town, and also when I want a healthy choice take-out meal. The crunchy, herby falafel are cooked to order, the homemade houmous is creamy, nutty and sold in tubs that will last you down to your last pitta chip. Try the seasoned pitta chips! Always a great regular selection of fresh salad with specials like baba ganoush. Hot, fluffy bakery-sourced pitta bread, vegan cakes (you wouldn't know), mint lemonade to drink and a Cheeky Pantry for all your exotic seasoning and condiment needs. The staff are the loveliest people, it is like visiting a friend's home for lunch.

Without a doubt the best falafel within the area. Falafel made fresh to order and served with an accompanying salad and a array of sauces, with a fluffy pitta bread. Only issue would be a lack mint and parsley within the falafel seasoning otherwise 4.5 stars.

Lovely food! Stopped here for a lunch time bite to eat. Was a bit hesitant at first because it had the look of a vegan place. I'm vegetarian but hardcore vegan places put me off as my friend isn't. Luckily they cater for all. There is a range of options although I found these options very confusing to understand. But there are many options including meat. For a good price (around £7) I got a large pitta stuffed with my choice of vegetables and one hummus plus a jar of mint lemonade - very nice - and chunky chips. Lovely meal, tasty and filling. Would come again and recommend.

The food here speaks for itself. The best lunch we have had in Kingston. We got the lemon and coriander hummus with the meatballs, and the babaganoush. The food was incredibly well seasoned and really fresh. The place was lovely and clean and the service was great. We can’t wait to go back. 10/10.

Visited on the 28/08/2023 Amazing and fast service. Lovely interior and atmosphere. The food was very delicious, I loved it. This is a perfect place to eat as a group or individually. I recommend getting the Mezze plate. Only feedback I have is the falafels were a little dry but a dip in hummus and it was perfect.

The Cheeky Pea is a haven for those with discerning palates. Our party ordered vegetable soup, falafel wraps and falafel pockets. The latter two were upsized to meals and came with generous portions of hot chips and delicious home made lemonade. The soup, served with freshly baked bread, was delicious and proved to be an excellent antidote for the icy, Kingston weather. The salads were fresh, crispy, mouth watering and the sauces were of the finest quality- tha mango sauce was particularly good. This is a family owned restaurant where the emphasis is on quality and service. A tour of Kingston, without a visit to the Cheeky Pea, would be a loss.

Would highly recommend, it’s a very good fast and fresh Middle Eastern cafe with bowls, pitta, plates and so on. All the usual suspects like halloumi, avocado but then some boiled egg and fried aubergine items too. It’s a little bit simplistic in decor but as a quick, fresh, positive and pleasant experience for lunch this is up there. Excellent value

Love treating myself to a good hummus bowl 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 it is reasonable and everything is fresh!! I ordered the hummus bowl with babaganoush and all the salads.

Delicious!!!. Portions are huge and tasty. This mango sauce is something 👌great vegan option. Falafel and vegan chicken wrap. I had to force myself to finish. I'm no way wasting any food that I like.

Visited for lunch on a quiet Tuesday around noon. Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the freedom to choose our seats. Quick service, and the straightforward, fresh food exceeded expectations. Generous portions, definitely worth the money. Staff were friendly.

I was so happy to find this little gem of a place today. I had the Sabich - aubergine and egg in a wrap and it was delicious (and huge - actually could only eat half for lunch). It came with masses of different fillings and you choose from three different types of hummus, three types of tahini, and lots of olives and other salads and fillings. I also got some delicious and moist vegan carrot cake (I am not vegan). There were also loads of lovely looking things to take away like local honey.

Staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. Food is absolutely delicious and I’ve cycled between being vegan, vegetarian and now back to eating meat again all in the last few years and I’ve been able to get a great meal catering to all of those. The restaurant is always really clean and the layout is nice and airy. Outdoor seating is really nice in the summer. Salad is always super fresh and tasty. Hummus and falafel are great. Coffee is great too. If it was cheaper I would come here every single day but I don’t mind paying extra for a treat sometimes because their food really is great.

Favourite food place in Kingston Difficult to pick best combination as all have a great taste. It healthy and light food. Well seasoned. Their home made lemonade is just fantastic.

Amazing experience at the Cheeky Pea. One of the best falafels and hummus here in London, cute cozy place and good staff. Will definitely come back next time I’m around.

Probably the most delicious wrap I've ever had in my life. Great portion size, large selection of fresh salads, very tasty and well seasoned vegan chicken and of course incredible homemade hummus. The halawa cake was fresh and delicious, just the right amount of sweetness and perfect texture. The staff was very polite, helpful and quick. The food is very affordable and well packaged. I already can't wait to go back and try other things on the menu!

The Cheeky Peas Falafel was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside and it had a very consistent texture and taste throughout. The server was very polite and made me feel welcomed... I will definitely be returning when I'm back in Kingston🤘🏾
