Great tasty food, nice atmosphere. Good priced East Asian cuisine with lots of options for veggies. Great price too. Their generous serving of Ma Po Tofu is a must-try!

Great place for Chinese/Asian food. Went for a dinner with my wife and was pleased to see lettuce wrapped shredded duck that wasn't dry. Siu Mai dumplings were great as was the General Tso chicken and Roasted Pork for mains. Would recommend

This place is amazing. Such good food and such great value. Huge basket of prawn crackers to share! Service was excellent and the menu is perfect for a lighter meal if you're not in the mood for something heavy. Definitely recommend!

Solid restaurant, visited about 7 times since moving to Sydnenham/Crystal Palace and it’s been great every time. Tasty, quick service, really nice staff and well priced.

There is a limited seating area. It's better to go here in a group of 4 or less. Very quick service and food came very fast and was hot in temperature. Overall the food was OK, enjoyed the meal. Some dishes just needed abit more seasoning. Might visit here again and try another dishes.

I have been coming to Tofu restaurant in Crystal Palace since it opened. I am vegetarian, the selection on offer is perfect for me, especially the hot pot and vegetable noodles, plus the chilli oil is as good as my friend makes! I am always welcomed by David who is always super friendly to me and other guests, we have lovely conversations each time. I highly suggest Tofu Restaurant if you are a local or visiting Crystal Palace for the day, you will not be disappointed with the food, service or atmosphere. The restaurant I have visited the most in my time living in Crystal Palace.

We love coming to Tofu and visit every week. David is always so kind and attentive and the food is delicious, especially the Korean chicken skewers and prawn dumplings - highly recommended.

Tofu East Asian Canteen is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in London, and it’s always an exceptional experience. The food is delicious, with each dish bursting with authentic flavors. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place for a relaxed afternoon or evening out. What truly sets this place apart is the incredibly kind and welcoming service. The staff always goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. I can't wait to visit again!

Food is tasty and served hot and beautifully. The place is cute but tiny, zero privacy and feels like you are constantly in everyone’s way. Portions are medium/small. Overall is nice but the male serves were a bit socially awkward and made us feel uncomfortable when commenting on how much water we drank, pressuring us to buy more. We will probably order as takeaway going forward.

There's no question this is good and tasty Asian food and is presented nicely when served. The service is quick and the atmosphere is cozy. David and his crew provided us with good service and we look forward to coming back soon. Also it's a BYOB place which means your saving on the booze bill.

Stunning food, and amazing service. They really made our 9 month old feel special with kiddie-themed bowls and cutlery. She loved it!

Best Chinese restaurant in Crystal Palace. Food is amazing, highly recommend the prawn toast, beef hot pot and stuffed aubergine! David the waiter is a joker and one of a kind. Makes you feel welcome and at home every time and a good laugh!

Fantastic little restaurant, cosy, warming, delicious food, not overly pricey. Was very busy on a Tuesday night which is self explanatory, would recommend to anyone around the area or even just visiting. Could easily visit every week, they do takeaway/online orders also. Plus you can bring your own drinks, with a corkage fee but it's worth every penny!

**warning to Vegetarians & Vegans** We've been using Tofu since it opened, both dine-in and takeaway, and always had a great experience. I am a vegetarian of 30+ years, and an amount of trust is placed in people handling your food to produce it as described as vegetarian. However in a recent takeaway order (via deliveroo) , I was extremely disturbed to find a piece of chicken in my 'vegetarian' Tofu Curry. Needless to say I no longer trust this restaurant to provide vegetarian/vegan options as described.

I can not praise Tofu enough and would breach the word limit if I tried. We regularly order from here and the food is absolutely wonderful. The food is always on point and have never had any complaints. Great menu and great tastes!

Got a takeaway from here and it was very good! Good sized portions for the price and quick delivery! I would recommend, especially that you don’t have to pay extra for rice

This food wasn’t the best the prawns were nice and big but the food tasted like it was scrapped from the bottom of the pot I was not impressed. The ambience was nice. The crackers were okay but the King Prawn main was absolutely 1/10. I will maybe order something else. But I’ve had 3 order King prawn dishes and this dish unfortunately is bottom of the list. I was so excited the presentation was so inviting.

Have eaten in and and tried takeaway/delivery a few times and everytime the food has been amazing. The restaurant itself is really pretty inside. The food is fresh, full of flavour and the portion sizes are great. Loads of options for vegetarians too. Staff are really warm and friendly. If friends or family are visiting I always take them here. A local gem ♥️💎

Tasty food, big portions, good value for money and nice service. It was one of my best experience in London with Asian. Highly recommend. I had the shredded beef and was the crispiest and tastiest ever. The prawns and shredded duck were also very good.

AWFUL! Ordered a takeout from this restaurant tonight First time ordering takeaway here and The food was absolutely disappointing cold and disgusting we couldn’t even eat it. The crispy duck was burnt and the noodles were flavourless and burnt . The whole food has gone in the bin! Please don’t waste your time and save your money And go elsewhere Updated: Mediocre flavourless food. Sorry but Not one bit of the meal was good. The noodles were flavourless we ordered Duck lettuce wraps and House special rice noodles with chicken and duck squid and king prawns , the chicken came with a skin on it . it was burnt and tasteless seems like they gave us bottom of the pot we where left angry and hungry that's not on at all, I was so looking forward in trying the food. Not impressed. Check the order receipt we ordered via Deliveroo and the order came quite quick so I don’t think it was the driver fault that the food came cold the food was just not good. Tofu management can send me a message if you wish to discuss this further.
