It’s definitely not a safe place. I strongly advise everyone not to park here because I parked my car here, and the rear window was broken by robbers.

Usually like parking at Q park but had bad experience yesterday. Once I arrived at the Q park Church Street, and opened the car doors, I was disgusted by the awful smell of urine. I luckily managed to leave the car park quite quickly to catch some fresh air. When I came back after few hrs, I tried to scan my ticket in order to enter the car park. After few attempts I realised the doors were open (that means the car park is open for the public which makes no sense as one of the Q park values is “safety”). Once I entered the car park and smelled disgusting smell of urine again, I saw couple of homeless people sitting in the corner. I felt intimidated as one of them started to walk towards me. Once I managed to find my car I wanted leave immediately, however the gate did not open automatically and the ticket I had did not scan. The gate opened at the end after very long period of time. I do not feel the car park deserves 3.8/5 stars and I also do not believe Q park follows its “mission” and “values” of “providing clean and safe service”.

Overall Good and safe. Used it for going to Lords cricket stadium...was just 10 -12 minutes walk...so not too far. While coming out however, there was a long wait. I didn't understand why because those who use the qpark app or just park app have automatic shutter opening but some others get stuck then come out and pay....I dont understand why they didn't pay earlier.... There was only one exit bay...so if one car gets stuck everyone else too gets stuck...probably good for normal situation but not for stadium and games as there are so many coming out at the same time. We waited 30 minutes before we could come out.....

Well worth the money to travel into Central London and know you can park, which is cheaper than trains and not frightening for my dog. He loved London.

Weird characters enter and roam this car park, talking and singing to themselves and coming over to try talk to paying users of the car park. Felt unsafe and uncomfortable, but luckily this character walked off and started bothering others outside on the street. Smells like pee in here, but compared to other car parks in the area, it is a cheaper one so I guess it does the job and you get what you pay gor. Luckily my car is an old piece of junk, so I didn't have any safety concerns for my car. Just myself with that odd encounter.

Absolutely disgusted to see car was robbed, parked up here and on the return had my bag stolen. Main door to the car park entrance was open which is obvious that any stranger can walk in. I had to reported to the police for the incident. I've had one response from the car park attendees/assistant, sorry it happened. Well thank you for your sorry and not actually do anything to keep area safe for people. Avoid parking unless you want car to be smashed and robbed and your belongings taken away.

Great car park and very reasonably priced. Just very quiet once the market has packed up and felt a little worried with the immediate surrounding area.
