How disappointing! I am a regular customer and tonight was the worst experience, food was ordered online hour before collecting only to arrive and they couldn't find my order, to top it off i had to wait even longer, not the worst I did not recieved my full order. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I wanted to do an EFT payment and asked for the code. The attendant did not have the wifi code although it is advertised wifi available. Please do not advertise for services you cannot provide.

I waited approximately 15-20minutes for the wings to be done for my "Kentucky for two" meals. That was not a major issue BUT I got 4 drinks with my 2 meals. I asked for 4 Coke Zeros. I got what was supposed to be 2 Coke Zeros and 2 normal cokes. In essence it was ONE Coke Zero that my daughter said tasted like water and 3 soda waters that looked like dirty water. The chicken pieces were dry and hard and only the wings were okay. This must have been the worst meal I have had from KFC!!!!

Wow, what an awful experience.. The self-service machine is absolutely waist of time. We waited 50 mins for my tiny order of a bucket for one. People who ordered much larger orders got their food 1st.. Absolute chaos, the ladies serving the food, also very unfriendly and very helpful.. Ill never go back there. Ill rather go hungry next time..than to put myself through that.. Eisshhh..

Fast service, good customer care, and food is always fresh

KFC promotes "Skipping the que" when ordering online. I had to go in to collect my food and be put in the collection line, while they still prepared the meal🤯 The chicken was very tough. It didn't feel like the treat it was supposed to be.
