Great view to the Nagano basin. Food seemd to be reasonable.

Midsize service area. It has three restaurants, soba noodles, Ramen noodles, and deep-fried stuff. Nothing special with the dishes, what do you expect in the service area. Outdoor area is spacious and nice especially when the weather is good.
