    I used to suffer from stiff shoulders because I usually use a computer, but after training, I feel much better. I've also gained some muscle in some areas, and I'm getting toned up little by little!

    I used to suffer from headaches due to stiff shoulders, but with stretching and correct posture, things have improved considerably! It was great because they gave lectures tailored to each individual.

    I don't like exercise at all and was worried about whether I would be able to continue doing so, but rather than exercise, our goal for the 60th birthday group is to be able to play energetically without getting any sore spots in our old age. My own interpretation is that daily habits naturally create painful areas, so learning the correct posture, center of gravity, and walking style is the shortcut to curing the painful areas! I used to not care about my health even though I was taught by a teacher for the past year, but now I am able to do some of the training that my teacher taught me at home.

    最初は、トレーニングをするのがあまり気が進まなかったけどコロナ禍でリモートワークが多く先々を考えると通って良かったです。 あまり使わない筋肉を丁寧に指導してくれ 体が楽になりました。 これからも指導して下さい。

    体操教室に通う前は、肩から背中にかけて痛みがあったのですが!毎日肩甲骨を動かす体操をしていたら、いつの間にか痛みが無くなっていました。こちらの教室はマシンで鍛えるのではなく、体操で筋肉を刺激するので、家でも出来るのは良いですね。姿勢も体操を始める前より、良くなっているので、これからも続けて行きたいと思います。

    長年腰の痛みで悩まされていましたが、レッスンを受けたときに普段の姿勢から負担をかけてしまっているということをわかりやすく、丁寧に説明していただきました。 教えていただいた腰痛改善のエクササイズを取り入れるようにしてからとても調子が良いです。 今まで運動習慣というものがほとんどなかったのでこちらに通いながら運動習慣もつけていきたいと思っています。

    Since I started going to Walk On, my headaches caused by stiff shoulders have subsided. Up until then, I had to take medicine every day, but now I can go without taking them. I'm glad I learned the fun and importance of exercise. I will continue to visit you in the future.

    We ask for lessons twice a month. I want to cure bad posture and severe headaches, I want to do muscle training to tighten the areas that are difficult to lose weight, I want to improve my yoga performance! I started going there with various hopes. The teaching methods are thorough and I can learn how to use my body in an easy-to-understand manner, and I haven't had a headache for a week since I attended, and my stomach is flat and refreshed. She taught me a lot of things that I could do at home, so I started incorporating some of them in my home training, and I was surprised at how easy it was to do yoga poses! I would like to continue like this, maintain good condition, and improve my muscle training and yoga performance♪

    Because I don't have the habit of exercising regularly, my body is stiff and I was suffering from lower back pain and stiff shoulders, but through this exercise I learned the importance of stretching and posture, and as I continued doing the exercises, my body loosened up and my posture improved.     I was suffering from stiff back and shoulders due to lack of daily exercise, but when I started attending this class, I gradually became more and more relaxed. My stiff shoulders, which I had been suffering from, were relieved. In the class, I do exercises to loosen stiff parts of my body, widen and move my hips, and improve my hunched back.This exercise seems to suit me very well, and I've been attending for about a year now, and my posture has improved and my stiffness has improved. My body is now surprisingly soft.

    We are a group of four good friends with an average age of 60 years old. As I get older, my body doesn't get enough exercise, but when the class is over, it feels lighter and rejuvenated, which is an irresistible feeling. My doctor is also very enthusiastic about supporting me and taking care of me, so if I keep doing my best, I'll be able to avoid the painful parts of my 70s and 80s and enjoy my life. It’s almost been a year since I started attending! It's a classroom that suits us and we can afford to continue.

    We use it every other week, twice a month on Saturdays. The prices are reasonable, but the training is thorough and easy to understand, making training very enjoyable. They look at my body when I'm tired from work and tell me how I can make my body feel less fatigued. Since I started training, I have started to pay more attention to changes in my posture and physical condition, and my stiff shoulders have decreased. Training is also very good because you can change the menu to suit your physical condition each time. The biggest change I feel is that I can sleep better. I am considering increasing the number of times I attend because I am able to receive explanations about how to take care of my body while training.

    I had stiff shoulders, stiff shoulders, and severe pain around my neck that didn't improve even after I went to get a massage, but I did some stretching and exercise while having my body checked. I could feel that my blood flow was improving along the way. By the end of the session, the pain was gone and my shoulder felt lighter. The trainer was also very kind and polite. Thank you again.

    I don't usually exercise at all, and I wanted to move my body, but I didn't really know where to go, but here I was able to exercise without worry even as a beginner! It also adjusts the training intensity, so it seems like you can attend for a long time (^^)

    Thank you for your continued support! Training is once a week, and the menu is tailored to suit your physical condition at that time. Depending on the time of year, I can be quite busy with work, so I thought it was just maintenance for my body, but I've been able to build up some muscle and my posture has gotten much better! At first I wasn't sure if I could continue, but I enjoyed the changes in my body and now it's an indispensable routine. I look forward to working with you!

    The back pain and stiff shoulders that have been bothering me for a long time have become easier after taking lessons and learning how to use my body and moving stiff areas, and my back and shoulder stiffness have been reduced compared to before. I'm really grateful because I didn't think that understanding my body properly and making the necessary movements would make me feel so much better. I will continue to attend and have a body that can move more energetically.
