    Since I usually play sports, I thought I was stronger than my peers who didn't do anything, but one day, I took off my slippers and found that they were clenching, and I was trying to get rid of my stiff shoulders by tearing off my shoulder blades, which I saw on a video site. If I did that, I would develop frozen shoulder, and the last thing I would do is to go on a diet and get a rebound after cutting off my self-administered carbohydrates. It's different from when I was younger, but if this is what it means to be old, is it something I should naturally accept? But if you want to be fashionable or get rid of the life of a perpetual dieter, you have no choice but to spend money to lose weight instead of spending money to gain weight. There are also relatively cheap training programs that let you do it 24 hours a day. However, I have a history of developing frozen shoulder on my own. Personal care is more expensive, but I also have the responsibility of ensuring safety and peace of mind to avoid injury, and of the person in charge of managing my inability (I ran away from the feeling that I had to work hard lol). But can it really be effective in just 30 minutes? What's up? I decided to try this experience with some doubts. That's when I learned about the fact that I have a hunchback. I could no longer do push-ups or sit-ups that I was able to do as a child. How to fight against old age? After all, if you don't go through arduous and painful training, you won't be able to become who you were in the past. I feel anxious. It's one thing to watch videos and try to imitate them, but the correct shortcut is to have a professional in the field take a look. Every 30 minute workout has become fun. I learned that there are many ways to stimulate the same muscles that are not just painful. fun. Training while whining, chatting, and laughing. There are only good things! I realized my weaknesses, which I had been ignoring, and learned the joy of overcoming them. It might be fun to do it alone. But it's so much fun to be able to share that joy with the trainers who walk with me. Isn't that obvious since you're paying for it? I think some people think so. There is no loss because you are getting what you deserve. On the contrary, I still have confidence in myself, and I have hope that if I continue as I am, I will be able to live my life without having to go to the orthopedic surgeon and be told, ``It can't be helped because of my age.'' It's like going to the dentist for a cleaning before you get cavities. There may come a day when my income will run out and I won't be able to afford to go here. However, I also learned that I might be able to use what I learned here quietly at home. I'm grateful for everything, including the fact that there was a place like this nearby that didn't require much transportation costs or lost time, and that I was able to meet a group of nerds (I've said it many times, but I praise them lol).

    When I opened the door, it said, ``Hello! ” A cheerful voice welcomes you. With a trainer, you can do the training that you would not be able to do on your own! I hope the grinding in my neck, shoulders, and back will also decrease. It's fun to talk about things that don't matter ♪

    I started training during the coronavirus pandemic because I wanted to do something about my body, which gets tired easily. After continuing to train once or twice a week, my back pain and shoulder stiffness completely disappeared. Thanks to the trainer's ability to point out my weak movements and daily posture habits, I am able to set challenges and goals that I want to overcome each time, which is very rewarding. Also, having fun conversations with the trainers is a great way to refresh yourself after work. Thank you for your continued support in maintaining your physical and mental health.

    I always take one hour of training. I am always carefully relieved of my stiff shoulders and work fatigue! When it comes to muscle training, I change the training content depending on the conditions of the day.

    I have been working hard for 1 hour once a week for 4 years. The trainer will teach you kindly and carefully! I lost 5kg and my body became toned. Sometimes hard training is mixed in, but it's a really fun time 😆

    Stretching helped relieve my severe back pain. I'm glad that I've gained muscle thanks to the KAATSU training. I'm the type of person who doesn't like exercise and don't stick to it very often, but thanks to Mr. Tomikawa, I'm able to keep going!

    It's been about 9 years since I started training here. I enjoy every session. Before training, I often felt low back pain and fatigue, so I often went to reflexology, but after I started kaatsu training, I no longer needed reflexology. I think it's because the trainer understands my physical condition and conducts sessions using the correct training method. The atmosphere is nice and it's very comfortable, so I'd like to continue working here.

    I went to another gym and received personal training, but there were only about 3 different menus, and I had to repeat them every week with no results.
