初めての場所ですが、評価が高いので試しに当時施術いただきたく朝ネット予約しました。ですが、施術予定の1時間前になっても予約完了メールがこないため、確認の電話をしましたが、相手は店舗名を名乗らないため怪しい印象を受けました。訳あり再度電話しましたが、別の方が出られて、また店舗名を名乗らず。こちらからTokyo Spaさんですか？と聞くとそうです、と答えますが、事業戦略か何かでしょうか？店舗名は名乗っていただいた方が初めて伺う身としては安心します。 結局電話口で予約は夜まで一般と分かり、自分の予約はネットからギリギリのタイミングでキャンセルしましたが、そうであれば、初めからネットで夜まで予約できないシステムにしていただく方が、予約者と店舗側での無駄なやり取りが減るかと思いました。

I've been there a few times, but when I went there after 10pm, they didn't have the usual footbath (maybe they forgot the salt for the footbath because it's on the side table, or maybe they just stopped because it was about to close...?). Usually after I've had a few sips of tea, they explain the day's condition and give me some advice, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to just leave it alone and go home. Usually you can choose hot or iced drinks, but even though it was a cold night with a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius, I had a perfect iced tea without any questions. If the service is so uneven, I think it would be better to stop accepting reservations at night.
