    I gained weight after my wedding and wanted to tone up my body for the summer, so I joined. It was my first time at a personal gym, but they put together a menu that was tailored to me and gave me detailed instructions. I already have some exercise experience, but I've always learned a lot about how to use the equipment and how to train, and it's fun to go to classes that suit your goals. The facility is clean and beautiful, and it's close to the station, so it's easy to get to.     I went to a personal gym for the first time because I wanted to get into the habit of exercising to tone my body and stay healthy.     I was concerned about my body shape and wanted to train, so I went to a personal gym because I didn't know how to do it for the first time! I think it will be easy for first-timers to come as they will teach you how to do it in a very easy to understand way! During the training, you will be able to have a friendly conversation and have a peaceful atmosphere, and the 45 minutes will feel like it's just a blink of an eye! I end up having fun that day, but the training itself feels like it's really working on my body, to the point where my muscles are always sore the next day! They will create a training menu that suits your pace, so you can continue with ease!

    If I'm going to go to a gym, I thought I'd try a personal gym first, so I joined. I enjoy every visit, learning about training methods and diet, and just chatting with them. I go twice a week, once after work on weekdays and on holidays, but they also have evening sessions, so it's easy to come even after work. I have always had lower back pain, so I was a little worried about muscle training, but he taught me how to use the correct posture, so I was able to continue training for three months without any problems.     This was my second time training at a personal gym, and the reason I've been going for so long is because of the highly professional trainers who always put together training sessions that are suitable for me and make training fun. As for the important diet, I went there twice a week for 3 months and didn't try hard to eat, so my weight change was about 2 kg. It doesn't seem like a big deal when you just look at the numbers, but it's obvious that my whole body has become more toned. What impressed me the most was my neck and back. When I looked up, I felt a lump of flesh on the back of my neck, but it's gone now. My back feels less bulky, so I don't feel as ugly even when I wear tight-fitting clothes. The instructions are very easy to understand, and I sometimes find myself not using my muscles properly even when I think I'm moving the same way as the model, but if I change the movements as I'm told, I can train them properly. Also, if I thought I was feeling a little overloaded, he would easily increase the number of repetitions, or teach me positions that would increase the load.He is really good at identifying things like that, and won't let me do any training that isn't too tiring. lol) There aren't many regular gyms that you can go to with your kids, and it's expensive, but I had no choice but to choose a personal gym, and I'm very satisfied with the results!
