2021七夕に大内宿に立ち寄った。天気は鈍曇りで泣きそうだったがなんとか宿場の名残りを感じる事ができた。バイク一人旅の若者と出会いカメラ談議やら旅の行程等軽く話が弾んで安全を誓って別れた。 さて腹減ったであるw。 宿場の中央に位置するこのお蕎麦屋。 実は結構な数の蕎麦屋がここにはある。入口から最奥まで歩きながら何を食べるかなぁ?と片隅で考えながら撮影していた次第。 気になったのが胡桃蕎麦。雰囲気は胡麻タレと似ているだろうと想像していた。
早速店内へ!若いお兄さんが頑張っている。胡桃ザル蕎麦を注文。店内を見回すと、戊辰戦争の刀疵と書かれた札があり、実際に柱にはそうであろう跡が黒光りの柱から浮かび上がるように見てとれた。 ちょうど良いタイミングで蕎麦が運ばれる。付け合わせの説明をあの若者が丁寧にしてくれる。 練った胡桃が器に盛られ汁を入れささっと混ぜるが胡桃全部は溶かない。蕎麦をとり汁をつけサクッと口へ。 うまい!
この辺りは豪雪で時として、2、3回雪下ろしをするそうだが。近年は一度も行わない季節もあるそうだ。茅葺き屋根は手入れ大変だなw。 箸休めに刺身蒟蒻も戴く。 こんな刺身こんにゃく食べたこと無い! 美味!
是非一度味わって頂きたい。
胡桃は昔胡桃で、割るのが大変!別の店舗で帰りに土産とした。 年越までには全部割らねばならぬ(^^;
