As with the hotel, the waiting staff are great. The food is normally as a buffet style with a lot of selection, you can also order off the al a carte menu if you wish (well some of the time depending on the covid situation). The selection of food is good, their is western style food as well as Japanese. You can go here for breakfast, lunch and dinner with the set times given to you on arrival at the hotel from the front desk. It isn't the best food I've ever had, but for a hotel you are staying at it is good. You can if you wish purchase wine from the restaurant and they will give you a glass etc for you to take to your room. If you have the Harmony app on your phone you will also get a discount, well worth signing up for.

I arrived at the hotel late and had only 15 minutes until last order so I opted for the a la carte menu instead of the buffet menu but I the beef curry I ordered was one of the best I've had. The staff was really attentive and professional, and everything was just well organised. Next time I'd love to try the buffet.

A really nice restaurant inside Nikko Hotel Narita. It overlook a beautiful garden and tpu can enjoy it through the bigs glass windows. The foods are nice and delicate. Lots of little bites that you can try ! Love the salad bars and miso soup. They even have the supplements section for breakfast.

We had dinner here. We ordered from the menu. The service was ok,not amazing. My Japanese set menu was quite delicious. My husband’s pizza was not great though. Too much cheese and not much flavour. Loved the hot sake!

Very good food. Staff treat you kindly snd respectfully. They serve delicious Japanese food. Omelette is prepared with the topping you want. They also have supplement buffet. Excellent idea and option for customers. I had breakfast there.

I remember visiting just for a dinner an eon ago. The air, food quality and staff service are excellent. After all, it is Nikko. It just is expensive. It is near Narita Airport, so it is in rural area and hard to visit unless you are hotel guest or you exert an extra effort to get here. But I would recommend this relaxed eating environment. Now, I am back after 4 months. The price was up 600 yen (5 bucks plus)! For what? I failed to see the legitimacy of the price differences in service or food quality. It was post-pay but it is prepay, now. Too many customers left without pay the bills? Live cooking chef may not to know the difference between ‘over-easy’ and ‘over-hard’, or perhaps eggs weren’t good enough for ‘over-easy’. Either way, I got ‘hard’ instead of my requested ‘easy’. The staff was cordial I assume but did not noticed due to too many irritating differences. Oh, cashier was slow to take my money. It took a full minute to get register going. Food? Nothing noteworthy. The view? My table was not in good location. It seems my Friday will be a gloomy one. No, I shall not return.

Beautiful breakfast in buffet style with only ¥2500. You can enjoy it until 10:30 am. The foods are perfect and the service is elegant. The only problem is it’s impossible to try every food since there’re too many 😅 Also, there’s a free shuttle bus from Narita airport to the hotel every 20-30 minutes so I could enjoy this wonderful breakfast using my transit time.

Loved the place! You can choose to order from the menu, or to eat at their buffet. I went for the budget for breakfast and dinner, and I did not there the decision! The food items were varied. You have Japanese and you have Western food items. The prime are cute and petite, which encourages you to try them all! I'm especially floored by their Florentine steak, with herb seasoning and lemon slice. The steak was amazingly tender, even when it has cooled! If you happen to find soft boiled egg served, get it! They're cooked to perfection, like the ones served at ramen houses! They also have oden dishes, and you can make a miniature rice dish with their meats or fish items..... Delish. And desserts... Remember small and varied? Best way to buffet your way through dessert.

I had my breakfast here. It was a mega breakfast. Everything was there, right from croissant to fish dishes. Well I never tried fish dishes in the morning but this is the first time I tried and I enjoyed it. Big enough for many people to sit and enjoy their breakfast. Very hygienic and tasty.

Stayed in the Nikko while I was stuck in Japan overnight. Delta gave us dinner and breakfast vouchers both of which I spent at Serena. I missed the dinner buffet by about 30 minutes, but there was still a limited selection of dishes to choose from as well as access to the fountain drinks. I ended up choosing a seafood curry that exceeded my expectations. The seafood (squid, fish, and abalone) were all cooked to perfection and extremely tender and delicious. The gravy was also well seasoned and perfectly creamy. The breakfast buffet had tremendous variety and all of the food was tasty and freshly prepared.

Good buffet with lots of choices - my partner left more than full. I had the tempura set, which was too much food to eat and everything was fresh and delicious. Friendly service, worth the price (our meal came to about US$65 - not bad for Japan).

Breakfast with a garden view. Very lovely and calm. Both Western and Japanese breakfasts are served here. However, can do better with fruits- only had bananas and some canned fruit.

Meal is OK, service is good. Lighting festival is excellent.

We have dinner here, tempura bowl and beef bowl was good, their cheese cake was great.
