It's unique in every thing ,location, structure, view, and a wonderful staff. Although the covid-19 restrictions I really recommend that you go and have a cup of tea with some well made cookies and some cake. # mosen abulgar # モーセン先生

As a property, past its prime and in need of a face lift - everything feels dated from its tiny lobby to its spacious but aged rooms without electrical outlets near the beds or desks - a relic of a pre iPhone age. But the service is extremely good and the friendly, diligent staff tries its best to polish up the old-ish hotel.

While I am generally a huge fan of the Four Seasons hotels, I had to cancel my reservation at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo At Marunouchi due to the terrible service from the concierge. As a family of four, I was already a bit concerned over making it work in a room with only two double beds (why wouldn't they at least use queen size beds???). However, I figured being in a Four Seasons with their legendary service would be worth it. As I was trying to get some help in making restaurant reservations, the level of service from the concierge (whose name was Shin) was the worst I have ever experienced at any decent hotel. First, the level of responsiveness is almost nonexistent. I had to follow-up multiple times via email and through the app chat feature to get one response per 48 hours. That was just ridiculous. Second, based on the responses I was getting, it was obvious that the concierge was not really reading my emails and was just responding quickly with generic information. For example, I wrote an email saying that while my wife and I love sushi, our children do not and I was asking for recommendations on restaurants that may serve sushi along with other food. The response was "Here is a list of sushi restaurants ...". Shin was just not reading the emails and simply responding with generic info. Since I was not getting a bedding arrangement that would make us comfortable and clearly not getting a decent level of service, it seemed to make no sense to pay the Four Seasons prices. Thus, I cancelled my reservation and booked another hotel.

I stayed at this incredible hotel for ten days, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The entire staff at the hotel was incredibly kind, accommodating, and thoughtful, providing a world-class level of service. The Room: The rooms at the Four Seasons not only met my expectations but exceeded them. If there was anything we needed, all we had to do was ask. For instance, when we had trouble sleeping on the first night due to uncomfortable pillows, they promptly provided us with a menu of pillow options. We ended up selecting a combination of eight pillows, featuring both down feathers and memory foam. The Service: It's the attention to minor detail that truly sets the Four Seasons apart. The staff noticed that my wife was wearing glasses during a rainy day and provided her with a microfiber wipe for her glasses. Additionally, when she fell ill during our stay, the staff even accompanied me to a pharmacy in Tokyo Station to help me get the necessary medicine for her. Furthermore, we expressed our desire to dine at Michelin-starred restaurants, and the concierge team worked their magic by securing several reservations that we initially thought were impossible. The Vibes: Despite being located in the bustling center of Tokyo, the hotel managed to create an atmosphere of luxury, seclusion, and exclusivity. It was conveniently situated within walking distance of the imperial palace and just steps away from Tokyo Station. Summary: I highly recommend staying at this Four Seasons hotel. From the exceptional service to the meticulously designed rooms, it provides an unforgettable experience.

One of the best service I have experienced. I want to praise Miss Mami and Miss Miyuki and the Concierge team. They provide the excellent service and very efficient. They help us to book the Sukiyabashi Jiro Ginza and みかわ是山居, and when I have any questions, they are willing to help in time. The breakfast is the hotel is delicious and the room serves is very efficient as well. I will more than likely to be here in the next trip to Tokyo.

FS has two in Tokyo, and it is not the new one. But, we have a great stay in here during our winter break this year. The staff are very warm and helpful. The room is a bit aged but still very comfortable and cozy. The location is awesome! The restaurant deserved to try ( the breakfast as well as the dinner )

I really love the service at this hotel. They remember you by name after a few nights and even without that everyone is always so helpful. While it’s not the newest luxury hotel in Tokyo, it has a proper gym which isn’t too busy. I always stay here for my business trips for the consistency in the quality of service.

It is a slightly older luxury hotel, so certain features are dated but they more than make up for it in service. Even by Japanese standards, the team here is VERY attentive. Very conveniently located for either business travel or tourism. Very good English language skills. I kind of like this one better than the other Four Seasons just due to the service. Would happily stay here again but I’m going to try a ryokan next time I’m in Japan.

The Four Seasons never fails to impress tourists or business men alike. Stunning rooms and views on to the massive Tokyo Train Station where the famous Bullet Train leaves. The restaurant is good and next to the hotel is a entrance to shops and restaurants and ground. Beds are comfortable and the room is very modern and clean. Good job Four Seasons you’ve done it again!

Smallish hotel by the rail track. I had the biggest suite of the hotel, a complimentary for being a black card holder. Extremely large living room, but rather ordinary bedroom in comparison. The bathroom can also be more luxurious for such a suite. The worst thing is noise from the Shinkansen in the morning. It’s not really loud, but one can notice it in the early hours. I would suggest you to get a room not facing the rails. The hotel has one cafe restaurant and a sufficient gym for a hotel of this size, 57 rooms. I probably wouldn’t stay here next time, if I’m paying four seasons price in Tokyo.

Best hotel i have ever been to! From the room to the people to the location to the amenities it cant be beat! A stones throw from the Tokyo station. Easy 20 min walk to fish market and Ginza district. Only 10 min from emperor palace. They house suzane the best restaurant in Japan and top 50 in Asia. French food with asian flare. They have great daily breakfast buffet and real nice bar to belly up to and get a drink and watch the trains go by. Oh and if u want they have shuttle to airport. Great gym and spa and did i say people so friendly?? And helpful?? And arguably best coffee machine i have ever encountered: makes coffee latte capuchino and expresso. Way to go 4 seasons!! U serve all needs for the "tourist in Tokyo"

An amazing stay! The Staff there were so kind! We were treated so well and we felt that we could easily communicate our needs. we stayed there with our baby, for whom they provided a bed, bath toy, skin care, diapers and snacks - very thoughtful. The room was huge and had an amazing view, the Ofuro was empty from guests and you could really relax in the there, not worrying about privacy. We were given early check in and late check out, which was incredibly helpful with the baby, and since it was White day and my hubby's bday we were sent many complimentary sweets and a birthday cake to our room! Their restaurant had delicious food and superb view, overall - what a great hotel! we will definitely come again!

We had the best hotel experience during our long stay (15 nights!) in Tokyo. The level of service provided was exceptional. One of the staff member escorted us all the way to a sushi restaurant when we arrived at the hotel and managed to get us seats even though it was late. We were also greeted by name by both the concierge and the doorman every morning when we leave and were warmly welcomed back in the evening. The concierge (special mention to Keigo) was immensely helpful and helped with our multiple requests for restaurant reservations. The baby amenities were fantastic (baby cot, diaper changing table, diaper bin, baby bath tub, and even some diapers!) On our last night, they left us a beautiful card with personalised heartfelt messages from everyone, 2 beautiful sake glasses and an adorable soft toy for our baby. This felt more like a family home than just a hotel!

The service here was exceptional. I don’t think we’ve had better service at a hotel. They took care of my husband, myself and our one year old - the amenities for kids were AMAZING. They had everything we needed and more. Location was great - easy access via the subway to Disneyland. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay!

Highly recommend staying here for any type of vacation. From travel to resting this hotel will treat you right. Outstanding and professional service. Beautifully decorated. Love the attention to detail at this hotel. Plus, they house an amazing French restaurant.

Stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and loved every second of it. The service is impeccable, food is delicious, location is perfect and last but not least the most respectful and helpful staff I have ever encountered. Highly highly recommended. I was looking for the famous Japanese KitKat and couldn’t find it anywhere. I asked reception and I was shocked when they offered to escort to the shop that sells them, and waited for me to finish shopping to walk me back to the hotel!!!!!! Such amazing service. When I visit Tokyo again, I will undoubtedly book here again!

Though the building and rooms could use some updating/refreshing, you absolutely cannot beat the highly personalized, friendly, and welcoming service that the staff at the Four Seasons Marunouchi provide. We absolutely loved our stay, and the staff, especially Mitsuo, provided top-notch service all around, even helping us with our first Shinkansen ride by escorting us all the way to our train platform and even helping get our luggage onto the train itself! Absolutely stellar service from the Four Seasons — can’t wait to return!

We did the spa there and the bar at the top. The Japanese whiskey is top notch and very reasonably priced. Also great food. The madeleines are to die for. Hot and fresh. Great spa treatment too.

I loved this hotel. Service was impeccable, large rooms, great amenities and spa, and good location by Tokyo Station. They even come get you at the train platform which is super helpful in navigating - and will drop you to the departing platform too if leaving via train. I would recommend for a lovely stay in Tokyo

Fantastic and spacious room, amazing staff. Great breakfast - the restaurant is stunningly beautiful. The surrounding area is interesting to explore. All of the staff were so kind to me. I have come to expect nothing less than perfection from the Four Seasons!

Great hotel. Service was impeccable. Front desk was so helpful. Even escorted us to Ginza station and showed us how and where to purchase train and subway tickets and info on the many lines Tokyo has. Room was well appointed. Quaint front desk and waiting area. Fantastic afternoon tea.

Really recommend Maisonette Marunouchi for breakfast. Great views of the Shinkansen pulling out of Tokyo station and lovely, elegant food.

I really loved this hotel. A charming staff member met me at the train station and helped me with my bags through the huge Tokyo train station to the nearby hotel. Check-in was a breeze and I was kindly upgraded to a beautiful and luxurious suite with a gorgeous bathroom and soaking tub overlooking Tokyo. A lovely young lady knocked on my door with a cake and birthday treat and took my photo for a keepsake provided to me in a personalized frame upon my departure. A very nice touch. Both days I enjoyed breakfast at the hotel overlooking the Tokyo train station watching the trains come in and leave. There was something very relaxing about that. I also enjoyed dinner here one night and had excellent food and service and was again brought a complimentary birthday treat by friendly staff. All questions were answered with care and everyone went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent and I was a quick 5-minute walk to any subway I needed to get me all over the city.

I went here for a massage because they have a spa on the 7th floor. It was amazing and you can use the hot spring and sauna before your treatment. It was a bit small in there though, but the jet shower was interesting. Staff were polite and professional

4.5 Star. Really beautiful lunch buffet including a fantastic view of the train station. Impeccable and friendly service in a beautiful setting. Small but premium selection of appetizers and desserts including basil infused lemon ice cream. Order the mains from the menu and everyone loved the Clam. Coffee and espresso service also perfect. Strongly recommend.

When you book a stay in Four Seasons hotels, you dont only pay for a room; you pay for service and peace of mind. The concierge is extremely, extremely, extremely bad. I sent him emails from home and didn't answer them, even three days after. I had to email the general manager, Charles Fisher, for him to answer. This happened in two ocations. We had bad experiences with 2/3 reservations that the concierge made for us. First, the concierge made us a reservation for 3 and not for two at a restaurant. Then the concierge recommended us and booked a restaurant that was 20 minutes by car in a place with no shops or nothing arround. To put the cherry on the top, we had a bad experience at that restaurant because there was no english menu and the people didnt speak English. The staff in the hotel speak english at a 20-30 % fluency rate. Only the people that work at the restaurant speak English well. The breakfast is extremely poor: not according to Four Seasons standards. We stayed at at intercontinental hotel in Yokohama and the breakfast was way more complete and way better. There is almost no space in the Spa. I will never be back to this hotel. Would rather stay at the Mandarin or Penninsula

A wonderful location in the heart of Tokyo. The staff was incredibly nice and every need was accounted for. The room was large and very comfortable.

Incredible hotel, staff, food, service. Breakfast is on the 7th floor overlooking the trains for Tokyo station - 100% will stay here again. Photo is my son looking out at the trains from the restaurant at breakfast service.

I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at Four Seasons in Tokyo! The staff are very kind and happy to please. They worked so hard and went beyond expectations. I've never felt so flattered by hospitality as I did there. The food was fantastic and everyone spoke excellent English. The staff hailed taxis for us, gave thorough directions when we needed them, and walked us from the hotel to the train station when we left to Kyoto, just to make sure we found our way without trouble. When we returned from Kyoto to stay one more night before leaving Japan, a nice young man from the hotel walked us from the bustling train station back to the hotel. We were welcomed back by all staff members present when we arrived, and the staff at breakfast remembered what we ordered. Just an exceptional stay.

Worst experience ever. Too expensive, but the quality is average. The room is build in 1990 and the food is okay. We can find much better options with the same price. I won't come here again.

Being in Tokyo, it requires special care to have a spacious room, in this hotel need at least a Junior suite. The general quality of the facility is good, but the customer service in all the hotel departments it is really 6 stars. I am very happy of my stay.
