👍 I visited during the rose blooming season. Admission fee is 500 yen per person. Parking is available at the Sakano family residence parking lot. There were no toilets, but the one to the right inside the gate of the Sakano family residence was free to use. For better or worse, it is a natural garde... I visited during the rose blooming season. Admission fee is 500 yen per person. Parking is available at the Sakano family residence parking lot. There were no toilets, but the one to the right inside the gate of the Sakano family residence was free to use. For better or worse, it is a natural garden. There are some passages that have been maintained, but most of them are narrow, slippery, and have steep slopes. The narrow passageway is also overgrown with climbing roses and thorns. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothes. It's quite a distance from the parking lot, so I don't think it's possible to use it in a wheelchair. There were many other flowers besides roses, and it was a very nice garden. Ducks and rabbits are free-range in some areas, and they can be found eating the grass around them. There are also a lot of insects, so if you are not good at it, it might be a good idea to use insect repellent. Bees🐝 Various types (even the big ones), grasshoppers, stink bugs, earthworms, bullfrogs (including tadpoles), etc.

I'm a contract old man whose hobby has become searching for flower blooming areas in the prefecture and going to take pictures. I found this garden on the internet and came early on a Saturday. For parking, it seems best to use the nearby Sakano Family Residence, and walk about 300 meters from there to Sakano Garden. This garden is a natural rose garden carved out of the mountain. The slope is narrow, so it's a good idea to wear proper sports shoes. This time I came near the end of the season, but I would like to come earlier next year.

Please use this as a personal opinion for reference only. This is the first visit Private gardens are open to the public. The fee is 300 yen per person. It was a rose garden. Although they weren't in bloom yet, there were some cute flowers that I had never seen before. The roads inside the park are also narrow, so if it gets crowded you might not be able to pass each other. It looks like it's going to get muddy if it rains this time of year. I recommend garden boots rather than shoes. There is also a cafe space, but it is filled by about one group. I have a goat and a rabbit We also sell seedlings, so if you are interested, please come and have a look. I'll come back again when the roses are in bloom ☺️

I visited on May 20th after being recommended by a friend. The parking lot is the Sakano Residence of the Mizukaido Museum of Natural History. If you go from the parking lot there, passing by the bamboo forest and the Japanese garden, you will reach the Sakano residence, but if you go to the right without entering, you will see a signboard. Is there another route? It was raining until the day before. And I think it was about a week early for full bloom. That's what it felt like, but I thoroughly enjoyed it🎵 I agree after reading other people's comments. Rather than say that the path was made as a walkway, it felt like it became a road if you walked on the path that was easy to walk on (lol) It was the day after the rain, so I was fine, but my husband's shoes were non-slip, It was slipping 😳, so be careful if you are not confident in your legs. It's safer to wear a cool long-sleeved jacket and spray yourself with insect repellent this coming season. Since it was hot, I ordered an iced coffee with sweets. It was served with canned coffee and commercially available packaging, which was a bit of a hit 😅 Rose seedlings were sold at the entrance.

Although it is a private garden, it is large and divided into several areas. The accessories were so cute that it looked like I had come to a garden in England. It was early June, so the best time to see roses had passed, but I enjoyed seeing all kinds of flowers blooming, including late-blooming roses, hydrangeas, and poppies.

The garden is not overly artificially created, and the sight of flowers blooming, blooming, and decaying naturally gives a sense of generosity and sexiness. The open garden blends in with the surrounding nature. The chirping of small birds soothes the soul. There is a cafe on the terrace. If you're going for a walk in nature, be sure to wear comfortable shoes and protect yourself from insect bites.

At first glance, it looks small, but once you step inside the entrance, you'll find that it's quite a spacious garden. I'd like to go out when the flowers are in full bloom, but it depends on the climate, so that may not be possible. Nathu Garden was originally part of a wealthy farmer's mansion, and there are also large trees. I think it's worth seeing. Why not take a look at the flowers and plants in the greenery? There is also a small terrace where you can have a cup of tea. There are also rabbits and goats, so it seems to be soothing. This is part of the garden of the Sakano family residence of the Mitsukaido Land Museum, which is right next door. The owner of this garden is also a young rose breeder. You can also purchase seedlings produced by breeders. The entrance fee is around 2000 yen and varies from 300 to 500 yen. Although the roses are not in full bloom yet, it looks like we will see a wonderful view from the second half of May.

The collaboration between late-blooming roses and hydrangeas was wonderful. I also learned about the ground cover under the roses. I want to visit during the rose season.

I stopped by when I happened to be passing by. There were a lot of flowers 💐 around the house, not just the flowers at the entrance. It's so spacious that I have no sense of direction and would get lost if I didn't get a map. The flowers seem to be finished with hydrangeas, but I think there will be more flowers in early spring.
