I
wish
all
mothers
that
they
take
a
lucky
mother
course,
I
learned
so
much
about
the
pelvic
floor
that
I
was
able
to
take
with
me
into
everyday
life!
I
met
Glücksmama
in
2020
when
I
found
an
online
prevention
course
there
through
my
health
insurance
company.
During
the
pandemic,
Kristina
and
her
team
offered
a
lot
online
ad
hoc
and
playing
time
with
Nina,
body
shaping
with
baby
at
Anne
and
Dance
and
Prosecco
brought
me
SO
much
positive
energy,
good
mood
and
fitness.
I
then
took
the
online
course
“Pimp
your
Pelvic
Floor”
because
I
noticed
in
Kristina’s
courses
that
she
conveyed
much
more
up-to-date
knowledge
of
the
pelvic
floor
than
my
postnatal
course
had.
There
are
many
different
mental
images
and
dynamic
exercises,
so
there
is
really
something
for
everyone.
I
recently
attended
"Dance
and
Shape"
as
a
live
online
course
because
(after
my
second
birth)
I
wanted
to
exercise
again
in
a
good
mood
and
I
knew
that
Kristina
was
familiar
with
the
pelvic
floor
and
diastasis
recti
and
always
thought
about
it
and
appropriate
alternatives
offers.
If
you
want
to
learn
something
about
your
pelvic
floor
or
diastasis
recti,
if
you
are
looking
for
in-depth,
up-to-date
knowledge
and
dynamic
exercises,
and
if
you
are
interested
in
a
great
community,
I
recommend
Glücksmama
with
all
my
heart!
P.S.:
I
have
to
say
that
the
name
and
all
the
pink/pink/glitter
didn't
appeal
to
me
at
first,
but
don't
worry,
Kristina
is
not
a
crown-straightening
diva,
but
a
committed,
open
and
cool
woman.
