Another one of Saigon’s cool hidden cafe gems! Hidden upstairs - down an informal shopping arcade, turn left an take the stairs. There’s a very popular barbershop next to it, and a cigar lounge (only open evenings) , both accessed through the cafe. Small space but you can sit in the beautiful seating area for the cigar bar / lounge. Lovey friendly service. Nice space to chill and relax. Really excellent coffee!

we talking about quality made coffee right here! their roasted coffee has such a deep and aromatic texture. its delicious these guys are kinda hidden! find the alley entrance (dong khoi st) with a heap of paintings on sale on the walls... walk through and at the first x section turn left and head on up one flight of stairs. and its right there! these guys make coffee like as if their life depends on it. theyll ensure each cup is of consistency and quality. just note that this is an Experience.. which means you need to allow yourself time! the coffee making process may take a while so you need to have spare time to properly sit down, unwind and enjoy the coffee experience. this is not a quick grab and go!

Strong and rich coffee at a quiet relaxed place. Their to go drip bags are great too. And you can even stay on for a dram from their well stocked whisky selection! Win win.

Lacaph was an experience. Their coffee was amazing and the Batistas were even better in their sharing of the vietnamese coffee, their styles and challenges. A very happy time spent at Lacaph. Will encourage anyone to come down for a cup, coffee enthusiast or not.

In a city where the coffee culture is dominated by Robusta, it is rare to find a place that uses local Arabica beans and does v60 pourover. Worth checking out, but mostly if you are an amateur home brewer yourself.

Cozy place for coffee lovers. Yall should try Lacaph signature drinks: cold brew lemonade or cascara tea. There are so many options based on these you can try or the barista will custom-made a drink for you. The service is excellent!

The sudden rain brought me to this cafe and I loved their Egg Coffee, a popular Vietnamese drink. The creamy texture blended perfectly with the strong espresso, resulting in a coffee that tasted like a dessert. I liked their blended coffee that I even bought some drip coffee to take home. Next time I would love to try their Salted Coffee. The atmosphere of this hidden cafe (2nd floor of the art place) was warm and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a unique coffee experience. Overall, five stars!

Delicious gourmet coffees at this espresso bar, tucked away on the 1st floor and squeezed into the same space as a high-end barber shop and cigar bar. Really nice air-conditioned space to enjoy a quiet afternoon coffee.

Both food and drinks are great (their coffee has a really nice aroma and we had the croiffle which was really good), and most importantly, the service attitude is excellent.

I love this place. A hidden gem in the city center , quiet, lovely service, great coffee. Pretty small area, we sit it the Koheis bar but it is ok. Specility coffee at its best. If you want to find a working area, should visit the Lacaph in Nguyen Cong Tru instead.

I cannot speak highly enough of our visit to Lacàph. We went based on a recommendation from a friend who grew up in Ho Chi Minh and it was an unmissable stop! An absolute highlight of the city! The vibe is perfect a relaxed oasis of calm in the middle of the busy city. We were there for hours and tried everything on the menu (all of which was delicious!!). Khoa was the perfect host demonstrating to us how he made the different traditional coffees including the ca phe sua (coffee with condensed milk) and the egg coffee. My personal favourite might have to be their Signature Cold Brew with homemade lemonade! Please if you are in Ho Chi Minh do not miss this hidden gem, you won't regret it. The ambiance is so relaxing and aesthetic I cannot recommend enough! Thank you Lacàph and Khoa!
