I enjoyed my Milano omelette. It is tasty and a substantial breakfast. Don't count on being hungry for quite a while.

Literally the best omelette I’ve ever had in my life, and I was not expecting it! What is this magic sauce?? Really kind folks, really yummy food and coffee.

Our family stopped in Moab on a road trip and this was our favorite part of the food truck park! Delicious coffee, options from cappuccino all the way to nitro cold brew. They also have teas and kombucha! Several decaf drink options too. The food really won us over - the breakfast burritos with vegetables are so delicious! I swear they slow roast all those vegetables before cooking them together with egg and wrapping them up. Delicious salsa with ever burrito as well. Don’t miss out on this place when you go through Moab!!!!

Incredible service, best coffee in moab and some seriously good breakfast food. Definitely recommend coming here for breakfast over most places in moab, quick service, real ingredients and happy bellies each time. Highly reccomend the breakfast burritos!

service was great! The cashier and cook were both very friendly, and the trailer was cool too, unfortunately the prices did not meet the quality of food we were given. Almost $40 for 2 people to get chai and breakfast made with low quality ingredients

Amazing food and service! We stayed in Moab for a few days and this was our go-to for a delicious breakfast and coffee. I tried the omelet, breakfast bagel and burrito and all were excellent. Wonderful coffee too! Thank you 😊

Stopped by for an affogato on a scorching hot afternoon. Service was friendly, ice cream and espresso were both delicious. Highly recommend!
