I have been a member of Golden Glory for a few months and can recommend the club to anyone who wants to start or continue with kickboxing. Everyone is welcome, no matter what age, gender or origin. The members are open-minded and friendly. You quickly find a connection and are not “the new one”. The trainers are great. Even if an hour is full, you will still be well looked after. Advice is given, you are improved and motivated. The trainers walk around and keep an eye on everyone, regardless of whether it's their fourth lesson in a row. What is particularly noteworthy is how, even after just one visit, you are addressed by name the next time. Training times leave nothing to be desired. You can train from Monday to Sunday and the membership fee is absolutely fair. I feel very well looked after.

Completely wrong is pretty good. I was only registered for 1 year. Everything is tiny, training area, cabins and showers. If there are more than 10 people present you cannot move freely. The coaches are mediocre. Hardly any basics are covered, half of the people can hardly complete a clean 3-series station wagon without stumbling. It is hardly corrected either. Just drills to wear people out. Only the training with the competitors is clear... For beginners, no chance. Plus, not even open training on one day is really weak... And dad for €70 a month, almost cheeky.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the trial training and cannot recommend it. Firstly, no Corona rules were observed at all. Nobody cared whether we were vaccinated or had a valid test with us. At the beginning we weren't really picked up and sometimes we didn't know what to do. The trainer was very nice, but unfortunately he only spoke bad German, which made communication much more difficult, especially for us as beginners. We had to use the gloves and knee pads that were on site. They were in extremely poor condition and smelled extremely bad. The knee pads had holes and were partially “repaired” with adhesive tape. The trainer explained relatively little to us and wanted us to copy everything from the more advanced students. The sport itself is fun, hence 2 stars, but unfortunately it is not a good place for it, not for beginners.

I've been with Golden Glory for two months. I am very enthusiastic, the training is very well structured, the trainers are very professional and promote the team spirit. There is a lot of cohesion among the students. If you take part in the lessons in a disciplined manner, you will quickly learn the right technique. Everyone is very friendly, charming, nice and accommodating. Only recommended.

I have been training in Muay Thai for close to 12yrs and have traveled around the world, training at different gyms along the way. I recently trained at Golden Glory in Berlin with Tarek, and this has been one of the best kickboxing training experiences thus far. Although this was K-1 focused, which was new for me, it was superb training from a superb trainer. It was the best and worst personal training sessions; the best because it was very functional and technical, the worst because Tarek kept pushing me to hit harder, correct my form, and didn't permit very many breaks. It was some of the best and hardest training, and I look forward to training there again next year. Great gym!!! Great trainer!!!

An excellent sport club. Intensive training, cool music, friendly environment. I really enjoy my every class there, although as I came for the first time I was very weak and obese. Super fast not only strength, but also stamina and endurance improvement.

I've been a member for a year now and haven't regretted it so far. The trainers are all very experienced and know exactly what they are talking about. Thanks to extremely competent instructions and demanding training, I was able to significantly improve my physical and mental limits and performance. The size of the group can vary, but either way you always have a very familiar atmosphere in which you are challenged in a friendly but appropriate manner. Although I would like to see other martial arts on offer, the Golden Glory (k1) was the right choice for me to get started in the martial arts scene.

I've been with Golden Glory for a year now. Even though it was my first martial arts experience, I immediately felt comfortable here as a woman. I train at least 3 times a week and it's a lot of fun: - The trainers are friendly and have competition experience - The training sessions (several times a day) are very well put together (good connection between strength, technique and endurance) and differentiated from each other so that you make progress very quickly. After every workout I feel relieved and proud that I persevered, very important after a hard day at work :) A special thanks to Tarek and his music, which puts you in a very good mood! Oss!

The best gym in Berlin. I also recommend it to women who want to discover martial arts for themselves and feel more confident in their everyday lives. Coach Tarek creates a relaxed atmosphere in which you feel comfortable and are still extremely challenged. Further bonus points: good connection & cleanliness on the mat.

(Translated by Google) I have been training in the Golden Glory for several months now. Right from the beginning I was warmly welcomed by the coaches and members of the team. The training is very challenging and varied. Everyone is driven to their maximum performance and thus has the opportunity to evolve constantly. There are several training sessions per day offered. Through my own experience, I can only recommend the Golden Glory - whether man / woman / young / old / beginner etc. ... it's worth it!

I've been here for 3 years now and am very satisfied. The training is strenuous, varied and fun. Tarek is a great trainer and guy, responds to everyone and explains everything clearly and patiently - you can learn a lot from him. CrossFit with Maddi is also great. The gym is small, but overall there is a family atmosphere with lots of nice people. I'm glad to be part of it.

A few months ago I started Muay Thai with trainer Tarek. At first I wasn't sure if it was something for women, but everyone in the club was super nice and Tarek motivated me a lot! After every lesson I'm completely exhausted and have already learned a lot in a very short time!

So the gym definitely exceeded my expectations. The training concept is top and always a good mix of strength, endurance and technique. The trainers are very demanding (very good!) and they can do it even at high levels If you go to each individual in all the exercises and improve your technique, you will improve pretty quickly. There is also a pushing atmosphere thanks to the family atmosphere and suitable (not quiet) background music. So I'm completely satisfied. We recommend!

Great studio for beginners and advanced users. You are well received by everyone and the trainers are very competent. Since the training is offered more often during the day, you can freely decide when you want to go to the studio.

Too expensive!!!! And even threaten you. I really don't recommend this studio to anyone, there are far better martial arts schools for €20 a month.
