Food was good. We had to wait some time for food to arrive, as we ordered 1kg rib sirloin. However after all staff gave us 15% off on food for a long wait - which was very nice from them. However if you don’t have time to wait you can go classic “fish and chips” - it was looking great.

I had a very nice experience here. The dish I ordered was too spicey for my taste so I ate it slowly with lots of sips of my drink between. The friendly waiter asked me how I was enjoying my meal and I simply explained my predicament. This turned into a pleasant chat. When it came to paying the bill, I saw that the restaurant manager had given me an appreciable discount. Of course I accepted it but stressed that I had not complained about the meal. She responded that, as a restaurant with international customers with a wide range of tastes, they always appreciate feedback so they can improve their menu. The only drawback of the place was the chilly air-conditioning in the heat wave; thank goodness I had my jacket with me.

I had high expectations for this restaurant given that it's associated with Radisson. I found my main course (cod) to be mediocre and failed to meet my expectations. The ambiance of the restaurant and the cheesecake saved this place from getting a 1-star review. Overall, I was really disappointed with my dining experience here but I'm still willing to give this place a second chance.

I actually opted to have food here purely out of practical reasons but was pleasantly surprised by the setting, the staff and the quality of the food. Since I absolutely hate what Manchester Airport is becoming, I opted to pick my mum up from the Radisson Blu hotel instead of the actual terminal parking/pick-up. Top Tip... if you are picking someone up from Terminal 1 or 2, ask them to walk to the Radisson Blu via the covered walkway. The cost for parking is similar to the terminal parking and if you spend more than £20 at the Bar or Collage Restaurant you get up to 3 hours of parking free of charge. Since my pick-up time coincided with dinner time we decided we could as well have some food at the restaurant and we were very glad we did. We were in time for the early-bird menu and took advantage of this offer which actually was excellent. I really enjoyed the mussels in white wine starter and the salmon main was equally good (portion sizes were decent). Staff were very pleasant and the setting is actually very nice. Overall I found it to be excellent value for the location and comfort of this alternative pick-up spot.

Excellent airport restaurant. Service quick, friendly and professional. We had fish&chips which came freshly cooked and very tasty. All staff were amazing. Very unusual for a UK airport! Well done and thank you 😊

Terrible service. We had drinks in bar while waiting for a table so didn't want drink when we got a table asked for water. Ended up having to help ourselves to water as none was served. I had to ask for cutlery. Poor service. Entree was king prawns they looked a little pitiful and only with only a big slab of bread for company. The mains were surprisingly quite nice but not overly large, although no one asked how our meals were. We were charged 10 % vat and 10% service fee or tip which I thought was a bit much because the service was poor.

Food is good but the prices are way to high. If u want a piece of bread to your salad you pay 5£.

This is a restaurant before air-side, off one of the travellators, near the railway terminal. It's linked to the Radisson Blu hotel, the quality is as one would expect from a good chain hotel. The service is good, value is reasonable based on its location. Alcoholic drinks are expensive, however, so avoid unless you want to rack up a big bill.

Simply put, not a lot of choice. Shame, but true. Needs work. Premium price for the hotel deserves premium services.

My partners food was great, however, my steak was tough and so the food was 50/50. The service is where the evening declined as it was sub standard. We were left with empty dishes for a large amount of time and had to ask for them to be removed. Attention to detail is lacking. We feel that these issues could be easily rectifiable with the right training/ management

Arrived at 5 and restaurant looked lovely and intimate but they ended turning all the lights on and the mood shifted. My wife had the gnocchi which she really enjoyed. The burger is not good especially for the 18 I spent on it. Reminded me of school. I would save your money and go to the bar next door and just get a pizza.

Great food, second to none service, great staff, just one mishap, we dined there tonight, Tuesday 6th September 2022 we’re in room 607 and my partner aged 74 year old tripped off the step down from the table we were sat at and nearly fell flat on her face and hurt her wrist against the table so it could be seen as a health and safety issue for future reference.

Very pleasant airport hotel restaurant, eaten here loads. Not cheap but location counts and there’s not much competition.

Crazy expensive for average pub grub, but smaller portions. Menu prices also don't include VAT so it's added on at the end, aswell as a service charge. Never again....

👍👍 I was craving curry during my stay in Manchester. And Google suggested this place to me. It's in the centre, almost 6 minutes away from my hotel. The interior design is very hip and it has a great vibe. The music that is being played is modern. The curry was amazing. And the prices were perfect for...
