Very nice restaurant with a great atmosphere. Margarita was awesome, but my chicken fajitas while good were way too sweet I did not like the marinade they use.

This by the far the best, I want to say official Mexican that is in the area. Man there service and food is acceptional! Best carni asada around!!

The burrito I had was a little soggy other than that everything was good and the food was great and the portion was more than enough. I will definitely be back.

Best Mexican restaurant we've found in all of the greater Mobile area. The food is extremely consistent and extremely good. I usually order the chicken fajitas and my wife typically orders the burrito supreme. The ingredients always taste fresh and everything is always cooked well. There is an abundance of waitstaff here that makes me think of the good old days of dining out, rather than modern corporate bean counting where you have one person serving seventeen tables at once. The parking is a bit slim, but we discovered there's a lower lot if the upper lot is full. The interior ambiance is very nice. There's frequently live music, which is nice. And the after dinner mints taste great, as well. I highly, highly recommend this restaurant. You won't be disappointed at all.

Food is not Authentic mexican and prices are higher than expected for a mexican place. Street Tacos are ok, but not for the price you pay at this restaurant.

Absolutely love this place! I’ve been coming here for 15+ years and it never disappoints. My friend and I come every week to listen to the band and enjoy good food. The atmosphere here is phenomenal and very clean for a busy restaurant. The food comes out so fast despite the crowds and it is always so good! 10/10 would recommend!

The food is good. they get incredibly busy at peak hours, so it can be 20-40 minutes in between the server stopping by your table. Also, the live music is incredibly loud, and we usually get seated right in front of the stage even when asking to be placed away from them or outside.

Great atmosphere and decor, very old world Mexico! Good food, although I prefer Tex Mex so had to add some raw onions, but overall tasty and fast. We had a group of 15 and got our food rather quickly. I would come here again.

Had lunch today . Our waiter was a new kid who just started , but was very friendly and attentive . Just one request. Can you please offer Mexican coke? I wanted one and the two of the waiters were unaware of what I was talking about. I had enchiladas with salsa Verde that was nice and spicy . Lunch menu was affordable.

I have thoroughly enjoyed dining in and take out from this place. The restaurant is clean and has a very bright and festive atmosphere. You can enjoy your food inside or at a table outside. There are several TVs throughout the restaurant to enjoy and a bar if you choose to indulge. The food is excellent and the service is great. I've eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. The menu offers a large variety of delicious items to choose from. The restrooms are clean as well. The parking can be a bit challenging at times and you may have to wait just a bit for a table but it is very worth it! The restaurant is on a busy road. It's pretty easy to get into and close to several stores to enjoy some shopping if you choose.

Wonderful experience! Hostess neatly dressed and very polite. There were several servers and other people stopping to wait on us. Remarkable customer service at this place. Food was great, salad was bigger than I expected. Azahel was a lovely waitress as well.

My mom and I split fajitas. I wish we lived closer because this would be our new favorite Mexican restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, we live 2 hr away so this cannot be a regular place to eat for us. I do want to go back though.

I use to go to this location all the time with no problems. Went last week and the food was cold had to send it back, I have never had cold food at any Mexican restaurant. Went again today because I will give them the benefit of doubt. First server brings 2 bowls for salsa when there is 3 ppl, asked for another bowl 3 times, food was cold again others had soft tacos and the tortilla was hard and also cold. Nothing was good end up sending it all back and settling for cheese dip and drinks. Will not go back much rather drive the extra distance to the other one.

Server never came to our table; although, the lovely lady who delivers chips noticed our presence. The food is great, but this is the second time this has happened. Been in food service for decades, so when I say it was 15 minutes with no one but the lady who brought chips who noticed us, I am not exaggerating. We don't mind waiting, but multiple staff members walked past repeatedly without even acknowledging we were there. When I brought it to the host's attention, she was completely unbothered. I know my lack of return will not hurt or bother them in the slightest, but I would rather be told there is a wait to be seated, than be seated and go unnoticed or be ignored.

It's a nice dine in place but the last experience wasn't pleasant. Food was fine but the server kept messing up. Apart from forgetting requested hot sauce and serving a drink.. she was trying to explain is that if u order certain item if have to specify u want all that is listed clearly in the description. Just make sure to visit in off peak hours if u want good experience!

Hacienda San Miguel is our go-to for Mexican food. We are always greeting immediately and 99% of the time we are seated immediately. The hostesses are always super friendly and typically able to accommodate our seating preference. The wait staff is knowledgeable of the menu and very helpful should we have questions. They are always extremely friendly and interact with our kiddos. The food is consistently as described in the menu, which is something we don’t experience at most Mexican restaurants in town. The only negative thing I could say is parking is typically very hard to find. I do think there is overflow parking down the hill behind the restaurant though.

I do not like to do negative reviews but I already told the manager that I do review. Server was nice...suggested a few food choices...my best friend ordered the Supreme Burrito and I ordered a steak quesadilla...food was literally brought out 15 minutes after placing the order and the food was lukewarm. I ended up bringing my food home with me because times are hard and things are expensive. My friend's food was removed from the bill. Mexican food is my favorite but I've noticed that a lot of these restaurants have taken away the authencity of true Mexican food.... hopefully my friend will have a better visit next time since her family frequents them regularly...I will not be back.

This was a wonderful dining experience. This has to be one of the best Mexican restaurants in Mobile. The parking lot was packed but we only had to wait 10 minutes. The food and service was excellent. I have found a go to place when I'm in town.
