Worst experience ever here this past Saturday night. Ordered a simple Whataburger combo (#1), with a Diet Coke ("...with no ice, please"), plus a Small Chocolate Shake. What I got: a room-temperature burger, fries that were loaded into the container while it was still flattened (they barely peeked out of the top after unflattening the container), a Diet Coke that was AT LEAST half ice, and a shake whose fill level was easily at least an inch below the rim of the cup. Yeah, sure, it was a busy Saturday night, but after waiting 10 minutes for my food after ordering it, was it so much to have expected more than 2/3 of the meal that I paid over twelve bucks for? I will NOT be returning. (Hey, and maybe pick up some of the trash that's strewn all around the grounds once in a blue moon.)

Honestly by now this place should be shut down. Employees are badly trained and not held accountable to food industry standards. I have given this place multiple chances over 5 years because i work very close. Management is a joke and doesn’t seem to care about their badly prepared food, wrong orders or customers in general. Time it takes to get food would be fine if orders we’re actually correct. This location gives the company a bad reputation in general.

I've been here for a few years now and gave them the benefit of the doubt, despite all my family saying they take too long. Well, no suprise each time it takes nearly 10 minutes to wait for food with a line growing- really should've chosen the refund when the poor lady at the window said no salad...after making us wait.

Sorriest excuse for a fast food restaurant ever. Took 20 minutes to get my order and it was served cold. I would close the doors before I would work the sorry excuse for a staff they have working there

One of the worst drive thrus in town. It’s faster and cheaper for me to drive allllll the way down airport to go to 7-spice than to get a mediocre burger in drive thru. There have been multiple 40+ minute wait times resulting in cold fries. Curb side pickup is usually a miss and ends up with having to go inside to get them to make your food.

20 minutes in line and had to leave. There were only 3 cars in front of me for the order window. An actual restaurant would be faster and far better.

The food was horrible. They served me cold fries and a cold whataburger. We used to stop an eat there often but not anymore.

Food costs too much for y'all to continue to screw up orders and run out of ingredients. No sugar for sweet tea. No tomatoes. Inept staff. Get better management.
