It's ok for an in between place. I wouldn't recommend staying for a life time though. Lots of activities going on outside at night. But I did love management. She was helpful in every kind of way. Will work with you if an emergency.

I was told i could be kicked out for giving a bad review but now that im out ill go ahead and do it. The apartments are nice but the management is judgemental an aways has something to say the first time she ever walked up to me she told me that everyone tells my business me being the person i am i dont tell my business so obviously the management listen to bs before they listen to someone that lives at the apartment. I have never had any trouble here, it is technically an extended stay facility that are set up as 1 bedroom full size apartments, all utilities plus cable are included in your rent. You have the option to pay weekly, no-weekly or even monthly, they have furnished and unfurnished units. As with ANY place you live there are potential issues but management stays on top of everything, security is provided as well.

This place has come a long way from what it used to be. The bad reviews must be from people that were kicked out or haven't visited this property in a while. Management stays on top of everything and the apartments look sooo much better than they used to. I know several people that live there and love it.

Same place just different name only different from being called peach place is now they have a wanna be cop as gated protector what a joke

This is a weekly efficiency apartment type, you don't pay on the day your rent is due they throw yourself out. It has become a little rundown lately but a lot of people live there. It's basically a living room a bedroom a kitchen and a bathroom very small.

Free entertainment most nights.. especially Tuesday & Friday nights lol

It's a great feeling to know that you have a good place to go chill in when you didn't really even know anyone that lives here.

Great management Ms Amber work with you complex quiet and safe no problems with anyone cheaper than a hotel and you get everything for 1 payment

Run down, trashy, falling apart apartments. Great if you need 300 sq ft for $500ish a month (can pay more of paid by the week). Looks like a great place to score drugs.

Nice place to stay for short and long term

Amber and this other elder lady are very nice, apartments is ok, tonight I met a stupid childish acting woman with unesesary attitude so y'all getting a 1 star for that, whoever is doing the hiring is as unprofessional as her, get better, ALSO roach infested. So I wouldn't recommend a long term stay folks, just short term
