I enjoyed the 1-hour message. The therapist walk through all the services and procedures she was going to do. After massage I received a recommendation for future massage. Front desk Ladies awesome and great customer service. They welcome you walk you through with the process for those first timers like me getting a 💆‍♀️ massage. I was a client of a lady by the name of Katie. Service: facial/waxing. Result: my skin broke out a lot after that session, and took a few months to clear up. The waxing left dark spots. My overall rating: The place was pretty, but the service didn't serve me very well.

I got a facial with Katie today and she was great! She was very knowledgeable about my skin concerns and had great recommendations for my skincare. She recommended the cold stones and they were amazing as well! I am from Atlanta and just moved here and have been disappointed in other spas but I will definitely be back!

I didn't plan to get a massage today. I came to pay my xfinity bill at a location right by this massage/spa salon. I saw "walk-ins welcome ". AND I walked in and enjoyed hot stone massage by Shay. Highly recommended.

I love my time at hand and stone massage. The front desk clerk was wonderful. She took care of me until my person was available so she could personally introduce me to him. Mr. Wade was great. He explained everything he was doing from the beginning to the end. Once he finished he gave me recommendations for next time that would better fit my need.

Better than Massage Envy! I’ve visited some of the local spa’s and my favorite on Hillcrest closed down a while ago. As much as I’d love to frequent the spa’s regularly… I love these options for an affordable way to incorporate self-care more regularly and invest in myself. I also love that you can conveniently book last minute, late at night and over the weekends. I had an awful experience at Massage Envy in Daphne when I booked a new therapist last minute for my first 90 minute session. I’d saved up for it… definitely needed the stress relief. She was incredibly inappropriate from the get go, forcefully pushed me on the table making me feel trapped while flirting with me when I didn’t say a word to her other than hello & I was like ugh… am I really gonna be annoyed by this woman for 90 minutes? I wanted to walk out and complain at the front desk… but I was in sheets and I was so afraid that she would lie, & try to point the finger at me. I love that Hand and Stone has a rescue button for both customers and employee safety. As much as I loved the affordability factor and my regular girl at Massage Envy… I immediately cancelled when the management did not believe that the lady was out of line. Management didn’t immediately believe me… which left me stunned and at a loss of words… simply because it was woman obnoxiously hitting on another woman. I won’t call her a massage “therapist”, but the employee tried to give me her number at the end, which was enough said. They refunded my massage after I explained thoroughly how inappropriate she was to protect them from losing other clients. I tried so hard to be kind and brush it off, but it was the most annoying stressful experience and a waste of money. Don’t go to Massage Envy unless it’s Ivy! Kennie at Hand and Stone was wonderful, friendly, amazing at conversation, so relatable and really great at alleviating specific areas of tension and pressure points that I hold as a classical musician. Highly recommend! I’m so glad Mobile has another spa option 🤍

Signed up for a monthly membership. Scheduled my first appointment, they called to cancel because the person I was scheduled with was no longer there, finally got rescheduled for a few Fridays later. Had to work at last minute, they charged me a cancellation fee. First month of membership, I should have charged them a cancellation fee as well for their turn over and lack of employees to see me on the day I was scheduled. BAD BUSINESS. Needless to say I cancelled my membership, have a credit and cannot use it in products. What a joke. Again, BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!

Well worth it!! Emma is the best, I go to her monthly and look forward to relaxing at Hand and Stone. Book with Emma!!
