The crew at Southern Smiles was so kind and helpful. They made my experience wonderful, I got a tooth pulled and the doctors and assistants made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. Mary that works there helped me and was so kind every step of the way with all of the questions I had. She answered them with no hesitation and just all around made me feel at home. I recommend this dentist office to anyone and I will be returning for any other dental needs I may have! Thank you!

Warm and friendly staff. They are all courteous and helpful. Southern Smiles is expedient in returning calls and scheduling you for emergencies. Dr. Krempka has a wonderful bedside manner, and is always concerned with what is best for his patient and not his pocket. Dr. Krempa and staff are the BEST! I highly recommend! They always provide excellent care and service! The practice is very nice, clean and everyone greets you by name with a smile (they're teeth look great too). They take the time to educate and inform their patients, which has impressed me. They make going to the dentist an appointment that you actually look forward to!

Love them. They are always welcoming and make you feel at home. I have been using them for many years. Dr. Krempa is a fabulous dentist and love Angela. She has been cleaning my teeth for a vet 10 years. They come highly recommend.

Every time I go there it’s a pleasant experience they really take care of you. But today was over the top the techs were there every step of the way for my baby girl and they waited until dr kremp came in so nobody else would touch her. He came in and was so gentle with her and what really surprised me and made me comfortable was he was teaching while he was working on my baby. I was in awe. And there was a billing issue but instead of the front desk turning us away they got on the phone with the insurance company and fixed everything the whole staff is awesome and I appreciate yall

Love Love Love this place ! Very clean and friendly. No long wait time after check in which is an excellent plus for me. The staff even called me the next day to check on me to see how I was feeling after my treatment. I’m very satisfied and will definitely recommend!

Started going to Southern Smiles in July '23, like previous visits the care provided is excellent. Kudos to Dr. Krempa and his staff.
