Checked in after 10 pm. Night attendant was super fast and efficient. Room was all we needed for the night. Very clean and everything in the room worked. Exactly what you need to get a good night's rest.

This place should be considered BYOB. Bring your own breakfast. "Breakfast" is no more than a snack. Bananas and mini muffins. Rooms are ok, no coffee makers in room, and the pool is permanently closed. Best for an overnight sleep and go but not for long-term. There is no public laundry room. The nearest laundromat is 5 miles away. Plus we used a plastic bag for a tub stopper. Cards stopped working on the second night. They blame the cell phones. Our friends room sink was broken and calked to attempt a repair.

Advertised a breakfast. Consisted of small, cheap muffins and weak coffee. The breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30, but I had to ring the outside bell shortly after 7:00 to get someones attention. I was then told to come back about 5 minutes later for the coffee. The room had the bare bone essentials. We had to wait 10 minutes before someone came to the outside window when we checked in. For the $100 we paid, we could have found a much better place down the street. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel.

Location of the hotel is excellent for access to interstate i-10 and I 65 the rooms were good also and continental breakfast was available the price of the rooms were average also there were gas stations in the immediate area also easy access to downtown mobile or the west mobile mall areas overall great location and great stay

Room is super clean especially bed and toilet. Friendly receptionist and helpful, best location near interstate and restaurants.

The room was clean and was relaxing to get in the Jacuzzi a few times and the front desk was nice. You can Hardee's next door or travel down the road for a whole lot of other choices.

The place was actually clean and really big room. The man at the front desk was nice, however, we are two young girls traveling around and we asked for an extended stay of only 2 hours, but this was too much to ask. They would rather leave 2 young girls hanging on the street with huge luggages at some bus station than helping them. We weren't even allowed to sit those hours in the lobby or leave our luggage at the place. Very dissapointing and tbh unsafe as wel.

I booked with Priceline for two nights. The total shown to pay on the confirmation email was $157.02. Upon arrival late at night was told there is an extra $100 deposit for cleaning/smoking/damage! I was not told this before entering the lobby. It was late and I was tired so I paid it. My 157.02 stay turned to $257.02. Then the next morning I check my account and this motel has taken another $78.51. I called immediately and they said they do not know how it happened but it would be refunded. Upon check out I was told I’d have to come back after housekeeping checked my room to get my $100 back. I go back literally 30 minutes later as it was 8:45ish when I checked out to find out that I have to wait 5-7 days for this extra $178.51 to appear in my checking account. This room appeared clean but the floors were filthy. There were people hanging out in the stairwell most of both nights I was there. If you’re looking to book, don’t use this motel or Priceline. Spend the extra money you’ll be charged for anywhere here and go elsewhere.

NASTY, NASTY NASTY. I checked in at 4.am thinking my bed was clean. Next day I tell them I will clean my own room. In disbelief when I pulled the sheet all the way to the bottom. There was a huge urine stain . I had slept in it all night. I was horrified. The owners wife cussed me and said why didn't I tell them when I checked in. I said I had just drove 6 hour to get there. At 4 am. I just trusted that this establishment would be clean. Unbelievable she was not apologetic didn't hear a word I had to say. I'm suing somebody I promise that!!!!!

In comparison to all the other hotels on the street, this one stands out like an oasis in the desert! Clean and comfy rooms, super quiet even though most of us were here to see a rap show! Courteous staff and lovely property. Prepare to put down a refundable $100 deposit though.

Nice/ decent room. I had to check out early but it took the front des meanpkk guy so long to come to the window so I could check out. I left and came back later and he was sleeping apparently because I saw him

Stayed here with my husband and friend/coworker for work. We kept having issues with the keys working and then were accused of trying to break into someone's room and woken up to go speak with a manager. We paid for a room to rest up and we're disturbed over something they claim they have no proof of even though we were standing right under a camera in the hallway. Ridiculous.

Although they still advertise a "free" breakfast, they are not providing it (based on COVID restrictions), nor have they changed their advertising. No coffee pot in the room, either. The room was OK, though noisy. Apparently, the neighbors have lots of parties with loud music.

Sean was so kind, welcoming and even was quick to send new linens when we explained that the ones on the bed were either stained or were dirty. But as we pulled off the old bedding we noticed bed bug stains, clumps of hair and what looked to be blood stains, it was disgusting. Sean kindly explained who to call to try to get a refund. So hopefully the booking company can make that happen so I do not have to contact corporate. Corporate and management please contact a pest control company and deep clean your hotel, no one should stay in these conditions.

Clean room, good price. Close to highway 98and Interstate 65

I live in Dallas now and Ive got family living here in semmes Alabama this make my 3rd or 4th time staying here at this hotel the staff here has always been very nice. The rooms are always nice an clean and it's always very quiet here.
