    We stayed Dec 3 and they charged our debit card twice. Notified front desk immediately and she said it would be fixed. Today talked to the owner and she was no help. They stole $90.37 from us. Won't be staying here anymore and will be telling our coworkers to stay away.

    Near the Airport, reasonable rates compared to the hotels around us. No frills budget friendly. Allowed pets which was what we needed traveling with dogs. The pet policy was straight forward we paid a $40 deposit that was promptly refunded at check out once our room was inspected. The rooms aren’t spotless stained sheets and floors were dirty but the staff did their best to remedy. Lots of litter in the parking lot blown in from the highway near by. Non smoking room still smelt like marijuana. People are very friendly but probably would not stay there again and just paid more for a better place.

    We were originally assigned a non-smoking room which unfortunately had a cigarette butt in the bathroom and a heavy odor of cigarette smoke overall. We exchanged our smokey room for a non-smoking room next door almost immediately. Neither room was particularly clean in the bathroom the floors or the plumbing fixtures. Perhaps it should have been taken as a leading indicator when viewing the condition of the office. If it was not for bad luck we would not have had any luck at all with Red Roof Inn selections this week.

    This place was not too bad. Right next to a McDonald’s. The Wi-Fi was ok. Sheets and room was clean. It’s not the nicest hotel but if you look at the price you pay it’s not meant to be. Owner seemed like a very nice, accommodating fellow. They seem to be in the middle of some renovations. I’d stay again if it was cheap!

    Hi everyone! How are you all doing? I recently stayed here at Red Roof Inn 9/23/22-9/28/22. I absolutely loved my stay here with my family. I highly recommend Red Roof Inn to you all. I made reservations here at least three or four different times and each time I was so pleased with everything. The rooms were very clean each time. Everything worked well. I had no problems at all. I would define come back here anytime that I need to make a reservation. The staff was very helpful and very nice and friendly. I love staying at Red Roof Inn. Housekeeping came by to check on us and made sure we had everything we needed. I give Red Roof Inn ⭐️FIVE⭐️ STARS⭐️ I can’t wait to come back. ~Keturah~

    I wouldn't stay here if it was free especially with children! The room I stayed in was beyond fifthly. Room was covered in mold and bed begs totally disgusting especially the mold growing in the cracks of the floor boards. The day staff && house keeping had worst attitude no customer service skills & racist to top it off... Lack of cleaning their rooms... Upon changing the bedding myself the mattresses liner was covered in mold bed skirts molded and yellow as never beening changed out both beds. Room had black mold growing on the walls AC vents full of mildew and dust mites. I personally called the board of health!!!! Till this day no one has gotten back with me from RED ROOF!! They refuse to give me money back

    Handprints and splatters on the mirror. Walls of bathtub has not been cleaned or wiped in a while. Coffee pot but no cups, or condiment packets for it. Wobbly toilet. Large mirror on the floor leaned against wall that had been taken down. Cussing and fussing outside office with staff members involved at almost midnight. Paid 109 for the night for the room and was NOT WORTH IT! Floors was gritty and dirty in room. Will not stay again! Overall BAD EXPERIENCE! The only thing good was the location.

    I am a loyal Red Roof Inn customer when I travel with my pet Jack Russell...great customer service asked for ground floor room & was accommodated...room was clean & recently updated...nice quite night's sleep at a fair price as always with my experiences with Red Roof Inn.

    I have been staying at this motel since October 3 2023 there is brunt whole the lining sometime there dirty spots on my pillow case’s, there be hair in my towels; there dust on the lights shades. The rooms really not clean the housekeepers don’t change there head or uses bleach, the lady on night manager is very nice but that day manager the man is very rude he keeps telling the lady that works at night I got checked out for what reason I haven’t done nothing to this man, I believe he doesn’t like women’s that talk back or black women. This not acceptable when I am trying get back on my feet no where to go I am already down and struggling I don’t need a person that keeps leaving notes about that I need check out for no reason. The RedRoof use my getaway from home, and this place always was full to come now I am 🤔what going on at the RedRoof. The man that’s works in the day isn’t a people person at all this a business not a village. Not pleased 🤔🤔🤔 Hello why this man of a manager kept telling me to check out🤔 The motel across the street is close for what reason, So it’s there a older woman still staying over there has called on me telling him that my dog having BM in the grass over to empty hotel what do that got do with him and telling me he have a complaint, if I am paying my room at the RedRoof Inn on time What Extended Suites got do with him.The housekeeper is very rude, some people in this motel personal reasons may not have any where to go at this time, Don’t know what people are going through so just leave them alone Please, peoples have enough problems to deal with. 🤔#Lawyer

    We found our room to be very clean, the ks bed very comfortable. The TV is a little undersized, and the cable service inadequate. The sink drains slowly. Our key never did open the door. All this said, we would stay here again.

    The rooms are upgraded the water is super hot how I like it. Slept like a baby. Tv a little small though lol good thing i dont care to watch.

    Well overall the room was very big and it was somewhat clean . NO COFFEE POT .. No hairdryer.. A pillow short asked for one was told they would try to get one never heard back .only 2 very small towels in a room that sleep 4 .No Breakfast and at booking it said breakfast included . Walked down to get my hairdryer out of myvehicle came back plug ins at mirror didn't work. Bathroom door didn't close . Paid a little over a hundred for the night I'm glad it was a short stay . TV was big and had lots of channels bed was big and comfy shower was hot . Location was convient. .. Overall I think if the staff was updated my stay could've been better . Seems like the problems is more staff issues more than anything elese .beings the rooms had so many things missing and cleanliness was the main issues .1

    The staff was very friendly 😃Price was slightly higher than I saw on my phone advertised. We only needed a one night stay. The king sized bed was very comfortable!! I was happy to have a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. (My only advice is if the refrigerator could have been a little colder for our freezer packs) I drink tea not coffee but there was a coffee maker in the room as well. 👍

    Dont stay here!!! The lady that checked us in charged our debit card 2× for 1 ONE room. Now they are saying that they didnt do any such thing and wont take the hold off. $200 for a couple hour stay. We work nights and maybe stayed in the room 4 hrs. Wont be back here and neither will our coworkers. Not a good way to do business.

    I greatly enjoy the staff I greatly enjoy the rooms I'm the type of person the first thing I look at when I go to a hotel or the sheets and the bathroom the sheets and the bathroom are amazing the room is very clean no hitting Critters no hidden roaches I can walk around Barefoot and my feet not be black I absolutely love love love love love this hotel we stay every weekend we would like to stay one night but can't help but to stay more because it's just that homie I strongly strongly recommend this hotel they work with you they're easy to communicate with there's no Riff Raff hanging around I absolutely love this hotel but there's no breakfast. I'm sorry I can't staylonger but I have to swing by my sgraduation

    I wish I could write a negative 1...I check in around 730..they couldn't find my reservation..i called priceline..they found it about 20mins later..they found it...they wanted a 60.00 cash deposit..ok cool...I go to my room..219..ROACHES...I go downstairs they move me to another room 226..boom more roaches..I like cancel it..they say call priceline..waiting to hear back about my refund..I didn't not stay and had to spend d extra money on another room

    Good: Bed was comfortable. They actually have Smoking rooms! Bad: Price higher than stated on Google. Signs throughout lobby said "Breakfast 6:00-9:00 a.m. We went in aa little past 8:00 and there was NOTHING! Should have knocked $20 off bill, since that's what breakfast cost us elsewhere!

    It was a great value, with excellent staff and clean rooms. It is also very close to shopping, etc. I would definitely recommend to travelers going that way. .. . . . .

    Staff was fantastic and got me into a room quick when my reservation at another hotel cancled me, at 330 in the morning. Location easy to get to rooms are clean. The sheets had some burn holes (i believe this is a smoking room so it doesnt bother me personally) and the plumbing not too great for the comode. Overall great place would stay again

    Police woke me up 3AM saying they got a ping from around my room. Bathroom strong marijuana odor constantly. Room smelled like stagnant mildew. Floors and countertop surfaces all sticky. Toilet lopsided and wobbly. Air conditioner made all sorts of noises, I really thought a helicopter was landing every 10 minutes. Smoke alarm was chirping from low battery. Shower water pressure was very weak. Suspicious people hanging around the parking lot, gesturing and seem to be on drugs. Will never stay at Red Roof again or recommend.

    Personally I liked the place!! The only thing is they are very expensive!!! But the morning shift guy was very nice and accomadating. I don't regret spending the money. My room was clean and quiet. But I was never told that they offer coffee in the morning and a continental breakfast only on the weekends. For the money I spent it should be offered every day. But they are right on top of the security and are not shy to tell you if you might have done anything offensive to other guests. But you really can't blame him with all the social media around and everybody wanted to put people down.

    Surprise! Wow! I was not expecting this location to be so nice. After reading some of the comments. But it was such a pleasure, friendly staff, and quiet here. Everything about the room was great! Clean comfortable bed. And then we found some clothes in a drawer. With a note that said. “ Clean and free if you need them” winner! @redfoof this one is a keeper.

    Really friendly staff. Very professional. The rooms are really clean and beds are really comfortable. I highly recommend Red Roof Midtown mobile. The atmosphere is very laid back and down to earth. My fiance and I stay every weekend its our favorite hotel and do stay anywhere else.

    I stayed at this hotel last week. It was a 4 night stay. I was in bed relaxing and noticed a bug on my arm. I killed it and continued watching tv. I saw another one and decided to get out of the bed. My white pajamas had about 20 bedbugs on them. I moved the cover back and it was disgusting to say the least. My skin is still crawling. After I showered I went down to the front desk and told the lady behind the counter that my room was covered in bedbugs and could she move me to a different room. She told me now it was against their policy to change rooms after hours. I asked her what was I supposed to do in a single bedroom that was covered in baseballs and she calmly said I’m sorry sir if I change your room I will lose my job. I had to stay in that room that night that was full of bedbugs. The next morning I spoke with the manager around 7:45 AM. That manager had the nastiest attitude. He was extremely rude to me and he did not want to change my room. The second room I was put in also had bedbugs but not as bad as the first room. I called my boss canceled my work assignment packed up and went home. Please please please do not stay at this hotel please take it from me and do not stay at this hotel my arms are still wet from the bedbugs biting me.
