Very unclean. The hotel looked very nice from appearance, but the rooms were very unclean. Toilet still had pee on it, floor had hair all over it. Bed had very thin pillow case and you could see stains all over the pillows under the case. Very thin mattress cover with holes in it and when I pulled it back, there was stains all over the mattress. We were very grossed out, but to late at night to change hotels. We threw stuff on top to cover bed, used our own pills and made due. But I'll never stay there again.

Dumpster tier Check out is @11am and by 9am the cleaning ladies are beign loud and knocking on doors to find out if rooms are vacant. Maintenance tried to open my door and demanded that I come to the door, his excuse was no one notified them that this room was booked so he wanted to verify. The person I'm traveling with got the cops called on him when he tried to get a replacement key for a room he got moved to since his first one wasn't cleaned and no one bothered to log the room change in the system. Cops showed up and the situation had to be de-escalated and cleared up. There seems to be a huge gap with communication and planning within the staff, other places use lists to keep track of who comes and goes, what rooms are still being used by guests and which are ready for cleaning but this place seems to be a bit backwards.

Awesome hotel. Very nice, clean rooms especially for the price. They have an amazing breakfast and awesome coffee. Definitely my number one choice for hotel in the area!! Checkout isn’t until 2 and they allow pets with no extra charge.

Was invited on a mini vacation with a lady friend. Booked a room on line & when we got here the room wasn't ready. Got here after 2pm. There were no clean towels in the room. Had to ask for towels two days in a row. Got in late after spending a little time with family to find tht there are two trucks with trailers on them taking up ten parking spots. Every vehicle is registered to what motel they're staying in & we were instructed to park at another motel. We paid over $400 & shouldn't have to do that especially if are car is registered to the motel. They wouldn't call the people who own the trucks & instruct them to a least unhook there trailers & park beside them to free up parking. Instead, they had us park in front of the building right by the entrance & are going to call us to move our vehicle... No breakfast!!! We paid for these accommodations & to not receive them I would rather spent my money at motel 6

Hands down… one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at hotel with out of this world customer service… every single employee went out of their way to make sure we were taken care and of And that we had everything we needed

The staff was really nice and they have parking security. The room wasn’t that clean and the restroom wasn’t either. Overall I would rate it 6.5/10, I expected a little better for $140 a night. ………UPDATE……. I went to get my $100 deposit back this morning and turns out the room was actually $106 a night. I told the manager and she didn’t want to give me the extra money I was charged. She said she was going to go “check” the camera footage to see that we had paid $140 and she never came back out of her office. If you can go somewhere else plz do. Don’t come to this hotel.

Man if you’re black don’t even waste your time coming here. I’m originally from Mobile this is my first time back in about 5 years and I was uncomfortable the whole stay all the staff refused to take out trash and refused to bring fresh towels. They also kicked us out of pool for swimming with more than two people even tho I booked a double bed room which sleeps four. I even watched another family of another race swim with at least five people the day before we decided to swim.

They gave away my room that I reserved. When we arrived we were told someone else checked-in with my reservation, turns out they just gave it to someone else who complained that their room was dirty. Then after showering my daughter and I walked bare foot in the room and our feet were black. The carpet felt sticky. In the morning they had no waffles too. :(

When arriving, we were greeted by Dominic. She had a welcoming smile, was friendly and helpful. The room was a good size. Bed was comfy. TV was large to fit the room and the breakfast was great. We couldn’t have asked for a problem free experience and stay .

Room was clean. They were out of so much stuff. There was no conditioner they only give you 1 bar of soap. Breakfast sucked they did not have juice it was all out and they were out of most creamers, the microwave was soo nasty in the Breakfast room it looked and smelled like it has never been cleaned. The staff was not as friendly as they could be.

It was not the most comfortable night- but - it is one of the cheaper, pet-friendly hotels in the area. And they had a nice area of grass for pets next to the lobby. I did have to go downstairs for an extra set of towels & a bar of soap-but- the one & only very busy lady working the counter made sure I had plenty of towels & 2 bars of soap since they were very small & she was very polite & friendly despite the fact she was having trouble with some difficult customers with too many people in their room & pool. And she had security guys their taking care of it. Having 3 security guards hanging in the lobby made me a bit nervous - but - I suppose the area has become sketchy? The room was very clean, breakfast not appealing. The orange juice tasted like Tang maybe, but not like real o.j. So- if you need a cheaper place to stay & are not picky - this place is ok! And remember- Always be nice to the staff anywhere & everywhere ‐ not all problems are their fault!

Review on wheelchair accessible room. Clean. Wheelchair space was good. Nice roll in shower and roomy bathroom. *Please lower the bed to a chair height. I could not get on the bed without the muscles of a strong man. Bed does not meet ADA requirements. Thanks

Stay wasnt that great. Was questioned if I was over the room cause, I needed to make new key. Was over charged 159 a night. I think 9:15, should be ok foot breakfast for paying that much. 15 late you better go somewhere else to eat. Was charged again for two nights, when checked out. They just keep taking out your debit card. So 5 business days until I get it back. Better next time pay with cash. Say no to price gouging!

I don’t recommend this place to anyone, I paid for a room that wasn’t even clean, the Bathroom sink was clogged and no one in the office helped or anything, the fridge was old and musty and there was a big wet spot in the floor by the desk, and there was a big stain on the towels looked like the workers there didn’t even wash the towels. Overall the hotel was pretty on the outside, but had a lot of problems with our room.

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice, the first time was good didn’t have any issues but this time we’ve encountered two pretty disgusting rooms. First room we were put in had food on the floor, mold and water damage on the ceiling, and a roach crawl across the desk. We requested a different room and thought it is better it still isn’t great, definitely not cleaned properly! HOWEVER getting passed the cleanliness it’s a good price, pet friendly and no pet fee so that’s a plus.

Room very nice but small. Th complimentary breakfast left a lot to be desired . Watery scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, waffles. The sweet rolls plate was empty and not refilled. There was a second hot container that had contained something but was empty. Two bran dry cereal types. No milk containers.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times in less than a year and they always have the best service. I have a Great Dane and he is always welcome there. They don’t charge extra for big dogs and they live to see him come in. I think the other guest get a kick out of him too. Most recent stay was July 27/28. Once again they were very accommodating. Thanks La Quinta Mobile Airport Blvd!

It was a very nice hotel. Clean and affordable with nice rooms and friendly staff. And they were pet friendly! Only complaint is we have 2 large dogs and the rooms are very small so it felt cramped and the pet relief areas are small but it's just enough space for them to do their business. I would stay here again if we were in a pinch.

I'm sorry, but an unclean hotel is unexceptable! If it weren't so late when I had gotten there I would have left. I booked my room in advance and let them know that I would be there late, so there's no excuse. Luckily the bed was clean, but everything else grossed me out. I'm highly disappointed.

Nice friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Enjoyed my stay. One thing, the coffee maker was missing the tray so I couldn't Enjoy my cup of coffee from the room this morning. Other that that! Everything and everyone was great.

The best thing about this hotel is the fitness room which is fair. The breakfast was mediocre. The room was comfortable but the floor was dirty. The room was not ready for our arrival at 4:30 P.M. The elevator floors were filthy. The lobby bathroom was out of order. The only I gave 3 stars was because the beds were comfortable.

When I stepped upon the premises, I said to self & self said, if inside is as maintained as outside, this is truly going to be an excellent stay & it didn't disappoint. Wow, clean, clean & more clean. The room service ladies & gentlemen were an absolute delight. Spoke with many & really welcomed themselves with generosity. And that's what I look for when I visit different places- the room service workers enthusiasm & showing themselves friendly. I highly recommend the Airport Blvd @ 3650 in Mobile, AL. Keep up this beautiful place workers.

We stayed only one night in the Hotel while did our Roadtrip and we chooses the Hotel because of the good rating at google. Overall I think the Hotel is overrated for the price which it costs. Room: We got a room in the 5 floor which was located near the elevator. Unfortunately this one has a really annoying “Bing” noice at each floor. Furthermore you will not get so good sleep, because you will hear every door slamming from the other guest. The room itself was really new and the bed was comfy as well. We dislike that the floor was very sticky and we decided to wear our shoes all time. The bathroom looked new as well, but it was not that clean. Especially in the shower were hairs from other people. What I really missed was the toilet lid. Breakfast You can choose between some warm options, waffles, apples, cereals and bread. Overall if you are very hungry than you can grab some things, but that’s all. Do not expect so much. I was very exited about the self made waffles, but the taste was a not that good. The hours for breakfast should be extended (weekdays till 9 and weekends till 10) Amenities They have a small gym and a pool as well. The pool is good for a short swim exercise (4x9m) and a dip as well. Service The front staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had some trouble while checked in because of the payment and the deposit.

The best hotel I have stayed at in Mobile. I have stayed at many that were not that great here in Mobile. The location is convenient to everything. The hotel was very clean. I brought my dogs and they have a dog floor it was clean in the hallway also. My room was exceptionally clean. I could smell the cleaner. The pool was clean. The breakfast was good and that area was also clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Near enough to University Hospital. Everyone who works there is very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet. There was a strange odor in the bathroom but it was the nicest of the 3 I have stayed in in Mobile.

Desk chair is so badly broken, shouldn't be in the room - lopsided and junk; impossible to use it. No TV remote. Neither of the window treatments will raise - appears to not just have happened - just a dark room. Turned on lamp over chair and knob fell off. Not ottoman for a foot rest. Whit worm with black head on the bed. Offered to move me but after waiting 2 hours & getting 2 pets settled (up since 4a, now after 9p) too tired to do anything tonight. Pet crates, beds, etc. For a one week stay. To make it worse, wasn't on the Wyndham site but had to put up a $100 damage deposit "in the event I break anything or smoke in the room", per the front desk person. Changing hotels is more appealing than changing rooms. Very disappointing.

After flying all day and paying an outrageous taxi cost to get here, all I wanted to do was relax. Unfortunately I was met with this absolutely filthy room. It looks as if there was some horrific leak that they barely patched up. All the surfaces had sticky spots. The bed had dog hair on it. And the bathroom had a smell of stagnant sewage. The worst part is I was quoted a much different rate then I was charged. I questioned it and I was assured this was the right price. I don't know why I'm paying state / city tax and a "tourist" fee. It ended up costing me almost 200 dollars for a single bed room for one night. Avoid this place. There's better hotels out there.
