I have lived at the landing for almost a year now and it has been great! One person in particular though that has made The Landing a better place to live and be comfortable in is Danielle Florence. She always is running the events we have at The Landing, and is always sure to make sure that everything is so cute and decorated. She takes so much pride in her job which enables her to get everything done so quick and on top of all the needs all of us as renters have! She is such a great asset to have at The Landing and makes it a better place to live.

This is my second year living here and I can not say enough good things about the management and staff. Maintenance is quick and knowledgeable. Jennifer (property manager) and Ivy (office staff) are very personable and kind. You can walk into the office any day and have a conversation with them. There are always events being held for residents, foosacklys is my favorite.

The house is large and has updated appliances, however, they don't tell you how expensive your utilities bill will be. They blame it on "inflation" but it's ridiculously expensive. The gate systems has flaws and doesn't keep random people from walking in. There's house parties and people walking off the street snooping around cars and houses at night. Our house still has maintenance issues that haven't been addressed. We have exposed wires for the light fixture in the laundry room and a dryer that takes three times the time to dry a normal load of clothes. I'd look at all your options before deciding to live here.

The landing has been great living since i’ve been here. Jennifer has been an incredible property manager. Jeremy and Devin have also been great maintenance men for this complex

I just started living at The Social this year, and it’s already been great. The location right across from campus is super convenient. The houses are very nice along with the furniture in them. I love the pool and outdoor area! The best aspect of The Social is Caroline and Danielle. These two ladies work so hard to make living here easy and enjoyable!

The Social at South Alabama is amazing. Friendly people, quick service, and just an all around great atmosphere! Maintenance here is wonderful! They care about our problems and do it with care! The office workers are also top tier!!

The Landing is definitely THE PLACE to live! It is super convenient and the accommodations are so nice! I have lived there for two years now and planning on doing so, this upcoming year! All of the office staff are super helpful, but Danielle in particular has started planning the cutest events for residents and has gone out of her way to make the landing feel that much more like our home away from home!

Management has always been so nice to me and does the extra mile to make sure I feel at home and safe. The houses are the nicest you’ll find for off campus student housing. Everything is brand new. It’s fun living here and I like that it’s not as huge as other off campus housing complexes so people don’t get lost and it feels like a community since you know/recognize most people here. The on site sheriff that lives here is awesome too and makes sure I feel safe. Good place to live.
