The mall is ok but it is starting to get rundown, it will probably be closed in a couple of years. A lot of stores have already closed and it needs a partial makeover, (not a full one yet). It seems like crime in the area has gone down a little but there needs to be a draw to get people in. Right now I think that its hook is lack of competition and great location.

This mall is ok, there is some decent stores inside. There was a lot of security, some police officers as well.

I have been here numerous times. There is variety of stores and a diverse group of people who visit. There is a small food court and several kiosks. I enjoy shopping at the Belks and Earth Treasures. There is a Pandora shop and even a place to get a massage. Choose from any entrance but remember where you parked! There's a Target and Wendy's close by the mall and it is very close to the Airport exit of the I65. They have recently added an entertainment/recreational business and there are several restaurants on the other side of the Airport exit.

It's not a safe place. There are shootings and other violence constantly, and mall management nor security will do anything to prevent it, and when asked about plans to improve safety for both tenant employees and customers, management said there are none. Also, when contacting the owners of the property (4D Properties) to see if they have any plans to improve safety measures, you get no response. So until they make it a safe place to work/shop I highly recommend that you go somewhere that actually cares IF YOU GET SHOT OR NOT. Photo of the BULLET HOLE above Chick-fil-A. This is a very good and huge shopping mall. They have several good department stores and many other special stores for things like beauty supplies, jewelry, clothes, shoes and toys. They also have plenty of good places to get meals and treats while shopping here. I like how they decorated for Christmas time shopping.

I love going to eat at the Pei Wei Asian Express Restaurant in the mall. My co workers and I go there for lunch Mon-Fri and we love how fresh and good the food is. My favorite is the Mogolian Chicken😋. The ladies that work there are GREAT!

Walked from one end to the other and back and didn't get shot, mugged, or accosted in any way... always a nice day when none of those things happen. Oh, and the chicken nuggets at Chick Phill Aye hit the spot! 😁

Please adjust mall hours to 9 pm. Covid is no longer an excuse to use for closing early. The restrooms are never cleaned either.

I love this place, a lot of places to shop

I recently visited the mall and it's definitely not what it used to be. I used to love hanging out at the mall when I was a teenager. What got me whe I went there is they have gotten rid of then benches and chairs. There's literally nowhere to sit unless you sit in front of chic fil a or in one of those massage chairs. Please bring those back! The mall is a huge place and it hard for some people to walk around the mall and not have a place to rest. Please bring back those benches!

Do NOT visit this mall. It shouldn't even be called a mall because it doesn't have everything a mall should. There is nothing amazing or enjoyable about it. The only thing it has going for it are the resturants but absolutely NOTHING else!! There are nothing but clothing stores at this place. A mall is supposed to have all kinds of stores, toys, video games, books, electronics, etc... but NOOOOOOO! There are nothing but stores that sell clothes. How can it possibly be called a mall when it doesn't it only sells CLOTHS?! When I was a kid, it had everything a mall should, Disney Store, video games, toys and everything else, but they sell nothing but cloths now. It's a travesty!! This is possibly the worst mall in the country. If your looking for a mall to cater to all interests, look elsewhere, because you won't find it here

You can definitely tell this mall used to thrive. It’s in a really good area-why not clean it up to thrive again?

The Bel air Mall is very much a shopper friendly mall and the stores in the mall are the types of stores that today's Young and mature shoppers need , want and visit frequently. It's three main anchor stores are JCPenney's , Dillard's and Belk but it is also surrounded by very tasty food shops , jewelry stores , specialty stores and of course the very lovely and always needed Bath and Body Works. I visit the Mall at least four times a month and it always satisfied my shopping needs.

If yall knew that the people in the Perfect Images Potrait Studio hadn't paid their rent in a year why did yall allow them to keep scamming customers! I paid $46 to get pictures of my children taken and when we came to take the pictures the studio was closed. We were waiting along with 5 other families to get pictures taken and the security guard had to tell us the place was closed. Very tacky of the mall to allow this to happen to many customers. It left a bad taste in my mouth that I will drive across the bay to shop before I step foot back in this mall!

I bought clothes. Some are reasonably priced while other outfits make you scratch your head and wonder what they are thinking. I guess it boils down to your personal taste.

It was really clean and big but most of the stores were either closed down and empty or under construction ??

Went to the $1.25 Tree - loved it! Great selection. Large, well- kept store.

Went to JC Penney’s to pick up an order and also shop around The Children’s Place and both were wonderful. Really annoyed and concerned about the open hours of the mall being cut again. That will negatively affect the nondepartment stores there!!!

I enjoy the shoppes. I have worked at a couple companies in the mall over the years and enjoyed my time there.

The workers act like brain dead crack addicts who didn’t finish elementary school. Dude couldn’t subtract 23 - 3. One girl looked at me like I ate her dog when I needed assistance and made her get off her phone. Not sure where they’re getting these employees but it must be from the street.

I was there for a "free" event. Since I'm on a budget I thought this would be enjoyable for my Grands.... but the vendor was charging for facepainting to our disappointment

This mall is very clean and has a good selection of stores to shop at.

Shops are way too expensive for us, but they had some very nice things and the people were nice. Nuff said...

Really nice building, but a lot of paul blart Mall cops i was kicked out because I owned a ebike I and was carrying it like I was directed to by one of the malls cops not causeing any issues they asked me if i could leave it outside ([they also dont have a bike rack] ebikes like mine cant be left in the rain)I said i cant and was then asked to leave so, just a Really lame experience overall.

Baumhowers was awesome. My dad passed away while I was at restaurant. Head chef Zach took care of our dinner bill. Very empathetic to my situation.

Not the greatest anymore. The front entrance has large, empty store fronts because of restaurants that have left. Paper signs stuck to the front doors that say no weapons. Sad state! Used to this is was nice place and was family oriented.

This Mall is straight legit. I wasn't even aware Malls still existed, but this one has all the shops you want to frequent. Jewelry, Mandarin Express, Boost Mobile, Massage Chairs, department Stores, and Alabama's one and only.... Baumhauers!

I went to Children's Place in the mall to return some items for my granddaughter. The store was nice but overall the mall was surprisingly empty. I worry abt going here due to high crime, so I paced when going back to my car. Not an area I would consider visiting again.

8 Tesla Superchargers in a shopping complex in various stages of reconstruction. Pitted pavement and worn parking space paint. The nearby Target is great for a pitstop and shopping. The few stars is because the Tesla navigation does not send you to the right location. Once inside the parking lot where navigation says it is, head for the red dot that identifies charging stations. You'll leave by the street it should have sent you to.
