I placed order online for delivery. An hour and half later I called the location to check on the hold up and they apologetically informed me that they had no delivery driver and they called me to inform me of this. So the Marcos employee lied to me and said he called me and worst of all 'VOIDED' my order. I never received a call and if I did I would have just driven to the store and picked up the order myself. WHY BE AVAILABLE FOR ONLINE ORDERS IF YOU'RE NOT ABLE TO DELIVER. I'M NEVER ORDERING MARCOS PIZZA EVER AGAIN.

I live less than 2 miles away. I called and no one answered the phone for over 16 minutes. I have never called before because of all the others awful reviews. I guess this will be another Midtown business to close soon. 16 minutes and no one can at least come to the phone and say something???? I have eaten at other Marcos but not at this one. My first time trying it and this is what happen. LOST PIZZA got my business tonight. I hear their pizza is delicious and at least they answered the phone. The manager needs to do something, apparently this happens a lot Mr. manager you will not have a job much longer doing business like this

Very greasy pizza. They need to try to add less cheese or bake longer, everytime I order its soggy greasy pizza. I dont prefer it that way.

I'd not order anything from this crazy place. They only 3.4 Miles away and they can't deliver. They obviously don't want my business.. so I'd go somewhere else. 🤮 Manager was rude. I'd not waste my time on that. Bump that

First off -- pizza was good which is the only reason I'm not giving the experience one star. Ordered two specialty pizzas and a side salad. When it was delivered, the salad was missing ($7) -- contacted the location and was told they couldn't refund the $7 to my card I used to order online -- they either had to send the driver back out "when they were free," or I could "come in and get a salad at a later time." -- Just ridiculous options to give a customer you shorted a $7 salad.

Pizza was okay, had canned mushrooms for a place that is supposed to have "premium" toppings... okay Little Caesars 🤣 This is an update to the manager's response... THERE'S A PUBLIX IN THE SAME PARKING LOT! Poor excuses only make things worse. Next time, accept responsibility, apologize for your inferior, canned mushrooms. Say you will do better and go to Publix and buy some mushrooms...

I previously shopped in that Marco and services was not up to part, but last night I had remarkable services from a new manager Brittany she was aweome polite and just over all friendly. She is super sweet so if she leave so will I lol..

Love the assistant manager Brittany she is very professional and polite she has great customer service and she loves her customers I would come here any time

The pizza is always good. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Always a safe bet, middle of the road pizza place, especially if you like the pepperoni magnifico, which there’s usually a coupon for. Download the app or use your coupons so you can get a deal. We also like the cheesy bread and the Hawaiian and chicken fresco pizzas. All of those are great, too. Most of all I think about their jalapeño ranch more than I think about the one that got away in my life, even though it can be yours for 59 cents with purchase. It hits different with their garlic crust. Even if you aren’t a ranch on pizza person, get you some of this, because it’s that good! They should bottle it and sell it!

I love the Old Shell rd store. They always have fresh hot pizza and excellent customer service.

I've been waiting for 45 minutes for one pizza and one salad. When I walked in the door there was no other customer here. I'm still waiting for my pizza and salad. There are at least eight crew members in store at this time. Slow as dirt.

I ordered a Bbq chicken pizza with no bacon because I can't eat bacon. Guess what I got on my pizza if you said bacon then you are correct. All under the cheese is bacon. I called to let them know that they got my order wrong and they gave me attitude and were really rude. I'm at work so I got it delivered the worst mistake. The only thing the manager offered to do was credit my account NO I want my money back.

The food was great but this the second time ordered from them the first time i ordered a drink i didn’t receive it and this time i still yet again have not got my drink yet once again

I only give this place a low grade for atmosphere just by virtue of the fact that there's no one sitting in the dining room. Aside from that the pizza was delicious the pepperoni pizza could have used a little bit more sauce so I'll keep that in mind and order accordingly next time. The pizzas were done on time and they were very very hot. We've tried other pizza restaurants and as far as quick convenient and economical this is probably your best bet in town.

We called the phone over 20times!! They would answer and hang up. Then answered and said “Marcos” and hung up! Then answered and just sat on the phone without saying anything in akward silence and hung up. I manage a restaurant and I’d fire who ever was there that night doing the phones like that. Quick look of the cameras. This behavior deserves termination and if not that than the manager doesn’t know when to put a foot down and grow a pair and fire people that can’t run a pizza store let alone answer the phones. Even if your busy. It’s called customer service it takes 5sec to answer politely and explain to the customer your very busy to place a order online.

Great pizza!! Where I’m from we don’t have Marco’s so it was nice to try a different pizza place and it was so good!! Love the green olive option.

I always enjoy Marco's pizza. We love the garlic parmesan sauce. They're friendly, delivery is fast at a reasonable price, and of course, the pizza is delicious.
