This was my first visit. Everything in the back was awesome! One of the ladies at the front desk wasn’t the friendliest. When I called, she was the same way. She seemed annoyed that I asked questions and rushed me off the phone. She Directed me to the website for the rest of my questions. In person she wasn’t any different. She Definitely needs to work on her customer service skills. Regardless of how much I enjoyed my massage and everything in the back, all I can think about it is how she handled me.

Bed was comfortable...room temperature was up and down...last day there was a smell of gas. This is our annual girls' weekend for one of our birthdays. One young lady traveled with was sick and a headache. We were told that because the ships get their tanks filled, the entire hotel smells like that. Well, last year, when we visited (same weekend), we did not have that issue. We were compensated with X amount off (gas money). Most would have given a given points or a free night stay. However, all is well. We will find another in Mobile or change cities. Other than that, we had a good time.

Amazing experience. Went for a his and hers couples massage. Drinks were great and the ladies are so comforting. My S.O also had a great experience. I have had better massages, I enjoy my massages deep and it just felt a bit rushed. 2 mins on each of my legs, 2 mins on my arms, lower back and upper thighs didn’t get any work. Left with so many knots I had to get them out inside the pool/sauna. Amenities are lovely ☺️ but I would rather go get an ancient Chinese muscle relief massage.

Pleasantly surprised by the service here. The spa/fitness area was well kept and very clean. The staff conducts themselves very professionally and they make sure that you are very comfortable. The only reason it didn’t get a 5 star rating is because the male side was under renovation and so I did not get the entire experience to give it a 5. I put that in the middle of the review to be able to highlight the actual service received. I received a massage from Tara and she did not let me down. Decided last minute to add the hot stones to the experience and I’m glad I did. I do plan to return but next time it will be for the 80 minute session.

Scheduled an appointment with my credit card as a gift for someone else. Called to reschedule for a different day instead, and they didn't carry over my credit card information for the other day, so they made the person I gifted pay. Why didn't they tell me I would need to pay again if they couldn't carry over my information from the original booking? They won't answer my phone calls now. I am beyond angry. They used to be my go-to gift for my family and I'll never use them again.

The vibe and experience was top tier. The only thing I didn't like was in the quiet room people where in there talking and they didn't respect the direction s posted on the doors before walking in. Other than that, Brian was awesome

OMG!!!! This was the best experience ever when u walk in you feel like royalty. The service was a 10+ from the beginning to the end. The only thing I would recommend is they bring a chiropractor on. He could pop backs before a massage but that’s just me. I will definitely be back….adding it to my budget now

This was my first time staying and it was amazing!! I didn’t have to leave the hotel and valet is awesome they are very prompt!! My wax and massage was great. The quiet room I love!! Definitely will be coming back!!!

I can’t believe this room is publicly rented . It was also on my list through amex (I will be writing them next).The water came out brown, the view from the room was awful. The roof had scaffolding in place ,trash was everywhere and I woke up to noise from a worker out on the roof! The window was cracked and I didn’t feel safe in the room. I cant recommend this hotel. Spa was excellent .

We booked massages for my daughter’s birthday & had a very relaxing experience! The facility is clean & well maintained. Our masseuse’s were very professional and they are talented individuals. The cost was affordable & worth the investment to pamper yourself!!

My experience is always great but this time could have been a lot better . The place was overly crowded! The silent / quiet room was not quiet at all . The jacuzzi/ hot tub is still not working . This is ridiculous for the amount of money you pay to go to relax . Very disappointing!

I booked a massage for my wife's 40th bday. Her sister went with her, and they said it was the whole experience was incredible. They talked about it for over an hour. Thank you for making my wife's day so special.

This was last minute getaway for Thanksgiving and the spa was absolutely what I needed to rejuvenate my spurt and body! I give it a complete 10/10 and will defintely go back in the future. The service was attentive and welcoming and the areas high in cleanliness.

All of my experiences at the Battle House Spa have been wonderful. They are friendly, welcoming and the massage therapist I've had, have the gift of healing touch. My prenatal massage almost brought tears to my eyes...was just what I needed. Treat yourself!

I love the privacy of the this spa and the services are so good! If you need a good spa this is def your place in the Mobile area!

I've been to the Battlehouse Spa many time for facials and couple massages. The staff there is always friendly and helpful. I love the ambience of the atmosphere.

I had the best experience with Joshua as my massage therapist. I highly recommend this spa. I have had massages in cities and countries all over the world and Joshua was by far the best.

Very considerate staff, called us ahead of time to remind us of that the parade route might cause complications. The massage was amazing and truly made you feel as if you were the only one in the building. Amazing all the way around.
