I wish God would see fit to close the doors permanently and bless the few good people with better jobs. The staff is unprofessional and less than mediocre. Their licenses probably came from Office Depot and aren’t worth the change spent on the paper!! No one goes to a health care center expecting to feel worse with higher blood pressure than initially. They don’t listen. They don’t care about patients and apparently their livelihoods. If you don’t like your job, get another one. Leave the medical field and customer service altogether. You might be better; I KNOW I WOULD. I’d rather pay bail than a co pay. Jail is less convenient, and I’d actually feel BETTER!!

I tested positive for a incurable std and went here without insurance for a refill on my prescription. They did a lab and retested me, told me I was clean and didn’t have anything. I was told to stop taking my medication by the Dr and did so. Had an outbreak not even a week later this place is a joke. They tell you what you want to hear. Please go somewhere else

Beware of "chain" medical centers. Adequate care IS NOT provided especially with this particular chain. They DO NOT listen/care about your health issues, assume whatever they wish whenever they want. WILL NOT answer in a timely manner regarding prescription refills. Any human being deserves respect and proper healthcare.

Dr.holli Burden needs to be fired, she is not a Dr. That’s on your side she is against giving you the proper care you need, sent me meds for asthma when I don’t even have that. She does not listen and she needs to find her something else to do besides that

quite literally the worst medical center here. never answers calls, never returns calls, never calls back for lab results etc. just the worst, hands down.

They discuss me never meet my needs but what goes around comes around cause I hope you all get the right patient at the right time to fail a law suit and don't never say never

It's so Sad When you Call The Franklin Clinic On MLK Avenue And Ask For A Clinical Nurse And You Ask The Clinical Nurse A Question And She Get Smart With you On The Telephone That Really Makes The Patients Want To Leave This Has Nothing To Do With The Doctor And Then You Asked For The Office Manager And You Have To Leave A Message On Her Voice Answering Machine And It Maybe 4 Days Before Anyone Get Back With The Patients I Have Had Enough Of This With Franklin Primary Clinic From Marquitta Quitta Thomas

Franklin Clinic has excelled for years providing excellent quality care for all kind of people in the color and ethnic spectrum. The physicians and CNP that I have seen have been fantastic and I have private medical insurance. Today the clinic in MLK failed tremendously. I waited 1.5 hours, as I was informed it was "lunch break. So upon my arrival at 12:10pm, I was satisfied waiting. The wait is worth it, as per my previous experiences. At 1:30 pm I walked in and after 15 minutes I was called for vitals. Clinic empty but I waited my time and after another 30 minutes the CRNP said she couldn't see me personally because I probably have CoVID. She said I do not. I've had my three vaccines. Plus I suffer from this tremendously bad inflammation of ears , nasal mucosa n throat irritation due to temperature changes. She insisted that I had an "itchy throat" a symptom of CoVID. NO FEVER. She promised to do phone consultation before 5:00 pm. . Left around 2:20 pm after my arrival at 12:10 pm. Called back at 4:45pm and waited online for 8 minutes (the que said "you have a waiting time of one minute) . Finally around 4:57 pm The secretary said the CRNP would call as she said before 5:00 pm. Well, it's 7:10 pm and my drive of 35 minutes from Bay Minette served no purpose. The waiting time of 3 hours was useless. As a scientist and healthcare professionals I'm very disappointed at the poor empathy n sensitivity of this professional. I avoided the ER since I'm a strong believer of being careful of not abusing the ER service. There are others who really need it. Thx for the experience and hope that this serves as a call for attention not to think that post Thanksgiving Day is a day for poor performance. Our patients deserve the attention n quality service 24/7. And they deserve to be seen as self relatives. Wishing you correct and put more attention on the pipe performance and empathy of some caretakers.

Terrible experience all around. They don't care because they don't have to, they're government funded and will always get funding. And they can never be fired. And there's nothing anyone can do about it. I feel terrible and I have to wait a whole week for my appointment. Socialism isn't so good huh guys?

Ms. Rosetta, who answers the phone when you call Franklin, is always kind and professional. She has always gone above and beyond to assist in my needs over the years. Even when the phone system is acting up, Ms. Rosetta spends the time needed to resolve any issue I am having. She makes my experience with Franklin Primary better. I always feel cared for after experiencing Ms. Rosetta. I also feel this same way with my medical provider Mrs. Cunningham. Mrs. Cunningham has been a stable provider when others have left, so I always stick with her. She loves and cares for me, the total me all the time. I am forever grateful to Mrs. Cunningham and Ms. Rosetta!!

I personally would like to give a tremendous thank you to Mrs. Rosetta. Thank you for being apart of the staff, thank you for being caring and concerned with the health of others. I do understand that everywhere is currently short staffed and everyone is taking on multiple roles at the moment given what is taking place in our world today. Mrs. Rosetta has gone above and beyond to help me and my family get the best possible care, the best responses and fast and effect information. When she takes your call it's as if you are speaking with a TRUE ANGEL!!! She takes her time and helps you get everything you need and if it can not be done in that day she will call you back ASAP. She will push emails through to the nurses, she will speak with office managers and find a way TO GET THE JOB DONE!!! Not discredting anyone because I do know that it is alot to endure when you little to know help. Mrs. Rosetta I thank you and my family thanks you for all that you do and continue to be a beacon of light and hope for others.

This clinic is the worst pediatrics doctor office I have ever seen. They never return calls, don’t send in prescriptions, look at you like you don’t belong there and have no clue what they are doing. Please don’t bring your children here.This was once a good clinic years ago don’t know what happen it’s been 2 months trying to get medical records sent from there to another clinic and still no response even the other clinic faxed over a medical release form and never received the records this place should just shut down completely. The employees act as if they are working for free. To make a long story short nothing has been resolved but at least they got paid for a well child visit.

The staff is prompt and courteous with their service!
