Franklin
Clinic
has
excelled
for
years
providing
excellent
quality
care
for
all
kind
of
people
in
the
color
and
ethnic
spectrum.
The
physicians
and
CNP
that
I
have
seen
have
been
fantastic
and
I
have
private
medical
insurance.
Today
the
clinic
in
MLK
failed
tremendously.
I
waited
1.5
hours,
as
I
was
informed
it
was
"lunch
break.
So
upon
my
arrival
at
12:10pm,
I
was
satisfied
waiting.
The
wait
is
worth
it,
as
per
my
previous
experiences.
At
1:30
pm
I
walked
in
and
after
15
minutes
I
was
called
for
vitals.
Clinic
empty
but
I
waited
my
time
and
after
another
30
minutes
the
CRNP
said
she
couldn't
see
me
personally
because
I
probably
have
CoVID.
She
said
I
do
not.
I've
had
my
three
vaccines.
Plus
I
suffer
from
this
tremendously
bad
inflammation
of
ears
,
nasal
mucosa
n
throat
irritation
due
to
temperature
changes.
She
insisted
that
I
had
an
"itchy
throat"
a
symptom
of
CoVID.
NO
FEVER.
She
promised
to
do
phone
consultation
before
5:00
pm.
.
Left
around
2:20
pm
after
my
arrival
at
12:10
pm.
Called
back
at
4:45pm
and
waited
online
for
8
minutes
(the
que
said
"you
have
a
waiting
time
of
one
minute)
.
Finally
around
4:57
pm
The
secretary
said
the
CRNP
would
call
as
she
said
before
5:00
pm.
Well,
it's
7:10
pm
and
my
drive
of
35
minutes
from
Bay
Minette
served
no
purpose.
The
waiting
time
of
3
hours
was
useless.
As
a
scientist
and
healthcare
professionals
I'm
very
disappointed
at
the
poor
empathy
n
sensitivity
of
this
professional.
I
avoided
the
ER
since
I'm
a
strong
believer
of
being
careful
of
not
abusing
the
ER
service.
There
are
others
who
really
need
it.
Thx
for
the
experience
and
hope
that
this
serves
as
a
call
for
attention
not
to
think
that
post
Thanksgiving
Day
is
a
day
for
poor
performance.
Our
patients
deserve
the
attention
n
quality
service
24/7.
And
they
deserve
to
be
seen
as
self
relatives.
Wishing
you
correct
and
put
more
attention
on
the
pipe
performance
and
empathy
of
some
caretakers.
