This place is a JOKE. The receptionist is dismissive and treats you like you are bothering her. Completely unacceptable. I went in to get help with blood pressure, which is one of the services plastered all over the signs in there office. Well, the receptionist simply told me that they don’t do that. What??? I included a picture of the very large poster just next to her that CLEARLY says TWICE they help with blood pressure. The bottom line is that apparently when the cat is away, the mice will play. These workers clearly didn’t appear motivated to want to work, and they would be just fine if nobody walked through the door so the receptionist could continue to play with her phone instead of doing actual work. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

The front desk lady was pleasant, and made sure my registration was going well. Chastity the nurse had just the right mix of professional conduct and compassion. Pam, the nurse practitioner, was exceptional. She didn’t push antibiotics that I didn’t need. I’m feeling so much better. The nurse that gave me a shot was great, but I didn’t get her name. These people get you in and out quick, no shenanigans, and get you feeling better.

I was able to register online and be seen the same day which was wonderful. When I arrived though the front desk lady was less than kind. During my wait I listened to her speak to many others in the same manner. Seeming uninterested in the quality of her customer service. However, once I made it to the back it was very clean and the ladies I spoke to were very knowledgeable and attentive.

This was my first time visiting this clinic for urgent care and it was an absolute pleasure! From the ease of online registration, to check in, to the staff of caretakers it was amazing service!! I was absolutely blown away at how fast and accurate the care that I receive!! No long waiting time and I had my prescriptions called in to the pharmacy and before I could get to the pharmacy they were letting me know I had prescriptions called in. Usually you have to wait for the prescriptions to get to the pharmacy but not with Main Street! I am really impressed and so happy with the awesome care and friendly faces that greeted me. Thank you for being so professional, friendly and awesome! I will definitely use them for all my Urgent Care needs in the future and recommend them to family and friends!!

When I arrive I only made appointments for my kids because I had no idea they saw adults. I was glad the clerk asked me was I ok and I said no I wish you all saw adults and when she said they do and to go ahead and register to be seen. I love the fact she noticed I wasn't feel well along with my kids. It was a good thing I did because the 3 of us were sick. Again they gave the meds that was needed and everyone attitude/personality was pleasant and we will be back.

Nothing urgent about this place. I was there on a Saturday for an hour with my 4 year old daughter who had abdominal pain. Then walks in a lady with her two 5 or 6 year old boys. No sniffles or any visible symptoms. They go in before us. After waiting a while longer I decided to go to the ER.

I was there for 3+ hours waiting with my son to see the doctor to only be told there was 1 doctor in office and she’d get to him when she could . She wasn’t in the room for 5 minutes to tell me he has a cold and to come back if he gets worse . She wasn’t in the room 5 minutes with me so what took so long for her to get to us ? 3 hours to get NOTHING done for my son is highly absurd !!! I would not bring him back here I’d rather take him to the ER! This was a desperate attempt to get help for my son since his normal pediatrician wasn’t able to see him. NEVER AGAIN. He vomited in the car leaving the office.

I’ve been here many times, they have always been wonderful to me and my family, recently they got this new doctor Zach who was so easy to talk to and so thorough with his work. It made me want to switch him to my primary because I’ve never seen a doctor and thought I could be that comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone needing quick care!

So I registered online which was a two hour wait after I registered they’ll send me a message saying when to come then when I get there you have to sign in on the kiosk which you sit there for another 30 minutes or more before you go back to a room and they did a strep test and I sat there for 45 minutes waiting on my results for a strep test. Everybody was very nice but there’s just way too much waiting especially when you don’t feel good.

Man this place is the best Dr's office I've ever been to. Everyone from the lady at the front desk to the nurses in the back are super cool. They talk to you like you're an actual person, they don't rush you through, explain everything to you clearly. I cannot express how happy I am with this place. They work around your schedule, stay open late, and on weekends. 10 out 10 would recommend. And yes they take medicaid!

I waited in my car after registering for an hour then was in the waiting room for an hr so 2 hrs I waited to be taken into the back , then while waiting tried to get some of the “complementary coffee” and there were ants around the machine and it didn’t even work. No one checks the front desk. Like I understand they’re all virtual and you checkin through a computer but someone should at least check on the people in the waiting room. Now that I’m in a room I’m still waiting. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of one is because my nurse has been nice. If you come as an adult EXPECT TO WAIT

I waited hours to get checked in. Then waited over an hour for test results. This was after I came out of my room to ask for follow up. The assistant I was asking for help was EXTREMELY RUDE to me. She told me the dr is coming their is other people here too and she will get to you when she can. I was blown away. Not even 5 minutes later the nurse practitioner came in. She seemed overwhelmed and new. She was not answering my questions directly. It was answer like, I think so, or maybe, or that should be ok. I will not be returning here. They did not make me feel taken care of at all.

The staff at Grelot Rd is so kind and caring. I was in so fast after registering. Nurse practitioner was super thorough in testing me. Just a virus. Shot and prescription and one day later...feeling better!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

CNA was completely RUDE!!! Never got her name or her credentials like the NP did. If you want people to wear mask make sure it is well known as well. No where on the website, the front door the walls or front desk does it say it's required. Then the CNA push the covid vaccine on to my child! NO!!!! What happened to our freedom? Owned and ran by what country? The company completely disregard our rights as humans! Do not recommend ANYONE TO THEIR CHILD OR SELF TO THIS URGENT CARE!

I went to the MainStreet Urgent Care today and was very impressed. The clinic was extremely clean and organized. They had a free coffee bar in the waiting room with waters and juice, as well. From checking in to walking out, the whole process took about one and half hours - which is about the same time or less that it takes for me to get in and out of my PCP’s office, even with a scheduled appointment. The nurse practitioners were very thorough and took their time talking over my symptoms and examining me. All the staff seemed very competent, professional, and friendly. The only downside was that, even though they made me wear a mask, they had no hand sanitizer, tissues, etc. available in the waiting room or exam room - even after they swabbed my nose and throat. Other than that, the experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend.

The Staff was friendly & helpful. The Nurse Practitioner I saw didn't just give me a diagnosis & exit. He took time to explain what my symptoms meant & just had a very good bedside manner. Thank you! 😊

I went on a Sunday and didn’t realize I needed to register online first luckily I was the only patient and I have license and insurance card pics saved in my phone so it didn’t take but a few minutes for me to do that part and I was called back within 5 minutes of doing so. The staff was friendly and the NP was very knowledgeable and my breathing was improving before I left the building. I definitely recommend them and hopefully I won’t have to return anytime soon but if I do need urgent care Mainstreet will be my first choice.

My brother who is autistic was DENIED treatment and was told it’s because he has a neurological condition. My brother is 27 years old, high on the spectrum, and has absolutely no behavioral issues whatsoever. I will not let this go, and something will be done.

Great experience! Everyone was so nice, I don't remember the nurses names but they were so sweet and I think the receptionists name was Cassidy? She was the sweetest lady I have ever met and we had some great conversations I loved her :) in case I got the name wrong, she has a tattoo on her left wrist with some writing on it, super sweet gal.

I am VERY impressed with care I received at Main Street family care. I had a horrible case of acute hives which was affecting my whole body and desperate to get help. My husband and I went here after 8 pm Saturday night. Everyone, from the front desk people to the nurse and nurse practitioner who treated me were SOOO nice and kind. And helpful. We had had a bad experience at another local urgent care and were turned off of urgent care facilities because of this. Main street care has restored our faith in urgent care facilities. They are awesome! I feel much better. I would recommend them anyway to someone needing help.

MainStreet Family Care prescribes the same medication every time I take my child there. The healthcare provider didn’t speak with me before calling in prescription I currently have at home that was prescribed by the same place. I will not be going there again!!!

It took a little while to be seen by nurse practitioner. He was very friendly and thorough. John got a shot in behind to dry up congestion plus he’s to continue with his amoxicillin and take Flonase nasal spray as well. Everyone at this facility is so friendly and helpful.

After being seen on 9/19 I thought it was a pretty good experience, that is until my kid stayed sick the entire week after only being diagnosed with a cold. We kept her out because we didn’t want to infect any other kids and she also had a terrible cough, congestion and had no energy. Well I called on Wednesday or Thursday for an excuse from the doctor and the girl who answered stated just to stop by and get one. Well I didn’t get by there until Sunday and was met with all kinds of resistance stating that the doctor doesn’t believe in giving an excuse for a sick child with only a cold diagnoses. It’s like they didn’t believe she was sick but prescribed medicine for her and then told me that it doesn’t make her drowsy. WHAT KIND OF SICKO DOCTOR DO THEY HAVE IN CHARGE AT THIS PLACE. And yes I have private insurance good insurance. What a waste!!!Please don’t take your child here it’s no telling what was wrong with my kid. I hate her regular doctor was booked but next time I will wait or take her to the ER. I should have listened to the other reviews ! Update from yesterdays review. The receptionist and the MA I’m assuming told me yesterday that the cough syrup prescribed by the doctor does not make my child drowsy they argued me down. It’s called CHLO TISS LIQUID 10ML every 6 hours for 5 days as needed for cough. Well not only did I look it up for side effects which state: drowsiness, headaches, nausea and dizziness as side affects. My pharmacist also agreed as well. Looks like because the swore that’s what the doctor stated as well I’m going to get an attorney. Someone has to stop them and it’s going to be me. I will give an update just as soon as I speak with an attorney!

Wishing I had read the other recent reviews before going in. Also wondering if the business owners or management ever READ these, because the problems I had have already been consistently reported in reviews for over 7 months. When I arrived there was 1 other car in the lot, and no one in the lobby of either Main Street or Kids Street (they share a reception desk). Also no one behind said reception desk. I waited alone over 5 minutes for someone to come out, was told I needed to register online because "Urgent Care, no appointment needed" is a half truth. Apparently you can ONLY register on your phone. (What do they do if someone doesn't have a working smart phone with them?) It wouldn't go through due to website error the first 2 times I tried, had to re-enter everything a total of 3 times. On my phone. I use my husband's insurance, but do not have the same last name. He is also my emergency contact. Entered each of our names clearly on the registration form in the appropriate places. Receptionist called me up as Mrs [husband's last name], so I corrected her and explained. I don't think she cared, and she clearly didn't correct any information. The other receptionist and the Nurse Practitioner both called me by his name too, and I corrected them politely. My visit took over 90 minutes. Not a single other patient was there the entire time, I got the "we're ready to see you now" text quickly after submitting the registration, and my talk with the NP was under 5 minutes. The rest was just sitting and waiting. I needed a prescription, so the NP said they'd call it in to my pharmacy. Called the pharmacy a couple hours later to see if it was being filled, and they didn't have it. Called Main Street, the receptionist picked up and mumbled "Main Street" so quietly I wasn't sure she had answered. I told her I'd been there earlier and was checking on my prescription, and found out they had never even entered my last name in the system. I was registered under my husband's name, which is not the name I used to register. She said it had been called in after my visit. Called the pharmacy back. They had JUST received my prescription, but still under the wrong name. I'm on my way to the pharmacy now to see if they'll accept our insurance for a prescription that doesn't actually have my name on it. DO NOT GO HERE. 2 stars only because the NP seemed capable and was friendly.
