Renew PT is the place to be! If you are looking for a Physical Therapy facility that will help address your needs they are the place. Renew also has a gym, yoga, dry needling and massages. My initial appointment they made me feel welcomed and they even took their time to come up with a care plan. Tara went above and beyond to help get the referral from my insurance to go through so I could continue my therapy sessions. The entire crew is AWESOME!!! Everyone is so helpful and happy to help take care of you. The entire team helps each other. I love how bright and beautiful the facility is inside. The vibe instantly changes your mood. I love this place! It is a very professional environment, but with a family/fun vibe and a good playlist to go along with it. Kara made sure I stuck with my treatment and always kept me encouraged on the days I didn't feel my best. Really the entire team kept me laughing and encouraged and enjoyed my time there. There entire staff is terrific. Thery are pleasant and efficient. The therapists are the most competent my wife and I (79 years old) have encountered, and we have used several others in the past. They understood our needs and concerns and completely addressed them. in addition, they actually made our sessions fun. We STRONGLY recommend them to anyone needing any type of PT.

Loved going here, Cary has a very outgoing personality and is very good at what he does. They’re very thorough with their plan and truly care about how you’re feeling. Not only did they help my muscular skeletal pain, I always had someone to chat with when I was there as well! Before Renew PT I associated physiotherapy with discomfort and awkward situations. Because of the high caliber of service, expertise, clean facilities and the team's sense of humor I grew to not only be comfortable during my PT sessions but also looked forward to them.

I have never been a fan of Physical Therapy because it never seemed worth going just for 30 minutes and to be told what to do and not really worked with. Well when my Doctor ordered PT again, I really didn't want to go, until a very sweet voice called me to make the appointment, I told her that I wasn't really sure if I was going to do it, she Assured me that if I would just come one time, that I would absolutely Love them, so I went and I did fall in love with Renew PT and the Awesome staff there! They really work up a plan designed just for you by Dr Cary Helton and you have someone working with you the whole time and they never rush you! They all show you that you are important to them and they also make Physical Therapy Fun!! I have now graduated and my doctor was so thrilled to see my improvement and strength in a short period of time, now, I am looking forward to moving over to the wellness side to continue working on my well being!! I was extremely fortunate to have picked Renew PT & Wellness for my physical therapy after full knee replacement surgery. Cary and the entire staff do an exceptional job, the facility is absolutely great and there is a true family feeling when you are there. My recovery program was great and I am able to do more things only 7 weeks after the surgery than I could have possibly done before. I will be continuing my visits now that my formal physical therapy is complete to use the gym and stay healthy because the facility is great and the family atmosphere is perfect.
