Honestly pretty surprised how nice my room is.. big TV very comfortable bed.. super clean. Bathroom is nice. AC cold af.. I don't see a coffee pot but I don't drink coffee. I'm leaving 5 stars because the hotel is rated 3.1 currently and deserves to be around 4.0-4.5 for a listed 2 star hotel. And the prices are super cheap. Very surprised/satisfied.

This place is a dump. The Door to the room we were in could be pushed open unless the safety bolt was engaged. The door was falling apart, the rooms floor had sand all over it. Tiny bathroom! The AC worked and the room was enough to get by, but the outside looks terrible! Buildings seriously in need of repair. Trash cans in the hallways were full. Have the Room 2 Stars because at least we didn't see roaches. AVOID THIS DUMP!!

It was decent for the price. $87.00 for one night double bed. ONE thing to mention is that there is a $100 security deposit due at check in. So $187 was due. Received the one hundred dollar deposit 2 days later refunded on my CC. Basic breakfast in the lobby, cereal, grits, fruit, coffee, muffins etc.

This facility is disgusting and unsanitary. There are numerous other options in the area; choose one of those. Our first assigned room had not been made up. The second reeked of smoke; a plastic bag had been taped over the smoke alarm. The facility touts that it is a 100% smoke free facility. Nothing could be further from the truth. Some of the lamps did not work; the floor was dirty and need to be mopped, the carpet needed to be vacuumed, one of the electrical outlets had been so hot at one time that it was melted. Please read the reviews. I should have done so. Wyndham should pull its affiliation with the location.

I give this one star. Upon arrival at the hotel, it didn’t feel like a safe environment for my son and myself. There were people hanging outside all around the building. We were there for a school event but decided to make the 3 1/2 drive back home. I tried to cancel but was denied.

Book a room online with Expedia paid for it up front got to the motel and they wouldn't let me have my room because they want me to get my $100 cash deposit No one said nothing about that they said it was disclosed to me tried to reason with him to either reschedule at a later date or get my money back they said no way Expedia told me to give her the motel the motel told me to get with Expedia both are bag of lies a bunch of crooks health department fire marshals will be going over there to inspect the nasty place is what I heard! It will take your money but give you no service! Whatever you do do not stay a book a room at this super 8 motel by Wyndham on i-65 and Mobile Alabama!

I don’t recommend this hotel unless you are in a very very tight spot because it was horribly dirty and the sheets, towels, floors, and walls were not clean at all. Lady at the front desk was nice but we asked for clean sheets ourselves and they had no clean sheets. Doors were falling apart and did not lock correctly, ac units were leaking all in the hallway and there were no wet floor signs posted.

Shabby. No grab bars in "accessible " room. No vanity. Poorly lit. Doors are not secure. On the other hand, the staff were great and the bed was comfortable and the location is convenient.

Terrible customer support. I made a reservation for 3 days, but my plans changed so I never checked in. I understand I was going to be charged the first night, but Super 8 Mobile charged me all 3 nights. When I tried to claim I was send into a 10 minute hold by frontdesk twice "to hold on a second". First time I thought they forgot and called again, second time I lost patience after 10 mins of hold. I am disappointed and will go through my credit card company, leaving me with hassle. Not a professional service.

The room was clean and everything worked. The nighttime front desk worker - her name was Shay (or Shae?) - was incredibly nice and helpful. (The morning guy was not as on the ball.) For the price, you really can't beat it.

Hard to find, but it got worse. Fire detector was beeping, but office never sent anyone, we replaced battery. No toilet paper in room. One towel on rack. Door didn't lock. Claimed it was wheelchair accessible, but that meant i could get in the room. No safety bars in bathroom. Other than that, it was 5 star.

There was dirt on my bed. I asked the front desk for new sheets and I was told there were no more so I had to wipe it off. On top of that there was mold on the curtains and walls and bathroom. There is a cobweb in the corner and the floors are visible dirty. Even the ice box is cracked and visible dirty. I would not recommend staying here.

I had made ONE reservation, received a confirmation for the ONE reservation. Could not check in on app, when I called the hotel they said they put a $100 room damage deposit when you check in, so you can't check in on app (that should have been my red flag). When checking in (at almost 1am with a toddler in tow) the woman at the desk charged me $14 MORE than my reservation. I mentioned it but she either didn't hear me or dismissed it. I got charged BOTH fees. I waited for the pending charges to post before I did anything. Called several times to speak with the manager. When she finally was able to accept my call, she was not very friendly, she was rude and said I made TWO reservations and since I didn't cancel one, it charged me for a night. I explained that was not the case and she said no, you had two reservations. Then wanted to know WHICH hotel I stayed in... WHAT??? I don't know, there are not two separate entrances on the door for the TWO names on the building. Asked me if I had my receipt, it's in my car which is broke down and in a shop. She finally just said she'd refund me one of the charges then had the guy at the desk refund me. He confirmed the last 4 digits of the card I used then said it would be 2-4 days then back on my card. He did NOT refund me, He CHARGED me AGAIN... $2 less than the lower amount. I didn't even complain about the room- it was musky, the beds were DAMP, bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close all the way, I had made the reservation for 4 people, 2 ended up not coming but they only had towels enough for 2 people, the front door was still movable when locked. And I believe I left a dress I had just purchased there- did not mention ANY of that, just the charges and only getting grief.

It's a cheap motel and they charge $100 deposit. Breakfast is cereal and waffles. The staff was helpful. I wouldn't stay again unless in a pinch. Cable doesn't work well either.

The rooms were great however, the breakfast was subpar. (Continental) 1 kind of muffin, grits, waffle maker or cereal(frosted flakes). The juice had an awful taste out of the machine. Bad neighborhood cop sat in the parking lot all night. Kinda felt like I was in danger. The room was clean and renovated. The pool isn't working which shouldn't be advertised online if it isn't usable.

This is a motel. Very ghetto, would not recommend. Didn’t feel safe or clean staying here. The room I was in was gross. The bathroom wasn’t clean. I was literally trying to stay in okie spot while showering, so I wouldn’t get dirty. It’s an outdoor motel, not indoor like the pictures suggest. The customer service is nice, but who wants nice customer service, when the room is a dump. I couldn’t get a refund, because I booked through a 3rd party. One of the worst experiences ever. Again, I didn’t feel safe and or comfortable staying here. I would never stay here again. Would def spend the extra money to stay somewhere else.

Awesome motel and awesome staff. The only bad thing was that they were having an insurance convention so parking was a bit tricky, due to the large capacity of insurance adjusters there working on all of the hurricane damage from Florida, but that is to be expected with the over flow of people who were evacuated and adjusters for the people who had hurricane damage. I'm so glad I booked in advance though because by the time I got there they were completely booked. I have absolutely no complaints and could not have asked for better service or attentiveness from the staff. We will definitely be staying there again the next time we go to Mobile!

The staff are very nice and helpful. Shout out to Miss Annie who was very friendly and helped this “not a morning person” smile and enjoy the morning. The room was not the fanciest but clean and when I’m tired of being in a vehicle a clean room is what I’m looking for.

I hate leaving reviews but this place was seriously annoying. The lobby is decent. I like the color scheme. The rooms are okay I guess. They’re not as nice as the lobby. One of the lights in my room didn’t work, whatever. Okay well here are the real issues.. the check in time is absolutely ridiculous. 3pm?? THREE pm is the check in time. Why so late? And their early check in fee is $30. You would think the check in time is 11am maybe 12pm at the latest but it’s THREE pm which is ridiculous. Not only that but because of “COVID restrictions” we were NOT allowed to wait in the lobby. There’s only 3 people in my party. The lobby was, and I’m not kidding, empty. There was the receptionist and that’s about it. Other than that the lobby was empty. I understand COVID restrictions (in this moment of time most if not all COVID restrictions have lifted in almost every state) but this was just dumb. He (receptionist) wasn’t wearing a mask, wasn’t maintaining a 5ft distance and was talking to us around the plastic walls to help protect you from the spread. Yet I & my family (3) weren’t allowed to wait in a empty lobby. Receptionist did tell us we could sit on the benches outside….that were in the sun with no kind of cover above. It’s 90 outside right now and the air is literally super humid right now. If this is the way they treat guests just take your money and go next door to the other hotel. But wait! The receptionist did say we could just walk over to the food stores in the heat and sit in there. Greatttt, thanks for the info buddy. Save your time people it’s not worth it here. And if you do stay here, I’m sorry.

We went to Alabama for work last weekend and stayed here. Staff did not care! They were very rude! Burn holes in comforter on one of the beds, paint peeling off ceilings. Wifi sucks, false advertising with the pools the pictures on line is nothing like it looks. Pool was not even open. Two lights dont work in the room, not all plug ins worked. You can tell staff don't clean very well, bugs in the windows. Beds are not comfortable there very hard. We were in Room 177, you can tell the floors were not cleaned very well. Breakfast was not even worth eating.

If I could give this a 0 star, I would. Drove 9 hours, got our room, and it was horrible. First room had a dirty floor, an outlet missing, black stuff running down the walls behind the sink, spots on the ceiling that looked like blood, water coming out of a light switch, and that's just to name a few. Get switched to another room, it's better but there is no lock on the bathroom, toilet paper holder looks like it's gonna fall off the wall, and someone put so much toilet paper in the bathtub that it won't even drain the water that is in it. My mom asked for a plunger and fixed it herself!!! Was told we could have another room or a refund. Jfc.

I would NOT ever stay here again. Entire room was NOT very clean at all. Not outlet in bathroom and the toilet rocks when you sit down. Room was very dark and dingy. I think they were hiding the cleanliness. The door card key didn’t work. We had to make sure we had someone there to let us back in.

Best motel in this area for the price. Nice clean, smoke free rooms, soft and comfortable beds, and very family friendly. The pool is well maintained, with plenty of lounge chairs for guests. All of the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good for a motel. 10/10 experience.
