This planet fitness is great. Actually, it is one of my top faves, which is also now my home gym. they gladly welcomed me and my registered service dog named Thor The workout equipment is well maintained, great dependable hot showers nice bathroom and locker room. The workout guests and staff are great, and my dog Thor loves all the attention he gets. I will post videos of the machines I can max out on as soon as I get someone to record me working out like a disabled beast. This is truly a judgment free zone. There's no such thing as too weak or to strong. The desire for more and the will to try to achieve better health makes us all equally strong across the board.

I issue with the establishment itself. But with the account. I have the black card meme we ship so I should only be charged 24$ or so. So tell me WHY I FROZE my account and still being CHARGED. Not only am I just being charged but I got charged 64$?! I haven’t gone at all these past 2 months or less because I froze my account BECAUSE I needs a financial pause from it. I contacted the support to only be told to go straight to the gym to ask for a refund or any other issues I have because it’s individually owned? Then what’s the point for the support? I don’t recommend going if you don’t want to get scammed out of your money. A frozen account still charges you and the only help you’ll receive is having to go straight to the gym you specifically use on the daily. This is going to be the second time I go in about this exact same issue to no resolution.

Worst planet fitness I’ve been too. My other planet fitness location in Modesto is closed till July 1st so I decided to check this one out. I’ve been bringing my girlfriend every time I go at my home gym without them ever telling me anything. Right when I get into the gym at this location the chick behind the counter was instantly rude and not nice like every other planet fitness I’ve been to staff were . Supposedly my visitor needed her id and do a bunch and stuff which I never did at any other locations. My girlfriend doesn’t bring her id to the gym so we said screw it and left and went to the one in ceres and had no problem getting in

SUPER CROWDED at this time! Our Planet fitness is being refurbished, so we are going to this Planet for a bit...wayyy more crowded and hard to get on the machines I want. All in all, I still love my Planet fitness the best.

My complaint is with the 30 minute circuit. Staff do not monitor this section and members will stay on the machines and not switch like they are supposed to. I have complained to the manager before who is very nice and has told me that staff will remind members to switch, but I have never seen them do that. Either get rid of this section or do what you say you will do and remind members to switch.

I went from a competitor to Plant Fitness to save a little money. This place is nice but I do miss my old gym

The need to get more free weights, not just Smith machines. and it gets so packed even late at night with really young people, most of them just standing around. But it's clean and the staff is friendly.

This location has some of their equipment broken all the time. They have 3 cable machines and they’re missing all of their clips for attachments missing, well not all but they’re missing most of them so when 2 people are using a machine the other 2 you can’t use, also some machines have torn cushions. They have 2 hydro-massage beds, one has been down for 8+ months now. People have requested including myself for them to get more clips and they obviously just ignore us. I told one of the managers once and she said “ok thanks”. That was a month ago when there was 12 clips missing now there’s more missing.

Really nice planet fitness. Kept very clean. There's someone actually cleaning the entire time I was there. Equipment all relatively new. Not too busy in the morning as usual. The staff at the counter is super friendly and greets with a smile.

I would not waste your money or time at this gym. The people who run this place refuse to give refunds and want you to write a letter to corporate to get your money back. Still haven’t got my refund they made a $40.00 charged on my account when the gym was shutdown and got no answers just lies. Which resulted me canceling my membership. Ridiculous, the gym is very small and the guys locker room smells so bad. I will never come back, I will go find a better gym!!! The managers are liars and will take your money and leave you high and dry. This gym has been shut down for a whole month plus what type of circus is this.

I just recently joined the Briggsmore location was never informed it would be closed for a month. I have heard planet fitness is super strict on all there rules. So I called ahead and the receptionist said I could bring a bag with me just not to hang it on any equipment. Ok no problem went to the gym set my bag on the floor and was rudely asked to remove it. So I left haven't been back since.

The gym is decent and machines are typically pretty available. However there’s been some instances of old bottles left around for a week which is a little nasty. Clean your space before working out and you’ll be fine.
