Went in for a deep tissue massage for my sciatic. Confirmed with the receptionist at check in and with the massage therapist when I entered the room. 10 minutes into the massage, I felt like the issue was not being addressed. I spoke up and re addressed my problem area. She said I had a pinch in my neck and back that needed to be adresses. I let he continue. But 30 min into the massage, my concerns werestill not addressed. Also she was sitting on her stool using one hand 90% of the time I was in there. How do you apply enough pressure for a "deep tissue massage" when you are sitting lower than your client. I finally had enough and asked her to stop. I left very upset.

First time ever leaving a review for anyone or any establishment. I have to. This place, wow. Walked in early Monday morning, um, Presidemts ’ Day, no appointment, looking like a hillbilly with long shaggy hair, begging for a haircut , this after driving and calling, searching for anyone to cut my hair so I would look presentable for my daughter. I was welcomed in by beautiful Nicole and after asking if I had an appointment, which of course I didn’t, without hesitating told me to wait just a moment. She went straight to her mother beautiful but, don’t mess with her, Amber and toll her some nice guy on crutches was begging for a haircut. Oh yeah did I mention I was on crutches? Long story short, Amber gave me the absolute best haircut I’ve ever had in my life and made it by far the most pleasant haircut I’ve ever received by engaging in funny and interesting conversation. Seem like the whole thing took five minutes! And only 20 bucks! Really! The fragrance alone was too expensive for me I thought LOL. I was really pampered and was not expecting that! If the intent of a day spa is to make a man feel like a prince, tho he’s a frog, they’re the champions of the world! Amber and her daughter Nicole ARE THE BEST!!

I have been here a few times either for a body massage or a facial. Esmeralda is amazing doing massages . The first time I did a 90 minutes of Stone Therapy Masage and came back for a 90 minutes of Deep Tissue Massage. Esmeralda is good at what she does. This past weekend I had a European facial by Sonia . I would recommend Sonia for Facials and Esmeralda for massages.

The greeting was nice but it was by first time there so I didn't know what to expect. I was finely lead to a sitting area and offered my choice of drink. Sat for 45 min. Then I ask when would it start. Few minutes lead to a room to change. After facial sat again ,then lead to another room for massage. Only 1 lady introduced herself and explained what to expect. They were pleasant there. And the service was very nice just wish they communicate better.

I went for a massage and facial today. I called a couple of weeks in advance and wasn’t sure on which facial I wanted. The lady on the phone informed me that I would have a chance to review everything with the aesthetician when I arrived. I will never go back. The woman walked in on me changing out of my robe without knocking she just walks in. She didn’t ask me if I had any sensitivities, she didn’t ask what kind of facial I was interested in, or what goal I had in mind. She never went over any of the applications, what she was using or the purpose. She rushed through the whole thing. It literally felt like she was having a wrestling match with my face and hands. The complete opposite of relaxing and complete waste of money. I still don’t even know what facial I received.

As a man, I had a great experience. The facials was awesome and the aesthetician was very skilled and professional.

I love getting pedicures at Renee's Day Spa. Tish does a great job. The room is bright and open. Very clean, well kept facilities.

Highly recommend. I had a spa package today, and it was worth every dollar. From the moment I arrived until I left, I felt safe and respected. The massage therapist, Jamie, was attentive throughout the session, and she also properly draped/undraped, which helped me feel safe, secure, and respected. The esthetician, Raven, performed the Black Rose facial, which was an oasis of deep relaxation. The lunch was delicious. I left in the afternoon feeling deeply refreshed. I will be returning.

Brought my sister in law for a facial on her birthday and let me tell you the whole staff made us feel so welcome! The esthetician did a fantastic job and made the entire process relaxing and I also learned a thing or two about how to adjust my skin care routine! Thank you ladies!

I love this place. The atmosphere is amazing. Lusiana gives an amazing massage and Renee’s facial is great. I highly recommend this place for a great spa experience.
