Saw this place while finding a quick snack and I saw they offered milkshakes. My favorite part about this place were the exorbitant amount of flavors offered. Made the combination of white chocolate and raspberry and this thing was the bomb. Decently priced too.

We were craving some good drive-in food and decided to walk to Scenic Drive-In. I had the Giant Cheeseburger with a small side of fries. I also had a large Orange Cream Shake. Everything was so delicious and flavorful. My wife had The Knock-Out Fries and a large soda. This is my second time coming here and I have been happy on both occasions. This is one of the very few 1950’s Modesto Drive-Ins still in existence.

Stopped in here for a little snack, Knockout Fries for a K-0!! The menu sounded wonderful Place was clean, well kept up. They support veterans(another plus in my book)The food was piping hot, cooked just right, with plenty of toppings, and the service was fast and super friendly! Bravo, great job guys! Keep it up, cuz I'm coming back for another round! 🥊

The food was decent but definitely not what it used to be. They used to have a lot more flavor and their knockout burgers were a little bit better put together. Staff wasn't as friendly as they used to be I used to work at the hospital nearby there and would have lunch there a couple times a week. Wish they would bring back the old service and food

Legendary - always has been and always will be. The Knock Out Burger is the ultimate….this childhood nostalgia of all Modestians is a classic in old fashioned burger joints. It is always nice to put your order in at the counter with the nice counter staff. Then grab a seat in the clean wooden benches outside in the dinning area provided. You can watch the traffic or you can get to know your neighbors with some pleasant conversation while you wait for your food. Come enjoy a great burger and fries and….milkshake…yummie! Bring your family and your appetites. Enjoy some good old fashioned family time and food. There is free parking and also the outside dinning can be wheelchair accessible if needed.

The food was the perfect drive-in style, with homemade hamburger patty and a ll the homestyle fixings! The perfect milkshake too! Only drawback was there's only room for about 5-7 cars & it's right by a traffic heavy rood ...so be careful getting in and getting out!

The place is called The knockout. I ordered a knockout Burger and french fries and Mr Pib. I hadn't been there in over 25 years. I was very happy it was still there and the burger was as good as ever. Everybody should experience in at least one

Good diner style burger, simple and straight forward. The milkshakes are pretty good, I have a weak spot for coffee milkshakes. Parking is awful but has a nice spot to sit outside. Has a nostalgic feel to it.

I have been eating at this drivein since high school in the 60's. Their Knockout burger is the best 👌 in town. They also have the largest milkshakes around. The girls are always friendly.

Very good selection menu and the shakes are so thick, soooo good, you will need strong pucker power, and rich in many flavors 😋, you will not be disappointed 😀

Not at all satisfied with anything we ordered which was 3 burgers, regular fries and chili fries way too overpriced I could get 2 whopper’s for the price of 1 of they’re burgers I personally don’t feel like they do anything out of the norm which would make me want to return. Sorry guys this was my first and last time but good luck have a great day.

Carrie and Julian run this place like a clock. We always have a large crowd for our annual visit from New Orleans and the order is fresh, CORRECT, and absolutely YUMMY! We will always come back here to see their smiling faces. The Knockout is divine, corndogs are perfect, Deep fried burritos and the Zucchini sticks are hands down one of the best menu items! The shakes amd floats are delicious! Highly recommend stopping in...there is sure to be something on the menu that will make your mouth water!

Haven’t had a burger like that in a long time!! Juicy deliciousness! Only thing I didn’t like is they don’t sell combos, you have to buy everything separate.. customer service was great!

Burger was hot and fresh but the meat tasted cheap. Also took fries out of one order to add to the other order instead of frying enough fries.; response to owner I'll give it one more try because the place was clean maybe I was having an off day because the burger was fresh

Food was okay. I'm not sure about the tweaker at counter giving my wife attitude because the soda didn't taste right tho. Like look if it dont taste right or dont taste right dont argue fix it duh. Won't be back cause of the weird white service

Always some of the best burgers in town!! Used to live down the street and would walk over to grab lunch! Such cool people working there as well!

I had never been here. I had a burger with avocado bacon tomatoes...great burger not greasy cooked just right bun not hard does not fall apart, fries are really good not greasy you do have to put your own salt but who cares! Best shakes 😋 a lot of flavors. Employees are super nice outside tables are nice. Very clean! It got busy! Go try them!

It's been a few years and we were in the area, so we stopped by to get some lunch. The Knockout burger and onion rings were good as usual, but the meat kinda lacked a bit of flavor, other then that, it was a good lunch. Also, it still gets busy for a small local burger shop.
