    I have been using Quest Diagnostic services for many years, formerly at your McHenry and Florida Ave locations. Later on, I switched to your East Orangeburg it was closer to my work and gym. I have to say that yesterday was the worst experience by far in all that time. Let me be specific: I scheduled in advance, made sure I was there early and checked in, clicking on the "wait outside" option. I went to my car and waited. As soon as I got the text I returned to the location where I found no one at the desk, no one checking to see who had been waiting, and no one who was monitoring the patients. I did hear a fair amount of chatting, laughing and what sounded to me as socializing in the back of the facility. Occasionally patients would leave, with a lesser number being called back. I stood, and stood. Two of your staff came in to use the copies and other brief functions, neither looking out to see the growing number of people in the waiting room. I continued to stand. My appointment time came and went. I continued to stand (now in a room with several others- the very thing I have been avoiding for months - while others arrived. As a multiple risk factor individual, this concerned me more and more. I continued to stand and still no one was checking on me or asking who I was or anyone else, including a woman who, like me had checked in at or before her 1:45 appt time. She had to make a fuss to get someone to pay attention to her (she had also been there nearly 30 mins by this time). Finally, she was taken in and I had to get the attention of another staffer, as all seemed well trained to look away from patients when walking through from outside or calling a particular name. At the end of the day, your staff did a brilliant job of exposing myself and others through their inability to act in a manner consistent with your own procedure - I was to wait outside, which I did, come in when called, which I did, then your staff neglect caused me to be there for approximately 30 minutes with many other individuals. I assure you that should I become infected, as one who has sheltered in place faithfully since last March, you will be forefront on my contact tracing to the public health dept. The only bright spot in my experience was the person who finally took the draw but she seemed more concerned with getting me to delete the picture I took of the empty nurse's station (no faces or documents included) than anything else. She told me that they no longer staff that desk as apparently it was not safe. Not safe, and your staff left me standing there for 30 minutes? Incompetence and inability to communicate needs to be exposed and held accountable.

    Place is horrible. My wife went in for blood work. The woman doing the blood work was distracted, gossiping with a co-worker and not watching her work. My wife's needle had moved, so it wasn't drawing blood. My wife tried to tell her but the lady was rude saying it was probably my wifes fault, so what does the worker do proceed to try and put it back in the needle and dig around my wife's arm. 2 months later, my wife's arm still has bruising that doesn't seem to go away. It's honestly sad they the typical "I don't care about my job" workers. These places are just insurance scam places don't give af about patients, but they sure do charge for service. Absolute trash, there's also pictures to show the injuries, but I'll spare them the embarrassment if they even care. If it helps my wife was helped In the first room to the right, not sure if it's assigned rooms but that lady is useless.

    I understand that the local office does not handle billing, but your corporate office does not accept google reviews. So I'm posting my review here, so people know the kind of backhanded behavior this organization operates. My son had a blood draw back in December 2021. Nearly six months later, we received a bill for over $400 with incorrect insurance information on it. We called the billing department, were instructed and complied with giving the correct insurance information, and they told us to ignore any further notices. The notices from Quest and our attempts to resolve their mistake were repeated twice over three months. Then, we were notified that our account would be sent to a collections agency. At that point, I turned things over to our attorney, who sent a letter to Quest. However, we have now officially received notice from a collections agency that we are still outstanding and facing further action by their team. The service within the office might be okay, but the corporate structure is completely broken. Our attorney will continue the fight for us, and we will be sure to avoid Quest Diagnostics at all costs moving forward.

    I accidentally made an appointment at this location instead of the one off Florida, drove 13 minutes to get to this location only for the clock to hit 1 minute past the 10 minute mark. The woman who helped me was extremely cold and uncaring and said I had to check in a walk in after a bunch of other people just came in the building. I did say, “fuck my life,” under my breathe and then was lectured about what language I could use in their building. I think someone should lecture her on some basic compassion.

    Very impolite people working there on weekends. I showed up Saturday morning and the girl was very rude saying that they only work with appointments and were only 3 person working there. When you call the recording says “appointments are encourage but not required”. I asked if I can stay and wait for an available spot in case if someone doesn’t show up. She said we can’t do that and the she ignored me. Very rude!! Girl looks like Hispanic.

    Had blood work 9/14, I have the app, it keeps saying results are pending. Results were given to my doctor, but I track my numbers also. Tried calling lab direct today, but voice tree only-no live person to ask where my results are as of 9/26 (today)

    I’ve never had a bad experience but the last two times I’ve came here the lady in the first room always hurts me. I’m not sensitive when it comes to getting my blood drawn but she literally can never seem to find my veins and she always has to go digging in my arm and I’ve never had someone have so much trouble. Today I did a 3 hour glucose test and she hurt me all 4 times she drew blood. Absolutely insane. Everyone else ive had at this office is usually good but her.

    Unorganized and rude. Go to a different location if at all possible. And regardless of what your Dr says, YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT. Even though they dont follow appointment times or the arrival times.

    I made an appt for lab work on line. I checked in at kiosk, turned in my paper work and ins card then had a seat. At my appt time i was called back for test. I was out in 15 mins. The girls were fast, efficient and very kind and respectful.

    Best experience. Self-serve kiosk for check in was wonderful. Display's tell you how long a wait you have. I was in and out in 15 min. Best phlibotomist is Natasha. I had a several tests that were requested but she was wonderful. I felt nothing and was able to go back to work with no weakness or weird feelings when I type, which never happens for me. I will definitely be back and this will be my new lab location for all future requests.

    Says that they are open 7am on mondays been waiting outside for someone to open the doors and it has been 15mins this place is clearly unorganized. What a waste of my time.

    Had a great experience with my son when going to get his blood work done, my son was really nervous about the needles (just like me) but Ashley helped with that, she was very kind and very professional. Super fast too, we were there for just a few minutes. Great place

    The person that drew me was very unprofessional when I told her it hurts.she said I need you telling me how to do my job. I'm not telling her how to do her. But hurt all the way up the arm. She didn't care about how it hurt.
