Betty we really really loved your service, was so amazing

The waiter "Marinkie" served us wonderfully and made sure we got everything we wanted and need. I will highly recommend this wimpy as a perfect place to get something to eat and drink with family or friends.

Waited for long for my food. The waitress who was serving us since she gave us food didn't come to check if we're enjoying food. Asked for the bill when she cleared the table, she didn't come back she was busy sitting and chatting with some customers who seemed to be her friends or relatives. Went to the till asked to pay the other waitress said the person who served you will assist you until one lady came and assisted, the network was slow as well waited long before the payment could come through. Gave 10% tip as always but the service wasn't good at all.

The space is squashed, moving or passing was difficult the service was slow, overall the wait was worth it as the food was tasty and presented well.

Love their customer services, great breakfast and I just like the environment its peaceful

This is a place for those who want peace, tranquility and an exciting environment at just a few km's outside Polokwane. It's not so big but deserving a three star rating. This has become my home away from home. Thanks.

The 2 stars should actually be 1 star becauses their customer service is terrible. When i got to the door, the people behind the counter disregarded me, when i finally took a seat i had to wait 20 minutes to get the waiter to take my order. I waited even longer after i asked for the bill (turns out there was something wrong with their system and they didnt bother to let me know. I eventually went to pay at the counter and still, absolute rudeness. The food was good, as always. But they need to improve customer service really.

Other than waiting time for meal preparation (there were 7 of us which is to be expected), the restaurant is good. I forgot to take the name of the lady who served us - she got our meals correctly written down and served with verve. Pity we couldn't order beyond breakfast but the meal served a purpose

This is a small restaurant, but it does not feel cramped. The service was friendly and fast. The food was to any Wimpy standard - delicious. Will visit again when passing through Mokopane.

I enjoyed my meal. The waiter was kind and gave a good customer service! Really had a refreshing time.

The food I ordered was not to my expectation. The wings were off and looked boiled and not grilled. It could not be a mistake on one plate even my partner's order was the same. Very disappointed I couldn't even ask for a refund or another order.

Food is good. The service needs some work. The atmosphere feels isolated and empty. This is due to location in mall.

I went to Wimpy Mokopane in this week. The service was excellent and fast. The food was very good. Everyone was very friendly. I would 100% recommend this Wimpy. The owner Johan also came to great us.

Wimpy Mokopane.The service and food never changes.I was there more than 7 years ago and came back for my kids cause there is a promotion of jungle mugs.Guess what.They don have stock and will patronise you by saying the promo has been going on for a while The food is as greasy as it comes.The sandwich I ordered for my son was sooo hard he couldnt eat it.At least my daughter enjoyed her ribs.Why do they have to lie?
