Don't waste your money. It's very costly and not worth it. One of the worst places you can go shop. The only reason I have given 1 star is because there is no zero star. There always no one except billing. No help offered. No questions answered. The cloth quality is bad and designs are very less which is so unsatisfied . There are no offers, discounts or other gifts also.. Will Never go to this place again.

Great quality of clothes for women, men N kids...Lovely collections....Indian touch with western design...Bought myself three dresses...One of my favorite store...But, the staffs could be a bit more helpful...They don't check to see if u need help while in the change room, so u have to walk out yourself to find other sizes...

Westside is known for its good collection. However,the service here that too being in a mall is just so terrible. There is no one to help you around and even if they see you they act like they don't care. I saw the store people taking selfies in their duty time. Billing was even worse. The entire counter was empty and we had to wait for the staff. Service definitely needs improvement. The 1star rating is just for the service.

Collections are good but billing itself takes 20 min and still they won't enable all the billing counters. May be this is the strategy they follow to make people think that westside is sooo popular and always crowded.

Parking is managed poorly. The ppl incharge are taking a lot of time to even Svan the parking ticket. Except for this issue it's a nice place to hangout with

Neat and clean with plenty of place to sit and enjoy. Most of brand shops available for shopping.... Food court offers variety of choices at reasonable cost. Not the best place for digital shopping.... Limited range. Good place to hangout with family and friends. Directions at places makes cruising easier... transportation service is not available near by so prefer private transport to access this mall ...VR mall was built in art way culture it looks so neat and warm..loving the atmosphere and presents look can enjoy with friends and family .. but if you want to try food means like all other malls the food rate is high only ..but still people can come One of the largest mall that I have visited so far, it has all the national and international brands showroom of clothing and other accessories. It has fun zone for kids , also had food zone at top floor, also movie hall with many screens. Overall the experience was good but the parking charges are too High here which should be less as per hour 30 rs and for first hour it's 45, in such a big mall you can't even take a single round in one hour, so 45 ticket should be at least of 2 to 3 hours

There was only on girl at the billing counter and was taking a long time. She had bill, convince customers for membership and pack the clothes as well. We were all waiting and even told her to get an additional person. I wouldn’t go back there purely on the useless and time consuming billing could Tera.

Excellent shopping experience. Best buys when their sale is on.bit costly but vast and beautiful collections. The 1 star is for keeping your glass ware so crowded at the edge of the display tables (easily damaged)and for not having an express counter during the sale period.

We bought good clothes but they have little collection.

Billing is too slow. Taking almost 10 mins for 1 customer. Understand some cases the customer takes time but here scanning is very slow. Also if you are expecting to have customers fill a form for membership and many are taking it then should have a separate counter so that others can continue instead of waiting until forms are filled. I got a t-shirt waiting in line for almost 15 mins when the line was just 3 people and got fed up and didn't buy it.

They have good collections, which are not available in other Westside stores. If you like Westside collections, i recommend the store in VR Mall.

I felt the arrangement to be a bit unmethodical. Other than that, the collections were just as expected.

The 5 stars goes to the staff Neela. When I went there, I could not get any assistance and hard to find the staffs. So I was looking for some shirts on my own. After a while, luckily this staff approached and asked whether I need an assistance. Then I asked my doubts, she nicely explained about the difference between the clothes and fit types on their brand. It made my work easy. When I explained my requirement, she understood and helped by collecting the available designs, fit on that. If I didn't get this assistance I would have left the place without buying anything. My suggestion to the Westside is to have a place to keep the bags. Have enough attenders or ask them to assist people when someone enters. I visited on a week day and odd time, though I find it is hard to get assistance. Otherwise the quality and price is great. Thank you Ms.Neela for your kindness. All the best, keep up the good work.
