After finishing my purchase i just happened to stop by at the McDonald's. After placing order in the counter they will serve it to our table itself by token numberwise. I ordered 2 Friendship Sharers where we get Mc spicy fried chicken 5pcs🍗 and 2 small Cokes as well as chick McNuggets and peri-peri🍟fries. Maharaj burger is a must try one. Toppings on to all this they've new series of caffeinated drinks in here. I'm lovin it😌. Evening hours will mostly be crowded and have to wait for seats. Littlebit felt congested coz of crowd and sofa cushion is not that much comfortable , not providing extra plates and only having handwash rooms with dryer. If you think not to waste food Take away pack also available if you wish to take your leftover foods.

I heard MCd in vr mall is better than Velachery.... So i went there with friends... Since it was almost past lunch hr and weekend we couldn't find seats... Then we wandered few hr and came back to dine in. I was overwhelmed with their topping love... I couldn't believe, it was that much.... In my previous mcD (phoenix mall)review you may find me disappointed. But not this time.... I was literally like this 🤤🤤😲😲. Drinks also good here. So if yu want mcd come here and have fun. Love it 😍

The service and atmosphere is very cool. It is located within a VR Mall. To be a special first shop in the mall. They have a kiosk machine to order the food and your food will arrive at your table. I ordered their McSpicy chicken - taste wise it is awesome but I personally feel it is too hot. Overall a very good experience.

McD's outlet at VR Mall is one of the best managed outlets I have been to. The staff is helpful and serves you right up on the table. The service is fast and place is kept clean.

I ordered food in Zomato at 11.29pm Order received at 12.8am The burger and fries are not in right temperature the food is in cold conditions i uploaded pics in Zomato customer care service and got refund for the food. to restaurant manager don't accept orders in closing time or else please deliver with correct standard operation process the fault responsible person is McDonald's anna nagar West Chennai we are paying for good food not for the bad one

This outlet is open order till 10:45 PM which it good. Best part about this outlet is they serve in a typical way on your table after the order is placed on the counter which i find this particular branch is standing out compared to the other. Food is fine doing the justice to the brand. As McD are not available nearby mostly online food ordering platform is crowded and as it is placed just near the entrance of VR mall. This particular spot grabs lot of Patrons

Not a fan of fast food...but had my grandkids down from abroad and they liked their fries and nuggets...as most 1 and 3 year olds would do.They also enjoyed the little garden sit out just outside the restaurant.

Mc inside VR Mall is always almost crowded. So it puts lots of stress and challenge on quality of food and service. It is very tough to get a seat.

The chicken pieces available are very spicy only. Kids can't eat it..

Fast service, was not crowded for a Saturday evening pleasantly surprised. Did enjoy their Burgers and cold coffee. There is also space to sit outside as well

Been here twice in two separate years— if you ask me, the McSpicy is the best thing that any McDonald’s in the world has to offer. Followed by a close second with the peri peri fries. That being said, in our second trip, the food seemed to be significantly less fresh, and the masala fries lacked zing. Maybe it will be better next time! Also tried the spicy chicken wings (nice crunch!) and regular nuggets (rather bland, probably because it has fewer artificial ingredients than the US). McDonald’s Coke is a sweet addition anywhere in the world! Note that there’s a strong chemical smell coming from the hand wash area that may affect the experience of more sensitive eaters.

One of the worst experiences I've had at a McDonald's in my entire life. Got myself a "Happy Meal" where the burger had only mayonnaise, a patty loaded with unhealthy undercooked potato and 12 exact pieces of lettuce. I was also told that I can switch my drink with the meal which was a lie told to me at the billing counter as I was billed for my smoothie separately. I am not sure why the staff felt like serving perfectly cooked corn from the expensive machine was enough as there was literally no salt or seasoning for the corn to taste good/healthy. I am not sure if the McDonalds India believes children don't have taste buds or nutritional needs or if they think they can just get away with really sub-par quality food. Never coming back here and if I do, I hope I can talk to the manager but what good would that do? :))))))

Awesome experience. The food is good as always no doubt about that. The service is usually good. But if you go in peak hours it's kinda hard to get your orders on time, it's understandable. Always use the MCDONALD'S APP for buying literally anything .... Let me give you a comparison. If you buy two hot chocolates without the app it is Rs. 550. With the app it is Rs. 169. That's how much you can save.

One of the worst shop in McD. If you are expecting very minimum satisfaction of getting order with hot conditions as well as if you want to eat the right food of what you ordered exactly, then it's not at all good shop of McD. Kindly avoid to go this shop. Just see the photo of the lime liner. Instead of giving what we ordered, they ordered their own and given that ice tea to us and they told us they don't have lime liner juice. It's very worst and very bad experience as third time with McD and first time with this shop at VR mall.

We have order burgers and choose dine in but disappointed due to burgers not have enough heat. Noisy space and need to change the atmosphere. My friend got disappointed more he order juice lime chilled but got different juices because order not available. Even though they didn’t ask us and provided different worsted juice.

McDonald's really updated their game and their food tastes better than ever. The service is on point and the food quality has improved so much. The VR mall outlet gives one a total cafe experience. I'm Lovin It!!!

Stopped in for coffee. I think this is a way better choice compared to Coffee day and pretty economical compared to Starbucks

McDonald's is every one favourite for some reason. Different types of burger combos make an amazing combination to eat and feel the taste. This is located at the ground floor of the VR mall at the main entry gate. The atmosphere is amazing and the lighting is also.

It is a typical McDonalds outlet, located very conveniently and cleverly at the entrance of VR Mall. It's one of the first things kids will notice when we enter the mall. Staff is good. There is a self service kiosk outside the door, it is convenient but that software could be designed a little better I feel.

A good place to hangout or to have meal with your friends filled with VIT Student crowd making it a happening place.
