This outlet has the great merchandise spread across floors which give a good ambience to shop in. They let you in with the bags which i could find their customer relationship to next level. Neat display of products , sufficient multi branded apperals options to choose from as well as sufficient trail rooms and billing counters. Well maintained ambience and i would say that they are bit expensive but i swear it worth the price. Lifestyle had became my one and only shop for my wardrobe collections ❤️ I'm very satisfied with everything which i bought from here. Don't miss the latest trends and collection for both men & women.🚶Staff also treat you in friendly manner so just try this place.🙂

This is a wonderful place to shop at VR mall chennai. Here the staffs are very friendly, there are so many trial rooms. It is spread across three floors. They do have self checkout counter and the normal checkout counter. This is a nice place if you want to buy watch, handbag, traditional dresses, casual dresses, formal dresses or makeup.

The costumes are cool here love to shop and collections change every 2weeks once

I recently shopped in lifestyle VR Mall and no proper customer service. You cannot find store manager or supervisor around. We waited almost 20 mins to bill some 2 products and the person who stood in billing was so lethargic, when asked for his assistance, he asked me to wait as he cannot do anything.

Fantastic collection, large Verity's, good interior, friendly staff's, session offers also good. Totally very good store.

Too much of pricing just because people are used to the place. No festive offers and this shop acts like a corporate world. We had purchased more than 10 cloths and still the staff were least bothered about altering our attires. We had given the jeans purchased for alteration and they asked us to come back after 2 hrs just to return it back as it is. Pathetic service and ignorance at its peak. To hell with lifestyle....

I have been shopping in lifestyle store since 2013,lifestyle is my favourite store to visit. I used to visit Vadapalani, Velachery even Royapettah for lifestyle then it came near to my location vr mall, they have so many brands... So many collections too. Which ever store I go I could see a very clean and neatly arranged clothing and pleasant welcoming gesture sales person at every brand, more than that the pricing is very reasonable and mostly lifestyle gives offers and vouchers which is a plus point. Previously they had a ten to fifteen brands at the store now they are with twenty five plus brands available in each floor including men and female sections and kids too, which gives a vast collection and idea to shop. Billing happens very quick and hassle free shopping at lifestyle with all our favourite brands and collections. Do wear a mask and do shopping be safe.

I got a bad experience from there.one of them canvanced me to buy a lipstick from revlon cabin,and they showed me a nice shade which was the exact shade what Iam looking for. And they asked me to pay the bill, but they cheated me with a different shade..and I asked the lady before returning is this that shade,but she told me yes,new shades are coming like this.. what profit are you gaining by cheating customers,.if the shade is not there..she need to tell me….exact from REVLON shop.

Salesman is good and we purchased in your lifestyle in the counter they are asking bag charges each Rs7 I buy eight shirt arrow I have to give to my relations how can? This is the way to the customer and parking charges that day Rs150/- two times I come to your lifestyle two days Rs300/- we spend money we purchased bill copy show in the parking charges nill when iam not any purchase then you can charge for parking aand I show bill copy and take a snap and give benefit to the customer and I will carry one bag its weight is heavy .please do in your correction and needful tothe customer and happy customer and too

Staff not co-operative especially gent's section, trial rooms not neat and security persons out there don't know how to behave properly, those persons should be trained properly to interact decently with the customers.

The shop has good collections and high sense of fashion! Staffs are helpful especially one named Indumathi was very kind and amazing!!! Keep up the good work

Lifestyle VR mall is Very good place to shop for clothes, but very unprofessional and rude behaviour by the cashier Mr Lokeshwaran. Being a regular customer in lifestyle for years, unprofessional behaviour from staff members like this makes anyone loose interest in further shopping at particular outlets.

Lifestyle has very good collection and premium quality dresses, but with all the goodies the price ain't cheap. The shop is very clean and well maintained. The staffs are vaccinated and sanitised. Staffs are too much helpfull as if some brainstorming. Variety of collections for womens and kids. Mens as usually silly shirt and phants. Girls collections are like ocean. 🚫Warning: Never bring your girlfriend for shopping because your time and money 💸 flys away. Have great shopping 🛍️✌️

The Sales Assistant at MyGlamm section of VR Mall lifestyle, Chennai was very rude and refused to let me try the products if I’m not going to buy them for sure. It sounded like a threat and felt really unsafe. She did not even open the product and let me see it, let alone swatch it. How will I know if I want to buy them if I can’t see or try them? I did not know you’ve to purchase for sure if you entered the store 🤷🏻‍♀️. They have horrible attitude. There are better stores with better options and customer service out there.

Poor customer service. They are not genuine, Not accepting gpay but accepting only cash , finally after we walkout they say gpay works sometimes and requests go buy. Not looking genuine, so not sure of the quality and authenticity like other lifestyle shops!

Shopping at Lifestyle store- VR mall was a very good experience. The girls at the Lakme counter were very friendly and helpful. Ms. Jeeva was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us choose the right products. Very happy with our shopping experience!!

Last weekend I went for shopping in lifestyle and when I approach the billing counter they asked me whether I am ok to donate for charity.. I said no and then when I checked the bill they charged one paise.. I enquired the person in billing counter they said it’s a target to them and they have been pressurised with target so they charged 1 paise instead 1 rs… this looks very small penny not a burden but if u think they charge without our consent to each customer then this will be a big amount collection per day to them.. how do we know what kind of charity they do and why they are keen in that..instead why can’t the lifestyle do charity instead asking us? Why now everywhere it has been asked.. people want to do charity they have many ways and this one is completely looting the public money indirectly!! Be safe and aware..pls do go through your bill, this won’t take few seconds…Thanks!

Lifestyle Store VR Chennai - Pathetic Customer Service. Gave trousers for length alteration but that wasn’t done and delivered in same condition without altering. Such a poor service. Even billing counter folks are too unprofessional and seems they don’t want to work in that place. They never attend customer properly.

It was an amazing shopping experience to buy Samsonite trolley and backpack with some t-shirts. Rajee and Rajesh was so good helping me decide the right product. Thanks 👍

Suits & other Cloth qualities were awesome.. Customer service in the clothes section of Men's suit was good.. But while going for alteration of my nephew's suit with the tailor ladies, they weren't responding properly.. They were using phone n talking together while enquired on alteration time and failed to answer properly when checking about quick alteration for a day gap's event.. They asked to come after 2days and told they were on shift/half day by next day and can't stitch in day.. I had to request again n again about next day delivery atleast by first half.. Since we had to travel far for d event by next day noon.. But the tailor Lady, Ms. Devi was very rude & said we can't commit before 4pm.. While asking on stitching time, she told it might take 1.30hr and while I was enquiring, actual time was around 7.00 to 7.15pm.. For almost 10-15 minutes I had to request about trying in first half as anyways she wasn't working at that minute or may be they could try by next day morning.. But both ladies didn't respond well n I had to speak with the manager... When he entered, they pretended to work and said same story but gave timeline of alteration work as 3hrs which was 1.30hr while I spoke earlier.. Almost for an hour the manager had to enquire again with them n get the truth.. Such a bad experience with such unprofessional ones who took away 1hr of time, as we were already there for a quick shopping.. Ms. Devi & other lady (whose name I do not remember) were quiet rude and unprofessional with the personal works, inside work place.. Hope Lifestyle store doesn't encourage these kind of treatment to customers in future! So I'm giving 3stars for not monitoring such unprofessional ones! One other disadvantage was that not much seating arrangements were there for people who accompany along to shop. Please improve!

Lifestyle has variety of collections but the price is not cheap though.But would recommend it as I'm very satisfied with everything which i bought from here and for the service too.

I went to purchase sunglasses. Shopkeepers didn’t tell that they have only show piece for selling. I specifically asked whether new glass available or not. They will sent you to billing while packing. I brought the branded glass with some scratches. Very bad service. They showing the glass the glass by pressing the lens to show that it is unbreakable. That unit self will create scratches. People don’t want to buy 3000-6000 glasses with scratches or like used condition. I went back to store for new one. They told they don’t have new one in any glass. Felt really bad for buying dusty , scratchy sunglasses worth 3k . I wont recommend this for buying sunglasses.

Service at the billing counter is the worst I’d say. No one doesn’t know anything, if we ask for the store manager they don’t come to us and they act busy because they don’t work for customers.At least 45-1hr we have to wait at the counter because there’ll be only 2 persons billing for 100 people standing in queue, and no one is ready to take up the responsibility. All these fiasco happens only at VR mall.

Lifestyle VR Mall is one of my favourite shop, recently I bought some clothes for my wife, it's Really Superb. Ms. Anushya was very humble and kind enough to accept our requests. She gave us wonderful outfits within a short span of time. Please visit, you would definitely have a satisfying experience 😊

Collections & Customer Service top notch. Ladies Changing rooms are literally reeking with sweat smell, floors are pretty nasty to step in and clothes are not steamed and cleaned after.

Worst experience..I bought a fossil watch for 11k and it stopped working the same day..when I visited the store for resolution they asked me to go to fossil showroom...they are not responsible...only for selling they are nice to people ...But in case of any issues with their products they were irresponsible..Finally from Annanagar I visited Royapet EA fossil showroom for changing battery of newly purchased watch...Lifestyle should take some responsible steps for the products they are selling instead of re-routing the customer...really worst experience.
