Ikea Morocco is working hard to ruin Ikea’s brand name for customers. The quality of service has plummeted to scandalous levels. Management seems oblivious to consistent repetitive complaint reports and doesn’t bother meeting or contacting customers. What a shame, the effect of losing loyal customers quickly compounds to costly levels.

Terrible experience I have made an order and delivery was booked in 3weeks then drivers didn’t show up many time even though they called to confirm the day before. There is no customer service available over the phone or via WhatsApp they don’t respond at all. And when you get there to complain there is no manager to talk to. Absolutely madness I’ve never seen this before🤮🤮 I’ve ordered from Ikea France and UK and never had any issue.. awful 🤮🤮🤮

Hey, I didn’t receive my order on the agreed date. At first I called and they told me that we will solve the problem and call you afterwards , I could not contact them by phone to inquire. There is no response😕

I choosed about 10 to 15 items on line 12 hours before my visit to the store, t find that 90% of the items I was planning to buy were unavailable. I asked why, 😂😂😂 the guy told me that they were out of stock. I said: you run out of 90% of stuff I needed in 12 hours. He looked at me in all confidence and said YES. SO DISAPPOINTED OF THE ATTITUDE OF MOST THE STAFF.

Ikea, the place where you can find the furniture you didn't know you wanted. Be careful, you will buy a lot of things and somethings you really do not need or want but you will think you want or need. My advice: make your shopping list? ask yourself : Do I need it or Do I want it ? if you want it, will it be useful. Anyway. Enjoy the shopping

We have visited IKEAS in several countries and this one was not up to standard. Parking lot was very dirty, floors were coming apart and the restaurant was not very good. Food quality poor, several coffee machines broken and nobody emptying the tray racks. The IKEA store area was nice enough.

Very bad service in Morocco. Delivery was supposed to be on september 4th. Till now no news and notice. Calling and sending emails for 5 days and no answer. First experience with Ikea morocco. Such a shameful thing, not what we are used to from Ikea internationaly.

They do not respect the delivery time of the orders, they are not serious, and when you call them to give you a deadline for delivering the order, they say every time that they cannot contact the delivery service. Shame on IKEA Morocco

Well, when we say Ikea, that's suppose to mean everything is taken care of...but here on the famous balcony, there no shelter off the sun...the customers want to drink and eat on the balcony but still the sun burns everyone here....you should think about it Ikea.

The only Ikea out there with a lot to say The fournitures : a different choices for different room you can find anything you look for but sometimes the prices aren't worth it so you end up paying more Shopping online : a lot of problems with the delivery service and deadlines do be careful Food : didn't try much just the hotdogs very tasty specially the vegetable ones but the rest look delicious and the prices not expensive at all

Does IKEA needs an introduction, it's a no Brainer. Excellent space for shopping home furniture and small accessories. But I'm here to review the cantina. Loved the fact that the brand still serves Swedish food and pastries. - Coffee and sodas are very cheap. 15 dh and 5 dh - food is insanely affordable and tasty. You can choose from a variety of types (Moroccan, Swedish Italian), they even serve vegan meatballs I recommand : Salmon with purée and gravy Poulet caramélisé with rice Red chicken meat with fries Salade fruit Raib vanille As for the store, plenty of space for parking The cantina has an indoor and outdoor tables The entrance is directly from the highway, the exit too. Very accessible, don't get caught in the crazy casablanca traffic.

IKEA incompetent team, several complaints have been made. Despite all the complaints made, 4 times that IKEA are delivering an item with the same production issues, But the most serious !!!!, You call me to let me know that your delivery team will be there, I travel 300 km to be on time !!!!! but no one is coming. and it's not the first time !!!!

The only thing IKEA about this is the website, there is arguably no costumer support and orders can take up to a month or not arrive at all. If you're not up to wait ages for your orders to arrive, don't bother order from here.

Purchased so much from the online store and paid for their full delivery service only to be delivered a month later and two items were missing. I asked for a solution in July, it is September now and I still dont have my money back!!

Had appointment today to install the kitchen, no one shows up or call, i had to Call them my self as they reply me can't fix it today as we are so busy..!! very bad experience with installation service. ISO000365283

I have visited Ikea in Dubai and Saudi Arabia and I miss the their service quality. Unfortunately the Moroccan staff is not living up to the expectations. last time, I have asked for help from one staff, she asked me to wait as she was busy with another client, I sat there waiting, she left her desk without saying anything and disappeared. I found her behavior very disrespectful Also the staff refuse to help carrying heavy products and some cashiers are rude.

Great selection of furniture and household items. Worth the trip if you’re from Rabat looking to furnish your house/apartment and they can deliver and install items in 3 days for a small additional fee. Also the food court had lots of options to chose from after a long day of shopping.

Good shopping place. The restaurant was heavily populated. Good thing is the free to use microwave for the food you bring with you.

Beautiful place, the prices can be a little high, but compared to the quality of the goods, everything is fine. Workers are always ready to help in case of need.

An excellent outlet. All under one roof. Great staff.

Absolutely ridiculous, bordeline comical service. Ordered online to pick up my stuff on the store, being called twice to confirm my order then being called again to tell me my order is delayed and I should expect a call when it's ready. Finally being called by the end of the week 3 telling " You still want your order ? you are so late to pick it up..." -" Uhuh ? okey, can I pick it up on Monday ?" -" Sure no problem". Went to pick up my order only to find out it was cancelled and was not in the store.

The website is lying about picking your delivery arrival time, that's illegal. Just canceled my order, terrible service, no value for customer value, no respect for deadlines, they they will just take your money and let you chase them until you get your stuff.

The cheapest customer service I've ever seen. I spent 3 days calling them, emailing them, contacting them on whatsapp, and yet nothing. I paid for a mattress, I got the bed frame and not yet the mattress I paod for, though I had to receive it yesterday. They don't care about the Moroccan customer, this franchise is horrible. I don't like this cheap service, and this will be the last time I use their services. Plus there no read discounts, you call 5dhs a discount. I mean it is so funny, instead 1999, you pay 1994 dhs... Ohhh really! We are not some cowards here. And why issue me a family card online if I can't use it on an online purchases. Very cheap service, I won't recomand this company to anyone, I really regret using your app and buying products from you.

Same IKEA products, wide choice although useful specifics are out of stock.. Cafeterias used to be comfy and service was good in the past. It's no longer the case.. Thank god there is a McDonald's nearby..

Big store and large choice of items and equipment. I wish more Ikea will open on other Moroccan cities like Rabat

Big shopping store like all the big Ikea s in other places, but i guess the prices are a bit higher than other places...

Great shop just takes a while to walk through all departments. love looking at the brilliant ideas they have it’s a full of inspiration. I also try to order online from the website and all passed good also sometimes cheap and a good quality. Definitely recommend going there. very easy to get to and lots of parking.
