This place is great. The staff and manager are very welcoming and well mannered. They were nice enough to take my order on new year's day even though they were fully booked. We love the pizza and burgers. Great variety of veg meals as well. They are also open till late

As the name says it all. Very good welcoming staff. Always at your disposal. Place is clean. Kids corner good. Good for corporate get together or birthday also. Both dine in and take aways. The pizza are one of the BEST. Must try the rogan rosh! Good meat proportion. Crust from the wood fired style is amazing. Even the cheapest burger are tasty well balanced. The fries also were good freshly made! Price also good

Dropped-in and the welcome was weird/unenthusiastic. You'll get a 20% discount off the whole menu for having a car wash at Engen Bagatelle - it's worth a visit then. I just had a tenderloin steak roll which was decently priced but a bit overcooked. Filled my belly, so it's fair enough. 3-star food rating is for this item only.

Noce cozy place. Quick service. Pizza was delicious but butter chicken tastes more like tandoori chicken. The knife are not adapted to cut the pizza. Much better one needed.

Sir/madam good evening, i usually come there with my family very often and mostly on the weekend. And when we come there , there's always a staff member who takes really good care of us. I'm not sure about her name, pretty sure it's Lili. I wish she was there today if she wasn't off ,I won't have to complain about this situation. She always makes us feel at ease.Always checking if we are comfortable and if we need anything. But today the waiters were a mess. I got very bad service. I am so disappointed, the staff were not welcoming at all. The staff has a very bad attitude toward their customers. They are supposed to be smiling while working but it was a deadly atmosphere.The floor was dirty, pieces of chicken were under the table. Now about the food,the fries were overcooked and the color was brown. The burger was cold also. The food is really not like before. This week there was a day when my friend and i came for a little coffee by the drive thru, they gave us the coffee in a cup of coke. The waiters were really slow, I think you need to give them a red bull before starting to work, they seem dead to me. This place badly needs a good improvement. Thank you

The food was excellent and so was the service. It’s a very cosy place to spend time with friends Also if you are going there with your kids,there is even a space for kids to play.. Friendly staff and the prices are also reasonable.

We had a decent Lasagna but the fried chicken was aweful. No seasoning, no taste and dry. The place us quite decent we had some previous good experiences before but this time we had to call the waitress numerous time before she gives any sign. I think that they should train their staff so that they are present when customers are waiting to order and not disappearing more long time

Been there several times. The restaurant opens till 2am. Burgers are good and the price is affordable too. There's a kid zone too which makes it great for a family time.

Very disappointed lately. Portion sizes have been drastically reduced, with no change in price. You wouldn't notice if you weren't a regular customer. I once loved the Dagwood burger for its generous amount of protein and salad. It has now shrunk to half its original size. And I had to wait twice as long for that. Shameful.

It was just not worth it. Firstly bad service I had to wait so much time to get even a menu and I had to call the waitress again and again as she didnt gave me all the orders. Poor service need to train your staff well. Food as well the dough was dry for the pizza and magerita pizza was not well cooked. As from the atmosphere is cozy and nice but food need to ameliorate as well as staff. You cannot just ignore a customer and dont have politeness and also need to bake well dont just give it half baked.

Buy and requested to dine in, but got take away instead though they didnt propose any option. We requested for plates, they refused to serve. Waitress made faces and rude to client, were engaged with boys at a table ignoring other clients at other tables and went to smoke outside with them while on duty and poor hygiene and service from her. Your reply is absurd. We clearly specified dine in. You are not sorry but trying to keep your image. See your cctv camera and interprete well. We ordered coffee as well and we used that plate. Our car was kept at the back parking and didnt followed your female staff nor stalking as you want to show. You are confused and failed be objective and impartial. That's it. Nothing more to say. I'm sorry too especially for your attitude. Good luck.

Food is always good. We love the pizza n the steak. We do not have to wait too long to have food. I recommend this place

I had to wait atleast 45 mins for a pizza and its only I went to enquire that I was informed that the pizza is being broken whilst cooking. My point is they could have informed us that there is a problem with the order and we could order something else, but no they remained quiet.

Some food are quite good. Staff should take note of the orders to avoid making mistake. Lasagna was not good earlier this year. Hope they could change it.
