NEVER AGAIN. Most google reviews seemed nice, and perhaps other appartments were nice but our room on the 2nd floor (nr 03) was NASTY. We arrived in the evening, having driven all day. No reception, doesn't seem like a hotel either, just a group of appartements. But self check-in was uneventful all be it complex, but clear trough the messaging trough booking. On first glance the appartment looks nice, but if you take a better look there are so many things wrong. Mostly: LIVE COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. Just that alone would have been a reason for us to leave, but as it was quite late we didn't have much options. The staff cant possibly be unaware of the bugs, they are just in plain view and someone put bug traps in out of view places. see photos Further shortcomings: - NO smoke detector (ACTUAL SAFETY HAZARD) - Open/broken electical sockets (ACTUAL SAFETY HAZARD) -Ants (getting overshadowed by the cockroaches but they do deserve credit). -Broken lights everywhere, or simply missing, I mean why replace a broken item if you can just not put a light bulb back? -Kitchen with incomplete cutlery. -AC that simply does not cool enough (running all the time but it's still 28 degrees in the bedroom) -Dust and grease everywhere. -Broken curtains. -Nasty open fan in the bathroom. - Open/broken electical sockets (ACTUAL SAFETY HAZARD) -No kitchen towel to dry hands or to dry any dishes. -No wine/water glass (just coffee cups) -Freezer section of fridge is broken -No kitchen papertowels. -All furniture seems to be broken, slightly damaged or poorly fixed. - Probably was a nice place when it was new but looks like it has been neglected for a long time. - A 2person bed (creacks like hell), and actualy a 1.5 bed. Positives: -Wifi works, hence my ability to write this review. - Supermarket very close by. -If you like to study cockroaches in detail, their ability to "play dead" when the light comes one, but move as soon at you get close, you'll have a field day here. -If you like a small treasure hunt, the self check in is a blast, you need to retrieve a key from the unlocked appartment, which has the keyfob for the garage on the other side of the building, you need a code and a other keyfob to open other door. Like an inverse escaperoom, not that bad to do. TLDR: Disgusting, dont run the risk of getting the nasty appartment we had, just go somewhere else or to an actual hotel.

The room i was given on 6th floor had damaged bathroom lights and a damaged fridge, dirt in closets and overall it was in a pretty bad condition. The renovations should happen immediately, otherwise it is below any acceptable standards. Management had not accepted my claim quoting absurd policies so don't count on a room replacement in case of a complaint. Weird parking system. There are better hotels in this area so don't even bother booking this one.

Excellent apartments close to the city centre

We were only given one blanket and two pillows in the room for three people. No one answered the phone. At the reception they refuse to communicate, can only give us the key to the room. As a result, you get a problematic room and no one to solve the issue with. In descriptions on the booking says that the staff communicates in three languages, it does not correspond to reality - only Polish.

Very great apartments, clean, spacious with everything you need. I enjoyed staying there and would definitely recommend this place to the friends and more likely I book it next time as well. Good location, not too far from city center. You can find free parking on the premises nearby if you don’t want to pay for the garage. There’s a great restaurant Videlec and we got 5% discount from this place.

This used to be a great place to stay... things changed. The apartments are worn out. The cleaning service is also at a lower level. It seems that everything was wiped with the same rag and places like a towel heater or sides of toilet were not clean at all. At 1:30 am I was woken up by someone banging. The shower was not so clean, some hair and mold in the silicone. The water temperature was not constant. The beds are comfortable but sheets gave me an itch and had stains. The price was cheap, underground parking is convenient.

The dirtiest apartment I have ever been to, an uncomfortable bed, lack of air conditioner, Overused facilities. But a very nice receptionist responds quickly to requests. Please, hire qualified cleaning staff, renovate rooms and everything will be okay but low quality for now.

In this location, there are multiple apartment properties managed by different companies/ individuals. From logistics point of view, the place is very convenient. There is a super market / pizza outlet at the ground floor. I'd recommend the place for anyone visiting Warsaw. Reasonable prices

Very good place. We stayed in room 133D on the 10th floor. The sunrise view at this room was incredible! Highly recommended.

Always use Triton when in Poland love the area and apartments

Really loved the place I stayed there for couple of days only but felt like home and everything I needed was there too so I recommend it greatly to everyone

Nice and well equipped appartement with A/C which is not a standard in Poland. Clean and modern. Very good location, 20 min by tram to center of the city. Very nice staff. Good value for money.

Nice place, close from the airport and the train station. A supermarket in the same building. Beautiful apartments but some of them comes without a/c.

Beautiful apartment with a really nice City view from the balcony! Very clean, with modern decor. Furniture was comfortable and elegant. Loved the little kitchenette and it even had a small refrigerator - always a bonus for Americans who are visiting. :) Mostly quiet, only mild noises from neighboring apartments. Good insulation from outside city noises when the windows were closed. Excellent, highly recommended!

Beautiful area. Consider as my new home.

Don't rent from Marta! We were cheated, instead of a suite we got a 10 sq.m. the hole. There are no curtains, no internet, no TV. Towels will get dirty. Marta didn't answer, ignored her, the security guard only gave her the key, because there isn't even a reception desk.

Place is very good for a couple. Modern, clean, spacious and affordable. Kitchen appliances available for meals. Good location in the city centre of Warsaw. Parking available on reservation. There is reception available during the day and all written information needed on a book inside the apartment in three different languages. I strongly recommend the place.

Never again. Broken bed, one bedsheet, only one pillow, no reception, broken curtains, very bad place in the photos it looks nice , but in reality it is very bad hotel to stay in.
