This is disgusting place. Reception is not friendly at all. Everything need to be asked, they will not tell you what you can do. No soundproofing at all. The kids can be your neighbor and scream and do noisy things at night. They can just go and knock your door and nobody cares(((

Room was very basic, old fashioned. However for this price it was good deal with quite tasty breakfast. Location is great and walking distance to Old Town.

First impression: clean, fresh, but missing furniture to unpack. Room service: only removed trash from the only available bin (bathroom). No fresh towels, no cleaning. Restroom: The water from the WC stops sporadically. Noise, Noise, Noise: At 7 am the neighbors blasted music through the paper walls, on friday night party at 3 am. saturday noise until 2 am. to be updated..

Apparently not all rooms have AC, ours did and it was actually needed few times, fan in the unit made odd noises but worked. Room itself was in excellent condition and very clean, we enjoyed our stay. Doors do not isolate noise very well, heard noises easily from corridor, but it was no problem for us.

It must be a horrible experience for you to stay this hotel. Never ever recommended. Minimum facilities to be provided for money value..

The room was ok, the bathroom seems old but the most important is that there is no sound insulation between the rooms. You can hear the guests using the toilet and bathroom in the rooms above or next to you.

The hotel looks not good (dirty walls, no lights in the corridor/steps) and does not provide privacy (windows to the neighborhood room...) or safety. Many loud noises from the neighborhood rooms and strange men around, waiting to touch the girls in the elevator (which really happened!) or behind the corner (no camera). No phone in the rooms for any case of emergency! The reception does not want to be disturbed and pretend probably that they only are thete in the first floor. No fridge to store any snack, nor AC (30°C) or no cattle to prepare some hot drinks. The only good thing was breakfast (probably operating by a subrented company).

The rooms are full of bed bugs. They know about it but they don't clean it. Don't go here!

Worst place ever i stay. Badest room and service with a fake smile on face.air tight rooms. So you can easily die inside if you wish. And if you question about ventilation than after long conversation they ll provide you this fan showed in photo. Avoid this place to save you and your money.i want to write more but don't just want to waste my words for this cheapest place.

The beds in the room are very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs while laying on them. Overall the room is not clean, very dusty, unsafe and disgusting! The location is great but that’s unfortunaly everything thats good about the hotel. This is defenitely not a 3 star hotel i won’t go again.

Sound insulation is horrible, you literally hear everything happening around your room. Internet is really weak and very unstable. However, I found staff to be really nice and helpful.

Bathroom was the weakest point of this hotel. Shower does keep it's position. Except that room was ok and it is good for sleeping and leaving it in the morning. Breakfasts were ok too. Variable kinds of foos. But once service was to lazy to clean the tables. There was no view from the room.

What a wonderful place! I definitely enjoyed my stay, it was such a nice "base of operations" for my trip to Warsaw! Mrs. Judyta, the kindest desk clerk I've met so far, had so many amazing suggestions for places to visit! Definitely a great place, I highly recommend it ❤️

I arrived a bit early and my room was not ready, but I could drop my bag off, and that was all I really needed at that time... When my room was ready, then it was large, clean and fairly quiet; I slept like a log most of the night. -and the WiFi was fast and worked well :-) ____ Stayed another night here, much smaller room but still clean and perfectly OK.

I really liked the hotel! Nice spacious rooms, good service, a large double bed, TV, everything is there for a comfortable stay. I would like to note the friendly staff at the reception! Very good memories remained after the hotel!

Checkin was easy and efficient. My room was clean, comfortable and service in general was good and staff was really friendly. I enjoyed the bar but i would like more drink options. I’m glad it wasn’t noisy in my room

Hostel not a Hotel ..... But all transport stops and shops are very near.

1st time, staff - good except some very rude and unhelpful housekeepers. They seemed and acted discomforted when asking for new towels (they didn't clean the room foe 2 days). Price, location, comfort, reception and bar staff, plus wifi, all good.

Hotel like many others. What I didn't like is they requested my personal info, like my address, when booking. Then, they requested that I write all that when checking in. Why didn't they get it from my booking? Hello PRL.

Kids were everywhere. I had the worst time of my life I feel like. The dinner was too small for lunch-dinner. It was how to say it lightly… not good.

Simple and modest. Good for low budget. Close to metro. Crowded breakfasts. There is restaurant and lobby but you cant use when you want. Lobby is closed after evening. Resturaurant is for more noble customers :) Though I liked the flowers on the tables and pictures on the walls.

The staff were very friendly when helping with check-in and check-out. There was a restaurant next to the hotel which had well-priced and enjoyable food. Breakfast was not expensive and varied. The rooms were very spacious and well-maintained and the bathrooms were standard. However, there was no clamp for the shower head so taking a shower can be slightly difficult. Overall, though, it was a good experience especially for a 2-star hotel.

Stay away! Cum stains on the mirror in our room, toilet paper was dirty, hair in the tub and whole apartment smelled like cigarettes and it was impossible to stay in the room without being dizzy. We reported the smell to the reception and they said they can’t do anything about it. Worst place I’ve ever stayed, stay away.

Staying here was not a plasent experience. Loud, smelly and not well organized 😕

Price/quality is great, good helpfull staff and verry clean

Nothing special. Room where I was is without air conditioning and that the really bad in summer. Not bad breakfast. There is underground parking, not free. If traveling with animals you have to pay for them too. I would say, good place for overnight stay and no more.

A four star hotel. It is indeed pretty basic and all, however the food and service is amazing. I stayed there for three days and have tastes some of the foos. The breakfasts are well organized and the dinners are pretty basic, but the food is really tasty. I have never tasted better made meat before in my life

We were very satisfied. Wonderful atmosphere, very tasty breakfest, great organization. Thank you for the nice reception, friendly staffs. Near the city center and supermarket. See You next time!

Good clean room. I got water bottles and shampoo. The breakfasts are average. All in all, had a good stay
